Movement History: Played competitive basketball since I was 10. Competed in middle school, travel basketball, co-ed leagues and varsity all 4 years of High School; Played volleyball, softball, and flag football; Track & Field for 3 years in college.
Current Movement and why stretching is important to Veronica: I go to the gym for strength and cardiopulmonary training 3-4x a week. Participate in different classes such as body-pump, Zumba, high fitness, & body combat classes. Play basketball. Stretching not only helps with flexibility but it can also help prevent injuries and help your body function better to keep you going physically and mentally in your everyday life.
