Julia
Flexologist
I love to explore how the mind, body, and spirit interconnect. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2008, and teaching yoga since 2012. I developed my yoga therapy with Gabriel Halpern serving as an apprentice at his Yoga Circle. Additional yoga teacher training was from highly esteemed Moksha Yoga Center (200 HR), Prenatal Yoga with Amala School of Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Kids and Families through Global Family Yoga, and Yoga for Cancer Survivors with Dr. Ingrid Yang. I co-founded YogaCare and Socially Engaged Yoga Network to spread the health benefits of yoga. I’m now studying functional nutrition with Andrea Nakayama. Variety is the spice of life for me. Raising two children and two dogs, teaching yoga and meditation, training for a sprint triathlon and half marathon, enjoying food, arts, and nature, I constantly seek ways to integrate peace and balance within while juggling life and being present in the moment. There’s so much to love about being a Flexologist at StretchLab. I enjoy connecting with a variety of personalities, lifestyles, and physiques. I love to sprinkle in nuggets of yoga wisdom, integrate yoga alignment and breathing techniques within the StretchLab protocol. Sharing moments of peace, relief, and laughter while stretching my clients brings me much joy. Let’s explore how I can help you achieve your goals through increased flexibility!
