      Noel is from Houston, TX & graduated from Texas State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. Since graduating, he has worked in various fitness settings and physical therapy from Houston to Baton Rouge doing personal training, group exercise instruction, and health programming. Noel's favorite sport is baseball. He loves traveling, trying new foods/restaurants/breweries, and going to Broadway shows with his fiancée. He joined StretchLab to learn how he can help people progress in their health journeys through stretching!

      Meri is born and raised in Baton Rouge. She has been a certified personal trainer for over 5+ years. As a former track and field athlete, she has always been passionate about fitness. Meri competed in track and field from age 8 until age 22. Before track and field, she did competitive cheer and also danced, so stretching has always played an important role in her life. Stretching has always helped her improve range of motion, flexibility, decreased her injury risks and helped improve her performance on and off the track. She graduated from Loyola University New Orleans where she majored in Business Management, where she competed in both cross country and track & field. Outside of work, she likes to maintain her personal training business, workout, and spend time with friends and family. Meri loves StretchLab because it focuses on promoting a better life both physically and mentally where she gets to help improve everyday quality of life for people.

      Calder Reed, originally from Magee, Mississippi, relocated to Baton Rouge five years ago for his higher education at Louisiana State University, and upon graduating, decided to continue to call Baton Rouge home. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in the spring of 2022 with his BS in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, Calder previously served as Lead Therapy Technician for a local physical therapy clinic, where he routinely instructed patients on muscle strengthening and flexibility exercises. He states that his passion lies in helping others learn to invest in their own personal health and wellness, and claims that being a Flexologist at StretchLab is nothing short of his perfect job. He has dedicated several years of his life to learning about the human body and its functions, and is excited to use his knowledge to help you feel better, and live longer! Outside of StretchLab, Calder is an avid sportsman, fitness enthusiast, and music lover. He greatly enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family, especially on Saturdays in the Fall when the Tigers are playing. He is very excited to get to know you and help start your flexibility journey!

      Brennan Stokes is from Watson, Louisiana, but lives in Baton Rouge now to focus on his education at LSU. He is majoring in Kinesiology and is set to graduate in May 2023. He has hopes of continuing his education in order to become a professor one day. Brennan holds a Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He gained his passion for the fitness industry after a successful weight loss journey of over 150 pounds. He wants to use his experience and sentiment to help anyone, especially at StretchLab! Brennan thoroughly enjoys music of any variety as well as anything and everything football. He is eager to get to know you and help you on your journey to wellness and, of course, flexibility!

      Sydnee is from St.Francisville, LA and is currently a senior at Louisiana State University. At LSU she is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement Science/ Pre-Physical Therapy. Here she has taken numerous anatomy and physiology courses where she has learned an abundance about the human body and its functions. Sydnee has worked as a therapy technician at a local physical therapy clinic where she was responsible for instructing patients through exercises and stretches for their treatment plan. As a former cheerleader, she has always been passionate about the human body and most importantly, stretching and flexibility. The idea of stretching to keep yourself from being injured has played a huge role in her life. Outside of StretchLab she enjoys teaching gymnastics classes where she gets to teach her kids new skills and focus on flexibility training. When she’s not stretching clients or teaching gymnastics she loves spending time with her friends and family, and taking her puppy on walks. She is very excited to get to work with you and help you with your flexibility.

      Ryan is from Laplace, Louisiana, and has been in Baton Rouge for about 4 years. He is a former athlete, who has played football and baseball competitively. He attends FranU where he is completing coursework to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. He then plans on going back to school in hopes of becoming a DPT. Ryan loves watching sports and sometimes playing drums with his little brothers when he has some free time. He started off as a sales associate here and has transitioned into becoming a Flexologist. Ryan has a passion for helping others be the best version of themselves. Nothing makes him more happy than seeing someone accomplish a goal they set out for themselves, while also helping him accomplish some of his. He is very excited to begin his journey here at StretchLab and with all of you.

      Raegan is born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana State University in May of 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Dance. Raegan has been dancing since the age of 6 and competed in sports until the age of 19, now she is a consistent weightlifter. As a former athlete and dancer, she understands the importance of stretching and is passionate about helping others understand that also. Previously, Raegan has served as a Physical Therapy Technician in a very established Physical Therapy clinic in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Raegan is excited about continuing her education and passion for helping people invest into their bodies and their overall health, soon applying for chiropractor school. Outside of work Raegan enjoys working out, dancing, painting, drawing, spending time with friends, family, and her dog Charlie.

      Lauren is from St. Bernard, Louisiana and moved to Baton Rouge after Katrina when she was 12 years old. She graduated from Baton Rouge Magnet High School in 2011 then attended Southeastern Louisiana University where she majored in Kinesiology. She focused in Fitness and Human Performance with a minor in English and graduated in 2016 with honors. Lauren has been a certified personal trainer through the American Counsel of Exercise since 2017. She has worked in various fitness settings and physical therapy settings for over a decade, including Woman’s Center for Wellness. Lauren has been a figure skater since 2005 where she competed in several competitions and tested out as a juvenile level skater in 2011 before retiring to attended college. Now, Lauren figure skates for fun in Lafayette with her old skating friends when the time is available. Lauren also enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with walking her two dogs, Rocky and Chloe. Lauren loves working at StretchLab to help improve people’s overall fitness and health along with flexibility to improve their quality of daily life.

      Colby is from Geismar, LA and is currently a personal trainer, certified through ISSA, a boxing coach at TITLE Boxing, and a fitness instructor at Regymen Fitness. He has been in the fitness field for the last 3 years. He grew up always playing some sort of sport, but the one he loved most was football. When the time came to get away from college, he fell off on working out, fitness in general, and ultimately decided to make a change and started working at a gym. Colby figured if he worked at a gym he'd have to work out and that’s what happened. Love for the gym grew as he upgraded from front desk to a fitness loving gym head who enjoys helping people find that same love and passion for fitness and wellness for their own bodies. As for his free time, he waits to see what comes his way, whatever fun pops up in the moment, he’s normally onboard for.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
