      Growing up as a dancer, stretching has been an important part of my life and I am excited to share it with others. I trained competitively in ballet, contemporary, and jazz for 10+ years, where I gained personal experience attending to injury prevention and rehabilitation. As a dance performer and choreographer, I see movement as an art form as well as an accessible therapeutic practice. In my spare time, I love to snowboard, wakeboard, and play bass guitar. With a BA in Psychology, and Concentration in Dance from Lewis & Clark College, I approach healing with an understanding of the interconnected relationship between mind and body. My studies in India, Sri Lanka, and Tibet further integrated mindfulness and breathwork into my meditative and stretch practices. My experience as a healthcare provider developed my patient-centered approach towards care. I look forward to working together to help you feel your best.

      I grew up in Texas, where I first found my interest in fitness and health with Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. In 2019 I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, focusing primarily on Strength and Conditioning coaching. Through all this, the primary missing link for many people's performance goals is in their flexibility. Before making the move to Portland, I spent my first two years out of college with personal training, where I guided my clients to target the whole system of the body with flexibility and core stability training on top of more traditional strength and conditioning practices. I find the journey of guiding my clients towards their goals to be immensely satisfying, and I can't wait to start stretching with you soon!

      With over 25 years of athletic training and nearly 17 years of public & private yoga instruction, Vince’s passion & purpose is to guide people deeper into their bodies. His role at Stretch Lab is to hone his practice of talk & touch with clients. Vince looks forward to meeting you on the table soon!

      I believe that our bodies are meant to move. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, I loved exploring all the ways I could teach my body to push, stretch, and fly. Now as an adult, I've learned how important it is to incorporate movement in my daily routine, not just in exercise, but also as a means to ground myself into my body. From cycling, hiking, dancing, and flipping, I find some of the greatest feelings of peace (and exhilaration) through movement. I have several years of experience coaching competitive gymnastics and recreational pole dance, where mobility and flexibility are an essential part of my teaching. As a Flexologist, I am excited to learn how my clients move and help them build the proprioceptive mind-body connection through stretching. Let's work together on your holistic movement and mobility journey.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
