I love to explore how the mind, body, and spirit interconnect. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2008, and teaching yoga since 2012. I developed my yoga therapy with Gabriel Halpern serving as an apprentice at his Yoga Circle. Additional yoga teacher training was from highly esteemed Moksha Yoga Center (200 HR), Prenatal Yoga with Amala School of Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Kids and Families through Global Family Yoga, and Yoga for Cancer Survivors with Dr. Ingrid Yang. I co-founded YogaCare and Socially Engaged Yoga Network to spread the health benefits of yoga. Now, I’m now studying functional nutrition with Andrea Nakayama. Variety is the spice of life for me. Raising two children and two dogs, teaching yoga and meditation, training for a sprint triathlon and half marathon, enjoying food, arts, and nature, I constantly seek ways to integrate peace and balance within while juggling life and being present in the moment. There’s so much to love about being a Flexologist at StretchLab. I enjoy connecting with a variety of personalities, lifestyles, and physiques. I love to sprinkle in nuggets of yoga wisdom, integrate yoga alignment and breathing techniques within the StretchLab protocol. Sharing moments of peace, relief, and laughter while stretching my clients brings me much joy. Let’s explore how I can help you achieve your goals through increased flexibility!

I have been enthusiastic and passionate about the health and fitness field for years now as I have been a personal trainer, rehabilitation technician and invested in my own fitness journey. Outside of the studio, I enjoy golfing, playing volleyball, watching all sports, reading and spending time with family and friends. Currently, I am in school to pursue my masters degree in Occupational Therapy. I am a big believer that stretching can benefit all of us in our own personalized way (e.g. increased sports performance, decreased tension and stress, and increased flexibility and mobility to improve our quality of life).

I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with an Exercise Science degree in 2017. I’ve been a NSCA-CPT personal trainer and group instructor for 3 years. I love human anatomy, and I can get you through a stretch which targets any muscle group! I am consistently in the gym exercising, and I love playing basketball and sports in general. Feel free to talk to me about food, music, sports, or anything else that floats your boat!

I am from central IL but have spent the last 7 years of my life in Ohio. In Ohio I was recruited to play collegiate volleyball at Youngstown State. While there I received my Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Masters of Athletic Training. After graduation I went on to get certified in Athletic Training (ATC) and worked as an Athletic Trainer at a private high school in Cincinnati, for my first 2 years out of school. I come to StretchLab with a lot of experience with athletes. My specialty is specifying stretches for certain athletes to help them prevent injury or perform better. Outside of my professional career I am newly married with a baby on the way. My husband and I both play semi-professional sand volleyball all around the US and we love to go explore or hike when we have free time.

I am currently a graduate student at Lewis University going for me masters in Occupational Therapy. Outside of the classroom I like to stay active by engaging in lifting weights, playing golf, volleyball and wrestling. When I am not active, I enjoy having a good time with family and friends. I am a firm believer in having a regular stretch regimen as it helps decrease muscle stiffness, increases range of motion, prevents injury, and improves posture. I believe that everyone deserves to live the best quality of life no matter what the circumstances are. This mentality is the driving force for my passion to help make a difference in people's lives by helping them reach their desired goals. I would love the opportunity to help you reach your desired outcomes in order to increase your quality of living and overall well-being. Si hablo espanol!

I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota in May 2020, where I majored in Exercise Physiology. While in college I played soccer for four years and competed in the NCAA national tournament during my junior and senior seasons. I have always had a passion for health and wellness, and believe that people should always feel their best. I think StretchLab is awesome because it focuses on flexibility, which is often overlooked in fitness. Being flexible and mobile will have a lasting impact on how the body feels, moves, and functions.

I'm a Flexologist here at StretchLab and also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Illinois. I studied at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale where I received a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. While attending SIUC I worked as a personal trainer for people with disabilities. I've spent most of my time over the past few years studying various topics from health and wellness to human anatomy and have grown a passion to use my education and experience to help others live a better life. Some of my passions outside of work are baseball, video games, and movies. I'm a big movie buff, especially with Marvel and DC, and love going to the movie theater. I played baseball pretty much my whole life up until the middle of college and it has become a big part of my life. I'm a huge Cubs fan and to me playoff baseball is the best time of the year (behind Christmas of course). I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals!

Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life, especially when experiencing all the great benefits of stretching, weight lifting, and cardio. My main goals are to help others experience those benefits and to become the best version of themselves! I believe that stretching is the foundation for a healthy lifestyle, as it helps to reduce muscle pain and prevent injury. Outside the studio you can find me outdoors, watching some sci-fi movies, or hanging with my friends and family.
