I’m deeply passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, and I believe that learning is a lifelong journey. My personal transformation began in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I lost 104 pounds. That experience changed my life and sparked a desire to help others do the same.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Sociology and Associate’s in Psychology from Saint Peter’s University. I later completed a Master of Health Sciences with a focus in Healthcare Leadership Administration, and I’m currently pursuing a doctorate in Health Sciences, specializing in Health Professions Leadership. Along the way, I also earned a Master of Personal Training through the International Sports Sciences Association.
My education and personal journey go hand in hand. I use what I’ve learned both academically and through experience to guide, inspire, and empower others. I’m passionate about leading by example, and I use social media to show people across the world that becoming the best version of yourself is absolutely achievable.
Whether I’m contributing to healthcare leadership or helping someone through their first workout, I’m committed to making a lasting impact. For me, it’s not just about fitness—it’s about transformation, purpose, and the power of believing in yourself.
