    Kaitlyn was raised in the Bay Area and earned her B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Movement Sciences from San Francisco State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UCSF/SFSU. She grew up as a competitive dancer in styles such as ballet, Tahitian, and hip hop. To stay active, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and dancing.

    Adrian was born and raised in San Francisco and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University. He has a strong passion for health and movement, with a focus on sports performance and rehabilitation. A lifelong soccer player, Adrian continues to compete at a collegiate level, drawing on his athletic experience to understand injury prevention and recovery. In his free time, Adrian enjoys weight training, running, playing recreational sports, and exploring the outdoors.

    Zeya is a San Francisco native who earned her B.S. in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She’s currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With a strong foundation in mental health, she values the deep connection between mind and body. Her interest in physical therapy began after a major ACL injury ended her competitive soccer career, introducing her to the world of rehabilitation. Zeya has a passion for nutrition and enjoys cooking healthy, delicious meals. She also loves yoga, hiking Bay Area trails, and tending to her plants. She’s excited to support clients in improving their mobility and strength while deepening their connection to their bodies.

    Jerisa was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the bay area 4 years ago to pursue her B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise and movement science at San Francisco State University. She has a strong passion for personal wellness and loves helping people move and feel better, with a focus on rehabilitation and injury prevention. She was involved in sports growing up, her favorite being basketball which she loves to play with her siblings when she's back home. In her free time, she loves going to concerts with her friends, exploring different outdoor scenery in SF, and trying new food spots. She looks forward to helping clients improve their mobility and overall wellbeing at StretchLab!

    Ben is a born and bred Coloradan. He came to San Francisco to obtain his B.S. in Kinesiology with minors in psychology and neuroscience from the University of San Francisco. He volunteers at physical therapy clinics and loves to help people move. He has a background in several sports, he really enjoys staying active, and he likes to make new friends. He also hopes to pursue a doctorate degree in either Physical or Occupational therapy.

    Sabina is a Registered Yoga Teacher bringing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to her clients. Her teaching focuses on breathwork, alignment, and slowing down to find more mind/body connection. She’s currently working towards her Master's in Nutrition and is a Reiki Energy Healer. In her spare time you will find her outdoors on a hiking trail or in the ocean. Sabina is looking forward to helping you find flexibility and quality of movement in your body.

    DeVanee is a Bay Area native who earned her B.S in Kinesiology on the Pre-Physical Therapy track from The University of San Francisco. A lifelong athlete, DeVanee has a passion for health, movement and wellbeing. Her goal is to eventually work for the Golden State Warriors or Valkyries and open her own affordable physical therapy clinic that’s tailored towards low income families. In her free time, DeVanee enjoys time with her family and friends, cooking and baking, and exploring nature.

He's passionate about fitness, health, and helping people feel their best through movement and recovery. Josue is currently continuing his education with the goal of becoming a physical therapist. He enjoys learning more about the human body and finding ways to help others stay active, move better, and feel their best. Outside of work, he stays active in the gym, enjoys traveling to new places, and spending time with family and friends.

    Bri was born and raised in the East Bay. She recently graduated massage school in San Francisco. For fun she enjoys cooking plant based foods, doing her own hair, and gifting massage therapy at local events! She started off her career in wellness, working front desk at local spas until she decided to become a practitioner.
