    This is Taijhan, our Lead Flexologist. He attended Millikin University and got a bachelor's degree in Health, Fitness, and Recreation with an emphasis in exercise science. Taijhan competed in cross country/track & field in college as well. He is an exercise physiologist and has his own training business helping clients get out of pain and improve their overall quality of movement. Things that Taijhan likes to do in his free time would be running, playing basketball, golf, and other outdoor activities. The thing that he enjoys most about being apart of StretchLab is that he can impact people's lives with, in his words "a preventative aspect", which is important to him.

    Caroline is a second year physical therapy student at Maryville University who is passionate about improving quality of life through movement and flexibility. Caroline’s foundation of anatomy and kinesiology helps her tailor stretches to reach the individual goals of clients. She loves helping people relieve tension, improve mobility, and continue doing the activities they enjoy.

    Jack is currently in chiropractic school at Logan University. Before moving to St. Louis, he played collegiate soccer at Centre College and got a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. Jack has a passion for fitness, health, long-term wellness, and golf. He believes that no matter the fitness level, everyone could increase their mobility and flexibility to ultimately decrease pain.

    Melanie is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Kinesiology at SIUE. She played collegiate basketball while earning her undergraduate degree, giving her a passion for movement, performance, and injury prevention. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Melanie enjoys helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and move with confidence through personalized stretch sessions. She believes better movement leads to a better quality of life. In her free time, Melanie enjoys coaching basketball and track & field at Westminster Christian Academy, running, and strength training.

    Mackenzie graduated from Missouri State University in 2023 with her Bachelor’s in Exercise & Movement Science. After graduating, she worked as a Rehabilitation Aide in a physical therapy clinic. She now works in a clinic doing behavior therapy with kids with Autism. Mackenzie was drawn to Stretchlab because she loves the science behind working out and stretching. She enjoys reading, finding new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
