I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a graduate of The National Personal Training Institute. My specialty is corrective exercise and functional movement. I got into the health and fitness industry because I’ve always liked helping people, and want people to move and feel their best. When I’m not helping people move better at StretchLab I am lifting weights and training/competing in the Highland Games. Mobility to me is something that leads to a happier, longer, and more enjoyable life. Good mobility allows us to live more vibrant lives vs. living a sedentary life.

I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, a minor in Nutrition, and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. My specialty is connecting with people, specifically athletes and active individuals, in order to provide improvements to their lives and performance in their sport/activity. When I’m not working with clients you can find me at the gym, outside with my dog, or out on the town spending time with my wife and close friends. To me, mobility is the ability to move and perform your favorite activities without restriction or pain.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, my personal training certification, and have worked as a physical therapist aide. I’m currently working towards getting my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. The reason for choosing this field of work is my passion for helping people and making them feel better. My specialties are my listening skills and the relaxing stretch environment I strive to provide for my clients. When I’m not working with clients I like to read, crochet, paint, and I enjoy a lot of outdoor activities. To me, mobility is the ability to move well and pain free. Having good mobility leads to better quality of life and allows the freedom to do the things you love.

I chose to work in the health and fitness industry to become a good resource for individuals struggling to find good information regarding their health, and help those people take charge of their lives. I have a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology, and I’m returning to school to obtain my Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. I am a certified exercise physiologist and corrective exercise specialist, and consider these to be my specialty. Mobility to me is the ability to move through normal range of motion free of pain and restriction. When not stretching clients I am usually working out, gaming, studying, or finding good memes.

I work in this industry because I understand how difficult it can be to learn the fundamentals and process of health and fitness. I want to be a trusted source of education for people looking to better their life and their health. I have a degree in Kinesiology & Nutritional Science, I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Athletic Trainer. My specialty is connecting with clients in order to give them the best care and best routine possible to better their lives. When I’m not training or stretching clients you can find me spending time with my family, practicing new instruments, and enjoying good food. Mobility for me is the ability to perform and to use your body through its entire range of motion.

I am a certified personal trainer, and I am currently working towards becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant. I work in the health and fitness industry because I believe helping people better themselves, and their lives, is extremely rewarding. When I’m not helping people move and feel better I enjoy spending time with friends, playing golf, basketball, and lacrosse. With an athletic background, mobility to me means injury prevention. My specialty is communicating and connecting with people. I believe that connecting with people is important to truly understand them and help them work towards their goals.

I chose to work in the health and fitness industry because of my long background in sports and fitness, and a love for helping people achieve their physical goals. I’ve had to go through the recovery process from many sports injuries, so I can appreciate the help of an assisted stretch. I have a Bachelor’s in Allied Health, and consider my specialty to be injury prevention. In my free time I like to spend time with family, stay active, and go jogging. Mobility to me is very important for daily life, and it allows us to walk better and stand taller without battling daily aches and pains.

I chose to work in the health and fitness industry because I feel that there is no greater joy than helping others feel better, and it has become my passion. I went to MTI in Davis to study sports massage, medical massage, stretching, and anatomy. I opened my own practice in 2019, and I still enjoy practicing massage therapy when I’m not stretching clients at StretchLab. When not working with clients I like to paddle board, go hiking, and stay involved at my church.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, and have worked as a Physical Therapist Aide. I plan to attend PT school to further my education and obtain my doctorate. I consider my specialty to be caring for clients, and helping them relate the way their bodies feel to their personal life. When I’m not working with clients or working out at the gym I like to hike, read, and spend time with family and friends. Mobility for me is having the ability to move freely for as long and as well as possible.

I work in health and fitness because I played baseball my entire life, so it comes naturally to want to help people move their best. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and I coach youth baseball on the weekends and afternoons. My specialty is working with athletes, specifically helping them perform at their best. To me, mobility is how well our body moves through certain ranges of motion, and it can help immensely through sports and everyday life to prevent restricted movement. When I’m not stretching clients you’ll find me at the gym, playing/coaching baseball, and traveling.
