  • Dee

    Dee

    Flexologist

Dee is a Master Personal Trainer with 23 years of experience - but at heart, a self-proclaimed beach bum with a passion for uplifting the community. Originally from the great state of New Jersey, she attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where she studied linguistics. Her fitness journey began with a simple goal: earning a free gym membership. That decision led her to a weekend convention in Atlantic City and, shortly after, to teaching a 5 a.m. Monday Spin class at Bally Total Fitness. Since then, her dedication to helping others become the best version of themselves has only grown. While she teaches a variety of fitness modalities, Corrective Exercise remains her favorite, as it allows her to help clients move better, recover stronger, and prevent future injuries. Fueled by protein, sunshine, and the sound of crashing waves, she embraces life with energy and curiosity. When she’s not expanding her fitness knowledge, knitting, or playing rugby (enthusiastically but admittedly not expertly), you’ll most likely find her at the beach!

Outside the studio, she loves hiking, camping, traveling, and discovering new coffee shops. Yanise is passionate about helping others feel confident and capable in the body they were given, empowering them to achieve things they never thought possible!

  • Weston

    Weston

Weston is a VA Beach native who took his passion for sports to the next level, playing Division II men’s lacrosse at Limestone University. He graduated with a degree in Health Sciences - and a clear calling toward rehabilitation, movement, and helping people feel their best. Over the past three years, Weston has gained hands-on experience in the outpatient physical therapy world, working as an administrator, technician, and student of the craft. That well-rounded background gives him a sharp eye for movement and a genuine understanding of how to help clients improve how their bodies function and feel! When he’s not in the studio, you’ll find Weston coaching, playing, or watching sports - or really doing anything active. And when it’s time to recharge, he’s all about a good movie or some video game time. At the end of the day, Weston’s mission is simple: help people move better, feel better, and get more out of life!
