I was inspired to pursue a career in health and wellness throughout my coursework as a Kinesiology major. I learned so much about the body and the ways that all of us can be empowered to care for ourselves through healthy life choices. Every body is different and unique to the individual and I am fascinated by discovering what works best for a client on the bench.I want to help each person feel better than they did the day before! I love meeting new people, and StretchLab gives me the chance to make so many meaningful connections. Outside of work I enjoy weight lifting, going on runs and live music of any kind. I also really like to cook!

I am a trained dancer and gymnast, hold a BFA in Dance from the University of Hawaii and have always prioritized fitness. As a teacher and coach, I love to inspire those around me and establish positive change! StretchLab allows me to help people feel better in their bodies by prioritizing self care and overall well being. Some of my favorite stretches involve the IT band, piriformis and neck, places most of us get really tight. Outside the studio, you can catch me moving my body, enjoying the sun and eating nourishing food! Dancing, yoga, running, surfing, camping, family time – I love it all. Looking forward to creating a stretch training plan for you to get you moving and feeling your best.

I am passionate about helping people. My work as a massage therapist taught me how to manipulate and decrease tension in the muscles, which naturally led to me becoming a certified NASM Personal Trainer. I have been training clients and leading group fitness for 10 years and enjoy being part of a client’s wellness journey. Eager to learn more and expand my skills, I saw a great opportunity in StretchLab. As Flexologists, we can truly make a difference in someone’s life by increasing flexibility and range of motion. Helping clients understand the “why” of stretching is really powerful! In my free time, you can find me working out, at the beach, on a hike or exploring new places with my husband and dog. Hope to see you on a bench soon!

I have been practicing as a Certified Massage Therapist since 2009, with modalities ranging from Swedish to Shiastu to Myofascial and more. I love connecting with people and finding the link between discomfort in the body and physical and/or emotional stressors. StretchLab drew my interest as it offers customized stretch sessions for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Through stretching, clients have more body awareness and have a greater understanding of the importance of mobility. When I’m not at StretchLab, you can find me dancing with friends, camping or on the hunt for bioluminescent algae at the beach. I look forward to stretching you!

My interest in health and wellness began in high school, when I became an avid gym-goer and started trying new foods and fitness classes. While studying Human Developmental Sciences at UC San Diego, I found a passion in helping people become happier and healthier! That lead to pursuing my NASM certification Personal Training and then to StretchLab. Stretching is for everybody and is SO good for you. As a Flexologist, I am able to further my knowledge and help those around me feel better in their day-to-day lives. I learn something from every person on my bench! When I’m not stretching, you can find me reading, hiking, rock climbing, baking, being with friends & family, or training in the gym. Looking forward to helping you feel better and live LONG!

I love to help people live a better life through improved health and fitness. I’m passionate about education around taking better care of your body both inside the gym and outside in daily life. My background as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and EMT is a great foundation for StretchLab (fun fact: I also hold a black belt in Taekwondo). The work we do improves how people live by increasing range of motion, mobility and helping with injury prevention. We help them move better and that’s a game changer! In terms of personal interests, I love animals and the outdoors and hanging with friends or family. My all time favorite stretch is the forward fold – it gets the majority of the posterior chain that’s usually tight. Let’s get you started on your journey to better movement at StretchLab.

I have been inspired by movement for as long as I can remember. Pursuing a life full of motion has given me an appreciation for the courage and tenacity it takes to succeed in sports and other forms of physical expression. My background touches on many modalities including snowboarding, surfing, yoga, hoop dance and aerial dance. I am a certified 200 RYT Yoga Instructor and am also certified in, and teach, aerial yoga. I firmly believe that movement is medicine! I love helping people connect with their health and wellness goals through time on the bench at StretchLab. My favorite stretch is the lumbar rotation because it impacts so many areas at once. On off days, I like to work in the garden or take a yin yoga class. I hope to stretch with you soon!

I discovered martial arts and a love for health and wellness as a young adult. I have over 10 years of experience, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu jitsu and expertise in kickboxing. I am also an ISSA certified personal trainer. My driving goal is to help others find their best in body, mind and spirit. I love seeing someone move and feel better by taking action to improve their life, and witnessing how StretchLab changes the way people function and experience their world is awesome. One of my favorite stretches is the lumbar rotation, as it opens up the spine, side body and chest. Aside from martial arts, I also enjoy hiking, lifting weights, cooking, and exploring new and little known restaurants and magical spots around our world.

I grew up playing sports – I was captain of my tennis, water polo and swim teams in high school – and have always had a love for health and fitness. My degree in Kinesiology, and my experience from a two year sports medicine internship prepared me well for my Flexologist role! Our members get so much from improved flexibility and I love helping them reach their goals. Since we work one on one, we get the chance to really get to know who's on our bench and that’s both helpful and rewarding. My favorite stretch would have to be any in the shoulder sequence that expand range in the upper body. A few things about me…I’m a Bay Area native and I love summer, paddle boarding and the LA Clippers!
