My experience includes being a yoga teacher and photographer. I love playing and creating music, learning new musical instruments, doing yoga, playing capoeira, hiking and photographing people and nature. I love being able to express myself in various avenues, from mental creativity with music, or physical expression with capoeira - its like flowing with the flow of life! StretchLab allows me to benefit individuals in a personable one-on-one environment - I love being able to help people get more in tuned with their bodies, learn how to engage new muscles, and mindfully use their bodies for better health and safety.

I am a CMT and Rosen Method Practitioner with private somatic therapy practice in Berkeley. I studied Ashtanga yoga with Richard Freeman and I continue to enjoy teaching hands on adjustments to yoga teachers. These bodywork skills translate into the assisted stretching environment where I hold a space for people to experience their own range with compassion!

I’ve been a Physical Therapy Aide for 4 years in an outpatient orthopedic, chronic pain, and neurological setting in the North Bay Area. Currently, I am in my 2nd year of a Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. I love to do anything that keeps me moving! Mainly basketball, weight training, boxing, running, cycling, and dancing. StretchLab allows me to educate people on stiff areas of their body that contribute to their movement struggles or pain and help them manage that through the power of stretching!

If I am not dancing, painting, doing aerial silks, and singing, then you can find me climbing the hills of Santa Barbara! I love being out in nature, and I love connecting with other people, laughing and having fun. From the time that I was young, I was involved in dancing, aerial silks, and yoga which gave me a great start to learning how to maintain my body without injury, and give the best performance to my craft. Now as a professional in the movement world, I am certified as a 200 hour Asana yoga instructor and trainer in therapeutic yoga (Levels I & II), Hands on Healing and our specialized StretchLab FTP Flexologist Certification. I love my work, and I love connecting with the members to help them reach their goals. Working with me, we will use the breath, and deep targeted stretching to help you relax and allow your body to open and strengthen. I look forward to meeting you!

Stretching is strengthening, I firmly believe in that. As a certified NASM personal trainer, certified Steel Mace Yoga teacher, Surf Instructor and CrossFit Coach, I need stretching to keep my body moving well. My oldest client was 92-years old and I also work with kids so I see how the body likes to move before sitting in cars/desks becomes the norm. I worked in Corporate Tech before shifting into Health/Fitness several years ago. I play various sports, Spearfish, hike, and grew up in the MidWest so I try to bring that "Compassionate Coach" to my work. Breathwork and mindfulness is very important to me. My intention is to help others be kinder to their bodies, which I hope will transfer into us being kinder to the world around us. What I appreciate about StretchLab is it's a welcoming space to everyone…what ever state your body is in, there will be someone here who will connect with and try to help.

I grew up in Carpinteria, but ended up moving to Oxnard to play soccer for Oxnard College and continued at California Lutheran University. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2018 and am currently pursuing my dream to get my doctorate in Physical Therapy, at the University of St. Augustine. I enjoy learning about the human body and how we move throughout our daily activities. I like to stay active by going on runs, long walks with my dog Simba and working out. I am also certified through NASM as a sports performance enhancement specialist. I really enjoy educating people on how our body moves and the importance of overall health and wellness. I think it's important to share the knowledge that we all have because you can always learn something from each other. I enjoy playing and watching sports, such as soccer, football, basketball, boxing and baseball. I enjoy watching movies and outdoor activities such as snowboarding and hiking. StretchLab allows me to meet all types of people and help them understand the importance of stretching to help them move better. It's a great environment to work in and watch everyone grow in their flexibility journey.

I gained a love for movement at a young age. I played volleyball, softball, and started weightlifting in high school. I found my love for Athletic Training after a shoulder injury and decided to heal myself with a better understanding of the body. I graduated from California state university Northridge in 2018 with my Bachelors in Athletic Training. I worked as an Athletic Trainer for 4 years at high schools, with college level athletes, in gyms, and with personal clients of various age ranges. I am a powerlifting, Mas wrestler, and strongwoman athlete. I also enjoy an occasional 5k walk on the beach with my dog. Working with Stretchlab gives me the opportunity to advance my hands on skills as an Athletic Trainer and allows me to give my knowledge to others who want to keep moving and stay motivated.
