The “Earn Your Watch” Program is designed to provide you with an incentive when you buy an Apple Watch through the program and engage in visits to your participating home studio.
To opt-in to Xponential Fitness’s “Earn Your Watch” Program, you must:
Step 1: You must purchase an Apple Watch via the purchase links on the StretchLab website or mobile app.
Step 2: You must opt-in to the Earn Your Watch challenge and signup via Member Portal on StretchLab mobile app or website. Your home studio will be notified that you have purchased the watch through this portal.
Step 3: You must complete 4 1:1 Stretches/Month at your home studio in a six (6) month period for a duration of 24 consecutive months. Your “Earn Your Watch” Program time period begins upon completion of Steps 1 and 2 above.
As you complete the requirements in the “Earn Your Watch” Program, you will earn $50 payouts issued every 6 months, with the maximum payout at $200. The payouts will be in the form of a studio credit to be used toward your membership or towards retail purchases made at your home studio. There are no cash payouts and there is no cash value to your credits.
If you miss your 4 stretches in a one month, you can still qualify for that six-month period if the total number of completed stretches is 24 in that six month period. By way of example, you have 4 sessions in January, 4 in February, 3 in March, 5 in April and 4 in May, and in June, you will receive the credit for that six month period.
Tracking of Classes
StretchLab will track completed sessions toward your earning automatically. Only sessions completed after you join the challenge will count and only for the specific brand at your home studio will count. Your workouts will be tracked by your ClubReady ID so only workouts completed by you with the ClubReady ID you joined with will count. You must sign in with your ClubReady ID to see your tracking. If you have multiple accounts, we will only track the account you joined the challenge with, and only workouts completed where are marked as a show in ClubReady will count. For clarification, GO workouts will not count towards the challenge total.
You agree that to be eligible for the “Earn Your Watch” Program, you must strictly adhere to the steps outlined for participation in order to receive any benefits, including but not limited to opting-in and participating in the required number of classes or sessions. If you do not reach your participation requirement in a 6-month period, you are still eligible to participate in any remaining 6-month periods up to 24 consecutive months. You cannot retroactively apply any sessions complete prior to opt-in. Cancelled or missed sessions do not count toward the class count. Only paid classes will be considered (complimentary or free sessions will be removed from the final count).
You agree that your one-time, two year period to earn your watch commences when you complete the first two steps outlined above. The Challenge starts the day you sign up via the portal. The first day to sign-up will be April 1. Once that period commences, you will have four consecutive six month periods in which you may earn a $50 payout per six month period, and once your one-time, two year period ends, you will not be eligible for a second earn your watch program. You will be enrolled in a total of 4 6-month challenges and each goal is independent of one another, and you will be able to see your progress in the app and website.
