Sarah is originally from London, but has lived in the Bay Area for many years.
She is certified in multiple forms of yoga, including Hatha, Chair Yoga, Hot Yoga, and Yin.
Yin is her favorite because it helps alleviate stress and quiet the mind and complements assisted stretching perfectly. Sarah has also studied Meditation and loves teaching a combination of the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice. She has taught in studios, on zoom, in private sessions, and in assisted living.
Sarah believes in all forms of physical activity and breathwork. She is excited to be part of StretchLab and the opportunity to help people improve their flexibility and overall health through assisted stretching and breathing.
Sarah loves swimming, live music, and travel and looks forward to working with the community around Mill Valley in achieving their fitness and health goals.
