Calder
Flexologist
Calder Reed, originally from Magee, Mississippi, relocated to Baton Rouge five years ago for his higher education at Louisiana State University, and upon graduating, decided to continue to call Baton Rouge home. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in the spring of 2022 with his BS in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, Calder previously served as Lead Therapy Technician for a local physical therapy clinic, where he routinely instructed patients on muscle strengthening and flexibility exercises.
He states that his passion lies in helping others learn to invest in their own personal health and wellness, and claims that being a Flexologist at StretchLab is nothing short of his perfect job. He has dedicated several years of his life to learning about the human body and its functions, and is excited to use his knowledge to help you feel better, and live longer!
Outside of StretchLab, Calder is an avid sportsman, fitness enthusiast, and music lover. He greatly enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family, especially on Saturdays in the Fall when the Tigers are playing. He is very excited to get to know you and help start your flexibility journey!
