After years in sales, sales management & the food/beverage industry, I have taken my passions for yoga, wellness, & exercise and given them my full time attention. After practicing yoga for 15 years, I became a certified yoga instructor and Reiki I practitioner in 2017. I also represent a USDA certified organic CBD manufacturer and believe in the safe and significant benefits it has on the body. I also am recently certified in Somaveda Thai massage yoga. Along with a regular yoga practice and fitness schedule, I am an avid skier. My other passions are gardening, cooking and walking in the woods with Theo, my Australian Shepard. Working as a Flexoligist with StretchLab is an amazing addition to my expertise in working with the human body. Our stretch sessions are proven to enable clients to excel in their functional and fitness goals. I look forward to working together with you by creating an individual plan that will meet and exceed your expectations of the StretchLab experience

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and Stretching & Flexibility Coach, mother of two boys, and avid collector of houseplants! Growing up, I was aware of the benefits of stretching and flexibility as I spent many hours in the dance studio. In 2018, I began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and coached childrens and adult classes at my gym for over 3 years. In addition to coaching, I ran a weekly stretching and mobility class for all ages. While working through a back injury in 2016, I had my first experience with assisted stretching and it changed my life. A passion for pain free mobility was ignited. I am absolutely thrilled to have found StretchLab and assist my clients on their individual mobility journeys!

Health and fitness have been a passion of mine for as long as I could remember. I started getting into fitness and health at a very young age, educating myself and taking part in different sports and courses. I played D1 Soccer in college and I am currently a Mixed Martial Artist working towards competing Professionally. I worked as a Personal Trainer for MIT at the age of 18 and I worked with a lot of people in helping them achieve their goals physically in a way that’s healthy and fun. I attend UMASS Lowell for my Health and Science degree as I enjoy learning about the human body and applying my knowledge to help people feel better physically. After I complete college, I plan on working as a full-time Physical Therapist.

As a high school track and field/ cross country runner, Jake became passionate about learning how the gym could help him on the track. As his Junior year season came to an end and college was coming fast, Jake’s love for the gym began to outweigh his love for the track. This led to Jake pursuing his Exercise Science degree at Merrimack College. Jake began his training/coaching career in 2017, while simultaneously pursuing his Exercise Science Degree at Merrimack College, which he completed in 2021. During his 5+ years in the fitness space, Jake got to work in a variety of different settings including interning at Athletic Evolution during the winter, spring and summer of 2018-2019. From 2018-2020 Jake was also a personal trainer at Merrimack’s campus gym. In August 2020, he began training at Drive Custom Fit, where he ran the internship program and was the Program Coordinator for all group exercise classes. From 2019 and on Jake has also worked in the Online Training space. He expanded his online coaching in August 2022, working with powerlifters, athletes, and general population clients. Jake began to train for powerlifting meets in 2019. He competes in the USAPL, the largest drug tested federation in the US. Jake is Passionate about helping individuals feel their best.

Hey there! I’m Dr. Aisha Ahmad — chiropractor, mental health doctor, and proud professional napper. I help people feel good inside and out — through healing, stretching, and a sprinkle of laughter along the way! I earned all my degrees in beautiful Connecticut (yes, all of them… coffee was my best friend), and now I’m living my best life in Everett, Massachusetts with my adorable kitten who thinks he is my assistant. When I’m not helping clients move better and stress less, you can probably find me at a coffee shop dreaming up new wellness ideas, curating playlists for my sessions, or trying new healthy recipes. Come see me and let’s get you stretched, smiling, and feeling like your absolute best self!

Hi there! My name is Gabi, and I began my fitness journey four years ago as a runner and weightlifter. Eager to learn more about the human body and how far I could take myself, I decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Health Sciences from UMass Boston. Stretching has remarkable benefits including better posture, improved flexibility, and stress relief, which made me eager to be more consistent and experience these benefits myself and maintain full body wellness. As I now have decided to give my passion for wellness and recovery my full-time attention. I’m looking forward to helping you achieve your goals smoothly and pain free.

I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients, each with unique needs and challenges. This experience has reinforced my belief in the power of personalized care and the importance of staying current with the latest advancements in fitness and therapeutic techniques. Hi! I'm Isabelle and I'm passionate about fitness, health and wellness. From the moment I stepped into my first dance class, stretching has been an integral part of my journey. I am a graduate of Clark University, where I studied Biology and dance. I bring 18 years of experience as a classically trained dancer to my role at StretchLab. I am excited to use my experience as an ISSA certified corrective exercise specialist and Brookbush Institute human movement specialist to help people stretch and move better so that they can do the things they love without discomfort. My own journey into stretching started when a shoulder injury prevented me from continuing to play viola in an orchestra. I originally pursued my training and certifications as a way to help my own recovery, but after experiencing first-hand how effective stretching is, I am incredibly excited to be able to use my skill set to help others too. When I’m not at the Studio, you can find me at orchestra or choir rehearsal, on my laptop studying software engineering, or in the kitchen perfecting new recipes.

Hi everyone! I’m Christine, a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2010. My expertise is in preventing injuries through stretching, proper body mechanics, and exercise, as well as recognizing, treating, and rehabilitating injuries when they occur. I discovered that I really enjoyed working with the general public rather than strictly with athletes, so in 2019 I switched my career setting from working in athletics to working solely in stretching studios. This has allowed me to share my expertise and help individuals of all ages and backgrounds live pain-free lives. I strongly believe that everyone can achieve optimal well-being by addressing restrictions in their bodies and improving alignment for better overall function. In addition to my bachelor’s, I earned a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science and hold certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM. I’m thrilled to now be part of StretchLab, where I can apply my skills to create personalized, targeted treatments tailored to each individual.
