      Robert studied biochemistry with a pre-med focus during his time at Gonzaga University and also has his certification for personal training. When Robert isn't working he enjoys playing volleyball, working out, golfing and hiking. He also enjoys doing crosswords and going to the beach. "I love getting to interact with clients and watch them improve their flexibility and find relief from their pain."

      Lead Flexologist
      Sawyer graduated from the University of Puget Sound with his B.S. in exercise science. He also receive his NSCA-CSCS and NASM-CPT. Sawyer had a 6 year career of indoor arena football and also 7 years experience of coaching high school football. In Sawyer's free time he enjoys playing golf and coaching high school football players. "My favorite part about StretchLab is helping people achieve their mobility goals and helping them live their life pain free!"

      Tom is a 14 year Air Force veteran who has made wellness and fitness the central attribute in his life. He is NASM certified personal trainer with specialty in corrective exercise. He loves bodybuilding and the outdoors, golfing, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, anything in water and trying anything new. “My Favorite thing about working at StretchLab is having a hand in increasing people’s “play span” or their ability to do what they love to do for longer in their lives. The sense of gratitude in eliminating pain and creating more freedom of movement for people who’ve been in pain and discomfort fuels my drive.”

      Jared has his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from WWU, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a personal history of flexibility training for sport performance. In his spare time Jared loves rock climbing, hiking, biking, swimming, paddle boarding, as well as just general fitness and flexibility training, “but realistically just rock climbing tbh” “I enjoy being able to help people improve and maintain their ability to perform in the activities that they are passionate and just helping people to move better.”

      Ben has attended Gonzaga University and Eastern Washington where he gained experience in their kinesiology programs and developed his passion for fitness and wellness. Ben is a Competitive NPC classic physique competitor. He also loves to travel and considers himself a food connoisseur. His favorite part about working at StretchLab is, "helping individuals with improving limitations that affect everyday activities."
