Outside of work, Cassie loves spending time outdoors. You can often find her with her husband and children at the park, zoo or beach.

    Pauline has been a group exercise instructor for over 20 years. She has experience with adaptive fitness, older adults, cancer survivors as well as Parkinson’s and other degenerative diseases. She finds stretching to have so many benefits to getting the body moving optimally, which in turn creates a better quality of life. Pauline is passionate about heling others achieve their goals and is excited to utilize her experience helping people optimize their health and wellness journey at StretchLab. A fun fact about Pauline is that she is originally from Scotland!

    Jessica is an internationally trained Physical Therapist specialized in the Pelvic Floor. She has sights on reevaluating her foreign studies to become a DPT. She is passionate and trained in improving women's health and assessing them throughout different stages of life including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. She is a true believer that there is no better medicine than movement and exercise. Jessica's love and passion for helping others improve their relationship with exercise and overall their quality of life, will be a great addition to our StretchLab studio!

    Arianna earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science from CSU Northridge. At StretchLab, she is developing the knowledge and experience needed to earn her NASM certification and pursue further education in the field of physical fitness. Arianna is passionate about improving quality of life and reducing long-term pain through movement. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and relaxing at home with her cat.

    Caleb is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology – Movement Science at California State University San Marcos. He’s passionate about helping others and fostering new relationships, two things that we value here at SLRB. Caleb is a former baseball player and current powerlifter. Caleb brings hands-on experience as a physical therapy aide, along with a strong background of volunteering in various clinical settings and working with diverse populations. His personal and professional experiences allow him to connect easily with people. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys working out, hiking, playing video games, going to the beach, and spending time with his dogs.

    Victoria completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science at the University of Oklahoma. She went on to get her Masters of Science in Exercise Science from University of Texas at Arlington. She has her NASM Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. She loves helping people achieve their physical goals no matter their age or ability by any and all modalities. Outside of work you will find her involved in all things sports. Her Sooners lead the way, along with all of the DFW professional teams, and is now a new fan of the Padres. She loves walking her dog, Addison and playing golf with her fiancé, Francisco.

    Liz earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development from the University of California San Diego. Since completing her undergrad Liz has found a passion for all things fitness! She earned her personal training certification from NASM and has a background as a physical therapy aide, with aspirations to become an athletic trainer. Here at StretchLab, she strives to make fitness accessible to everyone and push her clients to reach their goals in a fun and enjoyable way. When she’s not in the studio you can find Liz posted up at Petco Park ready for the next Padres game or hosting game nights with her friends.

    Zach was born and raised in San Diego, and recently graduated from San Diego State University in May of 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy. He has worked as a Physical Therapy Aide in an outpatient clinic for a little over a year. In his free time he likes to snowboard, ride his motorcycle, workout at the gym, and travel to different places with either friends or family. His most recent trip was to Tokyo in Japan, but would like to explore the other islands around there as well.

    Matthew is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and a graduate from the University of California, San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in General Biology. Originally from Torrance, California, he is pursuing a future in physical therapy. In addition to his role at StretchLab, Matthew works part-time as a physical therapy aide in Kearny Mesa and volunteers at the VA Medical Center in La Jolla. His background in competitive athletics—including basketball, baseball, and track and field—shaped his strong foundation in movement, injury prevention, and performance-based training. At StretchLab, Matthew is committed to providing individualized, goal-oriented care to help clients improve mobility, function, and overall well-being. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through hiking, spending time with friends, and exploring the San Diego area. He looks forward to continuing to grow professionally while serving the local community and the StretchLab team.

    My name is Finn, and I am originally from Dedham, Massachusetts, a small town outside of Boston. I graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in May of 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Kinetics. I am also a NASM certified personal trainer. I have an athletic background including playing Division 3 NCAA lacrosse, as well as ice hockey, soccer, and swimming throughout my childhood and early adulthood. I am a former lifeguard and swim instructor and I love to be in the water! I have experience working in a physical therapy department for the Cotting School in Massachusetts, and I am working on becoming an EMT. I have a passion for helping people, and I love to see others succeed. In my free time I love to go to the gym, go for walks, hike, play videogames with my friends, as well as spend time with my girlfriend and those who are close to me.
