Born and raised in upstate NY exercise and fitness has always been important to me. I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Performance and Health Promotion from SUNY Morrisville. I had the opportunity to work with the athletic training department for 3 years helping the athletes prepare and recover from games and practices. I’m a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. As a personal trainer I’ve had the opposite to work with a wide range of clients from professional athletes to wheelchair bound stroke victims. As a flexologist at Strechlab I look forward to helping you be able to live your life better.

I am a Yoga Instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Degree in Nutrition. I have a passion for health and wellness, diving into learning all that I can. When I first graduated and then went on to get my certifications, there was a huge gap in practicing preventative health and I wanted to motivate others to begin taking their own health into their own hands. Now that more and more people are getting into fitness and eating more healthfully, I now focus on other aspects of wellness such as Yoga, Meditation, and breathwork to have a well rounded approach to health. Stretch Lab is another avenue that fills that gap of wellness. Everyone can benefit from stretching no matter what level of fitness you find yourself in and it is my goal to inspire you to gain a greater level of wellness on your health journey!

Hello friends! My name is Kate. I am a graduate in kinesiology from the University of Utah and I am currently pursuing my doctorate in physical therapy (I graduate December 2024, yay!). I traded the mountains for the beach 2 years ago and I currently live in Bolivia, NC. My husband is a chef so we are big foodies and love trying new restaurants and cuisines. I also enjoy paddle boarding, reading, playing board games, and snuggling my fur babies, Frankie and Marshall. I am passionate about fitness, along with physical and mental health. I cannot wait to meet you and help you through health and fitness journey!

My love for health and fitness really evolved after my third child was born when I began attending group fitness classes. I fell in love with the energy and camaraderie of group fitness, so much so that I became an instructor. I have been a NASM certified personal trainer for over ten years now. I also hold certifications in corrective exercise and fitness nutrition. I have always been passionate about helping my clients reach their full potential by focusing on the body as a whole, rather than one specific area. Being a Flexologist with StretchLab has afforded me the opportunity to assist clients in recovery and self-care.
