I have always had a passion for fitness and health, from competing on multiple sports teams through high school and college and now simply enjoying being active and strong. In my free time I love to hike, swim, and do just about anything outside! I am NASM certified coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coach, with three years of coaching under my belt now. As I have grown my strength coaching skills and business, I realized that, not only in my own routine but also in that of my clients, a focus on recovery was missing. That is when I found StretchLab and started learning more about incorporating recovery into anyone's daily routine, no matter how active they are, to help improve overall quality of life.
