I grew up in Texas, where I first found my interest in fitness and health with Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. In 2019 I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, focusing primarily on Strength and Conditioning coaching. Through all this, the primary missing link for many people's performance goals is in their flexibility. Before making the move to Portland, I spent my first two years out of college with personal training, where I guided my clients to target the whole system of the body with flexibility and core stability training on top of more traditional strength and conditioning practices. I find the journey of guiding my clients towards their goals to be immensely satisfying, and I can't wait to start stretching with you soon!

I believe that our bodies are meant to move. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, I loved exploring all the ways I could teach my body to push, stretch, and fly. Now as an adult, I've learned how important it is to incorporate movement in my daily routine, not just in exercise, but also as a means to ground myself into my body. From cycling, hiking, dancing, and flipping, I find some of the greatest feelings of peace (and exhilaration) through movement. I have several years of experience coaching competitive gymnastics and recreational pole dance, where mobility and flexibility are an essential part of my teaching. As a Flexologist, I am excited to learn how my clients move and help them build the proprioceptive mind-body connection through stretching. Let's work together on your holistic movement and mobility journey.

I continue to encounter an insatiable curiosity and appreciation for the role of movement, breath, attention, and play in learning, healing, integration and development. As a student of martial arts, massage, dance, meditation, music, yoga, plant medicine, and community gatherings I'm inspired by watching energy transport and transform within and between beings and physiologies. In a past life, I did community development nonprofit work, OD business consulting, catastrophe insurance claims stuff, and ayurvedic clinician alchemy. These days, I find myself attending StretchLab and massage school —moving, playing, learning and healing with people while going deeper into the study and practice of therapeutic relationships and touch. I'm humbled and enthused to meet you on the stretch bench. Come as you are! Namaste

As a dance performer and choreographer, I have grown to appreciate stretching as a process that allows for whole-body listening and self-connection. My intentions are to hold space for each person to foster a nourishing relationship with their embodied self. With a B.A. in Psychology and Dance, I am inspired by the synergy of body and mind and the healing potential embedded in their connection. My time as a Direct Care Provider in a supported living program informs my understanding of healing as a community act that begins by empowering each individual. My mindful approach to bodywork has also been shaped by my Yoga and Alexander Technique practices, my personal journey with injury prevention and rehabilitation, and my extended studies in India and Tibet. Outside of the studio, I love to connect with nature through gardening, hiking, and snowboarding. I hope to stretch with you soon!
