      Lead Flexologist
I'm certified in Level 1 & 2 Thai massage, deep tissue massage, and have completed 560 hours of Yoga Alliance teacher training across multiple styles—including power, hot power fusion, and yin yoga. For over five years, I’ve been teaching yoga and practicing bodywork, and through that journey, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping people move through pain and discomfort. I use targeted massage techniques supported by my knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address each client’s specific needs. My approach is always client-centered focusing on individual goals while also working to identify and get to the root cause of pain or dysfunction. Outside of work, I love expressing myself through painting and dancing, and I stay grounded through my own yoga practice. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!

I graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. While studying, I had the opportunity to volunteer with individuals who had various disabilities, helping them regain an active lifestyle which really deepened my passion for movement and recovery. In my free time, I like to stay active through weightlifting and hiking. Standing over 6 feet tall and with a strong build, I’m especially well-suited to work with big and tall clients. I’ve had plenty of experience doing so, especially during my time stretching clients at the El Segundo StretchLab for over a year. What I enjoy most about working at StretchLab is connecting with clients and seeing their progress over time. Helping people feel better in their bodies and watching them improve with each session is what makes this work truly rewarding.

Go Matadors! My background in the health industry includes experience in fitness instructing and wellness coaching, particularly with the geriatric population. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including professional athletes like WNBA champion Candice Wiggins and former Los Angeles Lakers player and 3x NBA Champion Luke Walton, who I stretched regularly. I bring charismatic energy and genuine enthusiasm to every session, and my goal is to make your stretching experience not only effective, but fun. I look forward to helping you enjoy the journey and stay motivated as you work toward your goals here at the studio!

I graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, and then spent the next seven years dancing professionally in New York City. I recently made the move to Los Angeles to pursue my Doctorate in Sports Chiropractic, and I’m currently balancing life as a student chiropractor, Flexologist, and personal trainer. I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Fitness. Before joining the team at StretchLab Pasadena, I worked in San Diego focusing on PNF stretching and myofacial release. I've had the opportunity to work with athletes of all ages and sizes but being on the taller side myself, I’ve found that I have a natural advantage when it comes to stretching and supporting big and tall clients. I'm a very active person and love staying moving whether it's playing basketball, volleyball, or just getting outdoors. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me listening to music, thrifting, or hanging out with friends. I’m excited to make a real and lasting impact by helping clients move better, feel better, and reach their goals one stretch at a time.

I graduated from Northeastern Illinois University in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Community Health & Wellness, and later completed my Master’s in Kinesiology from Cal State Northridge. While studying through the pandemic, I had the unique opportunity to interview Cirque du Soleil performers and design a specialized exercise conditioning program for aerialists—an experience that really deepened my appreciation for movement and performance. Since earning my MS in 2021, I’ve been working as a Flexologist for over a year, while also teaching and competing as a professional pole dancer. I’m originally from the Chicagoland area, where I grew up as a swimmer, my favorite stroke was always butterfly. As an adult, I was introduced to pole dancing and fell in love with it right away. I quickly began teaching and competing across the U.S., earning several first-place titles and placing second at the Pole Sport Organization’s National Championship in 2019. My passion for pole dance sparked a deeper curiosity about the human body, leading me to explore movement disciplines like handstands, yoga, and of course, stretching. I’m excited to use everything I’ve learned to help others move better, feel stronger, and find joy in their own bodies.

I’m a certified yoga therapist and personal trainer (CIAYT, E-RYT 500, RPYT, RCYT) with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and reduce the stress we so often carry without even realizing it. In addition to my extensive yoga training, I’m also a certified stress management specialist and currently pursuing further education in Kinesiology at Cal State Fullerton to deepen my understanding of movement and wellness. Outside of the studio, I enjoy aromatherapy, hiking, martial arts like Kajukenbo and Tai Chi, as well as pranic healing and CBD consulting. My approach to wellness is rooted in the mind-body connection—I believe true health comes from addressing the full picture: physical, emotional, and energetic. I recently graduated from UCLA with a degree in Physiological Science, where I developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human body. I’m currently applying my knowledge at StretchLab as I prepare to take the next step toward Physical Therapy school. With two years of experience as a physical therapy aide, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with clients on their recovery and mobility goals. That experience taught me the value of a personalized, thoughtful approach something I carry into every stretch session. Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active, exploring new foods, and spending quality time with my girlfriend. What I enjoy most about StretchLab is seeing the progress our clients make. Helping people feel better, move more freely, and live pain-free is what motivates me every day.

I graduated from Cal State Northridge with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis on Applied Fitness and Active Lifestyle Development. I also had the incredible opportunity to study Spanish at the Universidad de Granada in Spain, which broadened my perspective both personally and professionally. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in various fitness settings working at multiple facilities, interning as a student trainer and sports performance assistant, and even running hard as a pace runner with Nike. I currently teach future fitness professionals at AFNA and assist as a strength and conditioning coach for Occidental Women’s Rugby. When I’m not leading youth or senior fitness classes at my local community rec center, you’ll probably find me outdoors running, playing tennis, cycling, hiking, traveling, or enjoying great food. What I love most about StretchLab is the emphasis on continuing education. I'm always looking to grow in this field, and I plan to pursue higher education in Sports Medicine so I can keep expanding the ways I support others in living active, healthy lives.

As a lifelong competitive basketball player/coach & football player, I am familiar with success, drive, consistency, and hard work. A serious injury slowed me down while I was at my peak, so I know what it is like to put health as my only priority, and rebuild foundational strength, mobility, and overall wellness. I completed a Kinesiology, B.S. degree with a focus in Rehabilitative & Therapeutic Exercise from Cal State University, Los Angeles, which helped me see exercise and wellness as more than just pushups and equipment at a gym. I will be starting a Doctor of Physical Therapy program where my creativity and past experiences can flourish. I love hanging out with friends and family, concerts, and trying anything new. You can find me at the local gym tinkering with exercises & equipment so I can find creative and accessible ways to incorporate health and wellness into my future patients’ lives.
