I am a CMT and Rosen Method Practitioner with private somatic therapy practice in Berkeley. I studied Astanga yoga with Richard Freeman and I continue to enjoy teaching hands on adjustments to yoga teachers. These bodywork skills translate into the assisted stretching environment where I hold a space for people to experience their own range with compassion!

From a Translation and Interpreting master’s degree in Paris to Mindfulness (UCSF) and Yoga Certification in San Francisco (RYS200), my journey has taken me to many places, continuously feeding my ongoing longing for wellness education, and outreach. I trained with a specific focus in Yin yoga and Therapy Yoga. My teachings emphasize breath awareness, and longer hold times, targeting connective tissues for increased flexibility, and improved joint health.

Nelle is an NMT (Neuromuscular Therapist) with a background in Somatic Education. She studied bodywork and Holistic Health because she wanted to find solutions for managing work-related pain such as prolonged sitting and poor body mechanics. Her strength is using her knowledge of muscle referral pain patterns and postural/movement assessment to determine which muscles are the likely culprits of your pain and STRETCH them into relaxation.

Damien McCloud has committed his life to health & wellness, and his ever-expanding knowledge base has earned him a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Spin Instructor, and 200 Hr Yoga TT, Master Waterbike Fitness Instructor and Flexologist certifications. He has a long history of high-level competitive sports include swimming, soccer, baseball, wrestling, fencing, kickboxing, snowboarding, and Super Giant Slalom and bodybuilding. With 10+ years of experience, Damien has gained a unique perspective on being a Stretch Pro and he is looking forward to supporting you in achieving all your strength, posture, mobility, and flexibility goals.

Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and has an impressive background in collegiate football. He earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, with a focus on Sports Science. Early on in his athletic career, he recognized the value of stretching and how much it can improve performance. His work is informed with experience as an aide in a physical therapy clinic, as well as personal training for 4+ years. He has gained extensive practice and understands how the body moves, how to help people achieve their goals kinesthetically and best of all, improve the quality of your life!

I combine my background in PT, Kripalu Yoga and my extraordinary journey with healing a nearly impossible situation in my own body to feature intuitive proficiency to your Stretch Experience. I'm a pioneer in the health and wellness field as well as a strong advocate for positive aging and agelessness.

Tommy is determined to help you in any way possible to get there. As a Certified Massage Therapist and soon to be Doctor of Chiropractic, Tommy understands how to achieve a healthy lifestyle and is passionate about keeping your physical health optimal. While he’s not in the office, you can find him working out, practicing yoga, reading a great book and relaxing into meditation.
