I’ve been a Physical Therapy Aide for 4 years in an outpatient orthopedic, chronic pain, and neurological setting in the North Bay Area. Currently, I am in my 2nd year of a Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. I love to do anything that keeps me moving! Mainly basketball, weight training, boxing, running, cycling, and dancing. StretchLab allows me to educate people on stiff areas of their body that contribute to their movement struggles or pain and help them manage that through the power of stretching!

If I am not dancing, painting, doing aerial silks, and singing, then you can find me climbing the hills of Santa Barbara! I love being out in nature, and I love connecting with other people, laughing and having fun. From the time that I was young, I was involved in dancing, aerial silks, and yoga which gave me a great start to learning how to maintain my body without injury, and give the best performance to my craft. Now as a professional in the movement world, I am certified as a 200 hour Asana yoga instructor and trainer in therapeutic yoga (Levels I & II), Hands on Healing and our specialized StretchLab FTP Flexologist Certification. I love my work, and I love connecting with the members to help them reach their goals. Working with me, we will use the breath, and deep targeted stretching to help you relax and allow your body to open and strengthen. I look forward to meeting you!

I have been involved in artistic gymnastics since I was four years old and have been a gymnastics coach for five years. I also have experience in ballet, so flexibility is something I’m very familiar with. Ever since I was a little girl, I was interested in how my body worked because I could perform gravity defying skills. I love swimming in the ocean, playing volleyball, practicing gymnastics, watching anime, and studying science (especially neuroscience). Playing video games with my cat, Sophie, is a great stay-at-home joy for me. I have been stretching my entire life and I believe in the benefits for all people, not just athletes. I want to share those positives with people and watch them grow and StretchLab gives me that opportunity!

I played sports all throughout grade school and recently graduated from Westmont College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. I am also Certified Personal Trainer from NASM and currently working as a Personal Trainer at a gym. I am also pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy program for the Fall 2023 semester. I love to work out and be active as much as possible. I spend most of my free time lifting at the gym, playing golf and basketball with friends, and going to the beach. I am passionate about learning more everyday about the human body and how to care/coach people to take care of their physical and mental health. What I love about StretchLab is that I can truly make a great difference in someone’s life and how they experience physical activity. I believe our bodies are designed to move so working at StretchLab gives me the opportunity to help others be active and move pain/stress free! It is extremely rewarding to see everyone’s progress in flexibility and ultimately living a happier life because of stretching.

I grew up practicing and competing in rhythmic gymnastics from the age of four. Through personal experience and from witnessing incidents of my peers I learned about ways in which the human body can be pushed to excel and also the vast opportunity for injury. I coached young gymnasts of various levels throughout my 4 years of highschool. The job led to my interest in becoming certified as a personal trainer. I am currently finishing up my last year at UCSB at which I am studying biopsychology and have obtained several certifications through the Exercise Science Studies Program including a certification in Health and Wellness, Group Fitness and Sport Management. At the university I worked as a strength and conditioning intern where I assisted club athletes in sport specific conditioning. I am passionate about learning how the human body works and ways in which it can be fueled and healed through food, exercise and movement. I enjoy taking walks on the beach and also engaging in any sort of physical activity that can range from HIIT workouts, to hikes, to cycling and stretching. I am excited to be a part of the stretch lab team as it provides me the opportunity to enable and/or empower people to feel good in their body, be well suited to perform any activity that they desire in their daily life and help them achieve their goals.

I began my journey in the health and wellness field in 2013 with athletic training, and that is what inspired me to dig deeper into the field. In 2019 I received my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition Science with an emphasis in physical therapy. I Have worked in outpatient physical therapy clinics with a wide demographic of patients coming in with different needs. I am a strong believer in the importance of the mind and body connection, and how feeling well physically really influences people to feel better mentally. Being able to be a part of individuals’ healing journey and regain their freedom of movement is what has motivated me to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy program. When I am not working with patients or clients, I love going on nature walks with my dog, chasing sunsets, and enjoying the beach. StretchLab is such a special place for me because we really are a big family. My teammates are so supportive and I love that we all share a passion for helping others and having an incredible drive to see each and every one of our clients improve their mobility and surpass their goals.
