      Meri
      Lead Flexologist
Meri is born and raised in Baton Rouge. She has been a certified personal trainer for over 5+ years. As a former track and field athlete, she has always been passionate about fitness. Meri competed in track and field from age 8 until age 22. Before track and field, she did competitive cheer and also danced, so stretching has always played an important role in her life. Stretching has always helped her improve range of motion, flexibility, decreased her injury risks and helped improve her performance on and off the track. She graduated from Loyola University New Orleans where she majored in Business Management, where she competed in both cross country and track & field. Outside of work, she likes to maintain her personal training business, workout, and spend time with friends and family. Meri loves StretchLab because it focuses on promoting a better life both physically and mentally where she gets to help improve everyday quality of life for people.
