Peyton enjoys leveraging her sprightly demeanor to collaborate with people to build satisfying lifestyles using principles of functional medicine, personality psychology and biology. She creates nutrient-dense meal plans and stress management practices specific to someone's neurotype and health coaches with them as they learn to embrace healthy habits, tackle goals, and learn to understand and love themselves along the way. In her spare time she enjoys writing and narrating audio dramas, free climbing, and hosting book clubs on personal development.
