Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and has an impressive background in collegiate football. He earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, with a focus on Sports Science. Early on in his athletic career, he recognized the value of stretching and how much it can improve performance. His work is informed with experience as an aide in a physical therapy clinic, as well as personal training for 4+ years. He has gained extensive practice and understands how the body moves, how to help people achieve their goals kinesthetically and best of all, improve the quality of your life!

Erin's ackground is in Physical Therapy, Yoga, & Personal Training. She developed a signature Bodywork Method. It is named the Birtch Method. She combines a background in PT, Kripalu Yoga and extraordinary journey with healing a nearly impossible situation in an experience in my own body to feature intuitive proficiency to your Stretch Experience. She pioneers in the health and wellness field as well as a strong advocate for positive aging and agelessness.

Tommy has dedicated his life towards educating better health for everyone. He believes that we should all feel more empowered and gain awareness and accountability of our own health in all aspects. Tommy is determined to help you in any way possible to get there. As a Certified Massage Therapist and soon to be Doctor of Chiropractic, Tommy understands how to achieve a healthy lifestyle and is passionate about keeping your physical health optimal. While he’s not in the office, you can find him working out, practicing yoga, reading a great book and relaxing into meditation.

Stephanie is a certified Exercise Physiologist and has been working as a Personal Trainer in the Bay Area for the last 7 years. She graduated from Humboldt State University in 2013 with a degree in Kinesiology and Business and has since been acquiring a plethora of certifications and skill sets related to strength training and optimal human movement, including being a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, and a Spartan Obstacle Course Racing Coach. She believes everyone deserves to prioritize their physical and mental health and has dedicated her life to helping people do that.

Ixander earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Movement Science. He grew up as a competitive soccer player and played up into the academy level where he trained with multiple professional athletes. Since then he has been involved in the community as a transitional trainer and physical therapist aid, helping people get back to movement and activities they love. As an aspiring Doctor of Physical Therapy Ixander hopes to bring health and fitness to under-served communities that might not have access to these resources otherwise. He fell in love with StretchLab and how applicable PNF training is to all bodies. If he is not out and about helping people with rehabilitation or training you can find him hiking and playing multiple sports on the beach. He is excited that StretchLab gives him the opportunity to make a positive impact on a client’s everyday life and wellbeing.

Quinn is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, as well as a former collegiate Lacrosse player with a degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Chico. He minored in Health and Wellness, Sports Coaching, and Sports Performance. Quinn first found his love and appreciation for health and wellness in high school, where he participated in the Student Athletic Trainer program, helping his fellow athletes and peers with injury prevention, rehabilitation, overall postural health, and mobility. Being an athlete since childhood, Quinn has been able to apply his knowledge to his own life as well as others through his work as a personal trainer, lacrosse coach, and now Flexologist. The best thing Quinn enjoys about being mobile and healthy “is the energy it gives me everyday when I wake up. I have the ability to do whatever I want throughout my day. With a healthy and sound mind and body, there are no limitations!”

Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Athletic Training, from Cal State Hayward, now known as Cal State East Bay. Justin was a former Certified Massage Therapist specializing in athletic injuries and the prevention of those injuries utilizing many different modalities including Deep Tissue massage, electrical muscle stimulation, cryotherapies, as well as others. With a background in Strength and Conditioning and being an avid weightlifter, Justin understands the importance of being injury-free and healthy to pursue athletic interests. At StretchLab, he is excited to work in this field of bodywork and is eager to have a positive effect on clients.

Molly is a Registered Yoga Teacher bringing Hatha and Yin yoga to her clients. Her teaching focuses on breathwork, alignment, and slowing down in order to find connection to Spirit. She is currently working towards her Master's and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine in Berkeley. Molly graduated from Cal State San Bernardino in Biochemistry and Nutrition. She is also a Tui Na massage practitioner. Her wide array of studies and work with different East Asian and Western modalities of healing infuse her passion to bring into the world an individualized approach to healing. Since she is a So Cal native you can find her at the beach swimming or roller skating. Recently she found her favorite hike to try out in Point Reyes called Alamere Falls and she'd love to hear about your favorite adventures and trails. Molly is excited to join our team and work with you to further your mind and body awareness.
