She has taught in studios, on zoom, in private sessions, and in assisted living. Sarah believes in all forms of physical activity and breathwork. Erica
      Erica
      Flexologist
Erica has been instructing yoga, movement, and conditioning classes since 2012. She has completed many yoga teacher trainings, most notably has completed a 500 hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training and is a NASM certified personal trainer. She believes that everybody has their yoga although it may be in an alternate form - there is the movement (or stillness) with breath that provides balance to the mind and body. Erica discovered yoga during her last semester of law school and immediately realized the positive impact of stretching and strengthening to relieve chronic pain. She enjoys helping others find their optimal movement and is excited about the opportunity to help others through PNF stretching.
      Anthony
      Anthony
      Flexologist
Anthony is a Licensed Massage Therapist whose primary focus is helping clients find a balance of tension integrity between synergistic muscles. For many years now, humans have deviated from an earlier understanding of the body moving as a single unit in replace of a model that focuses on individual sections (or body parts). He believes that this approach is fundamentally flawed in its ability to provide long-term relief from discomfort. By helping clients find the bigger story, he hopes to get them back into an ease and enjoyment of movement. Thanks to Stretchlab, stretching is becoming an integral part of his practice.
