I have been in the health and fitness industry since 2010 when I earned my personal training certification. I have been an early childhood educator for over 30 years, including special needs for the past 18 years. I am very passionate about helping others. I have an amazing daughter who has grown into an incredibly independent and happy woman. When not in the studio I am with my too busy boys that I nanny. I have been with this family for 8 years. The best way to start my day is watching the sun come up followed by some weight training in the gym. I love being active and I am always continuing my education.

I worked as a medical assistant with an orthopedic surgeon and pain management doctor before deciding to make a career shift into the fitness and wellness industry. I wanted to help people feel good about themselves inside and out! Rather than sticking with the medical field, I decided to use my knowledge in anatomy and apply in a holistic approach to wellness. Outside of StretchLab, I am also a NASM certified fitness trainer. Additionally, in 2021 I earned my associate's degree in Healthcare Administration! In my down time, I enjoy strengthening my own yoga practice, calisthenics training, weight training and indulging in the occasional video game! Being able to move and enjoy life pain free is very important to me. I am always looking for safe and effective ways to increase my own flexibility and mobility and I can't wait to share this passion with my StretchLab clients! Since starting at StretchLab work no longer feels like work. I have the opportunity to do exactly what I am passionate about!

Hey, I’m Jovani! Born & raised in New England. I’m honored to be a part of the Flex Fam & the StretchLab Squad. I joined the fitness field because I wanted to help people the same way that fitness has helped me. My fitness journey began with my passion for Boxing & MMA where, through discipline & hard work, I learned how to face my fears, face adversity, and face myself. I’m currently working on my Personal Trainer Certification, my pursuit for experience before building my own establishment led me here. I couldn’t even imagine a better place for me to spread positivity and good vibes than where I landed here at StretchLab. I’m always giving 100% everyday & I’m always willing to share my knowledge, experiences, and values with whoever wants it. Simply put, my primary goal is longevity which matches the StretchLab creed “Live Long & Set your body free” so I personally feel invested and I feel accomplished anytime I see a client get off the table with a look of satisfaction, tranquility, and relief.

Hi, I’m Natalie. I am a recent graduate of Salem State University where I obtained my degree in exercise science with a concentration in Pre-Rehabilitation. I have a previous background working in outpatient physical therapy clinics where I learned about improving patient movement, health, and overall well being. Based on my experience, I learned the importance of stretching and the long term overall benefits it can provide for people. One of my greatest passions in my life was dancing. Dancing allowed me to move with fluidity, but it also taught me the importance of stretching in order to strengthen my technique. A quote that I live by is “movement is medicine”. When we are able to move freely without feeling pain, our overall physical and mental health will be so much better off! My goal as flexologist is to help improve flexibility, range of motion, and contribute to future wellness and longevity of my clients! Working at StretchLab and being apart of a team where I am always learning new skills and being surrounded by positivity is what helps me stay devoted. I am eager to meet new clients and look forward to helping them on their journey with flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness.

Hi, my name is Alejandro! I graduated from Salem State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2019 and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a Master's degree in Applied Exercise Physiology in 2022. I have over five years of experience in the Physical Therapy setting as I enjoy helping people recover and get back on their feet. Through that experience, I have learned that proper and specific stretching can speed up the recovery and healing process. Stretching has a ton of benefits both physically and mentally! I also believe that exercise and stretching is medicine which can help heal all aspects of someone's life. I am very passionate about exercise, stretching, and the anatomy & physiology of the body. I grew up playing sports such as Baseball and Basketball and if "you feel good, you play good" and by being a Flexologist, I can help apply that to all your activities of daily living and quality of life.
