Kelly Wilkins
Flexologist
I’m a movement and recovery specialist with a degree in kinesiology and psychology, graduating cum laude with hands-on experience in athletic training, physical therapy, and orthopedic performance care.
As a former NCAA soccer and lacrosse athlete, I experienced a major knee injury in college that became a defining moment in my career. Through targeted mobility and performance rehab, I accelerated my recovery from a projected 12+ months to just over six. That experience not only reshaped my understanding of the human body—it ignited my passion for helping others reclaim their own movement potential.
Now, as I train for my first Ironman, I bring that same discipline, strategy, and focus into every session. My passion for human performance is deeply personal—growing up with a father who served as a K-9 officer and later became an amputee showed me the life-changing impact of proper mobility on both recovery and overall quality of life.
I continue to sharpen my skills through advanced certifications in personal training, nutrition, and mobility/postural correction. Outside the studio, you’ll find me tackling OCRs, trail running, rock climbing, cooking, and constantly studying movement science. Whether you’re pushing your limits or reclaiming your mobility, I approach every client with precision, empathy, and a performance-driven mindset to help you move and feel your best.
