      Please meet John, one of our newest Flexologists! John is a lifelong traveler, adventurer, and fitness junkie. He’s been to all fifty US states, Machu Picchu, Mount Everest, and backpacked Western Europe. John trained in meditation at a Himalayan monastery and got his 200 hour yoga certification at a school on the banks of the Ganges River in India, The Vinyasa Yoga School. He has several years of teaching experience in yoga, as well. In his spare time, he is building an off-grid homestead here in New Mexico. We are so happy to have John on our Team at StretchLab Santa Fe!

      Collins has been a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast striving to not only learn about ways to improve well being but also putting them into practice. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and then acquired his certification in personal training from the American College of Sports Medicine. Collins worked for the Cardiac Rehab department at Presbyterian Hospital in Santa Fe as well as a Medical Assistant. His focus is on preventative health to help people achieve greater well being by practicing science based lifestyle habits like exercise, strength training, cardiovascular activities, and stretching. Collins enjoys hiking in nature, strength training, spending quality time with family and friends, and reading the latest science on many topics including health and fitness. "This is why I decided to work at StretchLab as we have the same goals to help support people to live their healthiest lives." says Collins.

      Please say hello to our newest Flexologist, Miranda! Miranda graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry and moved to Santa Fe soon after from northern Virginia. She has been teaching and choreographing dance for the past five years and is excited to bring her dance background to StretchLab! She has multiple jobs to honor every aspect of who she is, so when she’s not working at StretchLab she’s either teaching dance or working with the horses in Abiquiú. In her spare time, she loves to hike and enjoys road-tripping throughout the US. Come into the studio and meet Miranda or you can book a stretch session with her online.

      Adrian is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach. He also studied dance and musical theater at West Texas A&M. While in college, he also trained in boxing, weight lifting, and became fascinated by sports nutrition to better achieve the goals of he and his peers. Over the past five years, Adrian has explored a variety of training methods and has dedicated himself to enhance his clients overall strength, quality of movement, and mobility goals by utilizing of an array of modalities and training strategies. Adrian is also a Board 30 certified instructor where he teaches HIIT resistance training to an awesome community of members.

      Jen loves the accessibility of StretchLab - working in the field of assisted stretching is a lifelong dream come true! Jen enjoyed an active childhood in the mountains of Northwest Montana, where she played a variety of sports and was a downhill ski racer. She graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham, with an interdisciplinary major focused on conflict resolution. She began her yoga journey in college, studied Thai Yoga Massage with Ritam Healing Arts and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification with Prajna Yoga of Santa Fe. Over the years, she has enjoyed working closely with young people as a teacher and wilderness therapy field instructor. Before and during the pandemic she was a yoga instructor with Yoga in the Schools, a program of Santa Fe Community Yoga. This past winter she returned to the snowy mountains to work as a ski instructor at Ski Santa Fe. Currently, she is busy keeping up with her two young daughters who love to dance, ski, swim and jump on the trampoline! When she's not at StretchLab or adventuring with her daughters, you can find her peacefully painting pottery at Rainbow Gate.

      This is Sophia! She is one of our Flexologists and we are very excited to have her on our Team. Sophia is certified with 200 hours of yoga teacher training and she also graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology, the science of human movement. She has great interest in how our bodies perform and a passion for making people feel good in their bodies. From nutrition to exercise science Sophia holds a wealth of knowledge. Fun Fact: Sophia trained as a figure skater and ice dancer for most of her life. Book your session with Sophia today!

      Please help us welcome Silke (pronounced Silka) to the StretchLab Santa Fe Flexologist Team! Silke spent the past twelve years living in France and is new to Santa Fe. A little bit of history about Silke: she received her BA in Social Work and been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. She earned her 300 hour yoga teaching certification through ParaYoga®. Additional studies include anatomy and myofascial movement with Gary Carter and pranic meditation and subtle body anatomy with Dr.Swami Shankardev. Silke has led yoga retreats internationally & is a guest presenter at yoga teacher training programs annually, teaching Sanskrit for yogis (i.e. the effects on vibration on body/mind). Silke’s most recent passion & commitment is pole fitness/dance and aerial arts. Her personal philosophy: each of us are endowed with incredible life force and that energy is meant to thrive. The human body is a remarkable design, and the heart and mind equally are allies -- and anyone of any age can embrace, enjoy, and enhance their capacities.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
