      Qualifications: Degree in kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. Planning to enrol in a doctorate program for chiropractic Movement History: Powerlifting and Strength Training Current Movement and why stretching is important to Danny: I have been powerlifting for several years and learned a lot about strength and conditioning. I love to watch the NBA and analyse performances and injuries that may occur and incorporate it into sports medicine. Stretching is extremely important because it allows you to increase your performance in any sport or improve your quality of life.

      Qualifications: BS in Kinesiology, Aide experience in physical therapy and 3 years of youths sport coaching. Movement History: Tri-Athlete of Football 4 years, Basketball for 6 years and Track and field for 10 years up until college for Track. Earned 2nd all time league as Defensive back in football and for track made it into finals conference and junior Olympics. Current Movement: workout 4-5 days per week, stretch, yoga and mobilize, and run/sprints on the track. Stretching is important for peoples health because it’s a way for people to enhance their performance in sports or any daily activities. This helps me progress well in the gym and also increases my mobility and athleticism.

      Qualifications: BS in Physical Therapy and PT Aide Movement History: Played competitive basketball since I was 10. Competed in middle school, travel basketball, co-ed leagues and varsity all 4 years of High School; Played volleyball, softball, and flag football; Track & Field for 3 years in college. Current Movement and why stretching is important to Veronica: I go to the gym for strength and cardiopulmonary training 3-4x a week. Participate in different classes such as body-pump, Zumba, high fitness, & body combat classes. Play basketball. Stretching not only helps with flexibility but it can also help prevent injuries and help your body function better to keep you going physically and mentally in your everyday life.

      Hello, I am Jose, I was a student athlete at Concordia University Irvine from 2019-2023. I graduated from Concordia and received my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, I was part of the cross country as well as the track and field team. I still continue to run and play soccer throughout the week. My speciality is working with runners. My emphasis is targeting areas of pain/ aches or areas that need to be worked on overall.

I also interned within an athletic training facility at Orange Lutheran High School. I am an ex water polo player and swimmer. I currently weight lift and swim to stay active. I am passionate about help athletes of all ages be able to move and perform to the best of their bodies abilities.

I also love working with older adults because I enjoy hearing about what they are able to do now, such as: playing with their grandkids, going out to eat with friends, or simply taking a walk around their neighborhood .
