Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and has an impressive background in collegiate football. He earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, with a focus on Sports Science. Early on in his athletic career, he recognized the value of stretching and how much it can improve performance. His work is informed with experience as an aide in a physical therapy clinic, as well as personal training for 4+ years. He has gained extensive practice and understands how the body moves, how to help people achieve their goals kinesthetically and best of all, improve the quality of your life!

My background is in Physical Therapy, Yoga, & Personal Training. I developed a signature Bodywork Method, and have a boutique practice in Mill Valley, featuring The Burch Method. I combine my background in PT, Kripalu Yoga and my extraordinary journey with healing a nearly impossible situation in my own body to feature intuitive proficiency to your Stretch Experience. I'm a pioneer in the health and wellness field as well as a strong advocate for positive aging and agelessness.

Tommy has dedicated his life towards educating better health for everyone. He believes that we should all feel more empowered and gain awareness and accountability of our own health in all aspects. Tommy is determined to help you in any way possible to get there. As a Certified Massage Therapist and soon to be Doctor of Chiropractic, Tommy understands how to achieve a healthy lifestyle and is passionate about keeping your physical health optimal. While he’s not in the office, you can find him working out, practicing yoga, reading a great book and relaxing into meditation.

As a competitor of soccer and cross country growing up, Sam has always been immersed in fitness. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Science from the University of the Pacific. Her unwavering passion to help others gain awareness in their health is informed by her experience as a rehab aide in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. As an avid runner and aspiring future Doctor of Physical Therapy, Sam loves sharing practical knowledge to help people utilize their body’s ability to function at its best. Outside of StretchLab, Sam loves spending time with her family and friends, hiking, and creating digital content.
