Miriam B.S., ACSM CPT, TRX
Miriam graduated from Cal State Northridge with a Bachelor's Degree. in Kinesiology and an emphasis on Applied Fitness and Active Lifestyle Development. She additionally studied Spanish at the Universidad de Granada in Spain.
She has multiple years of training experience, working at various fitness facilities, interning as a student trainer and sports performance assistant, and sweating hard as a pace runner at Nike. She teaches career fitness trainer students at AFNA and assists as a strength and conditioning coach for Occidental Women's Rugby.
When she's not teaching youth or senior citizen fitness classes for her community recreation center you can find her exploring the outdoors, running, playing tennis, cycling, hiking, traveling and eating good food.
Her favorite part about StretchLab is the continuing education. Miriam plans to pursue higher education in Sports Medicine.
