      Molly is a Registered Yoga Teacher bringing Hatha and Yin yoga to her clients. Her teaching focuses on breathwork, alignment, and slowing down in order to find connection to Spirit. She is currently working towards her Master's and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine in Berkeley. Molly graduated from Cal State San Bernardino in Biochemistry and Nutrition. She is also a Tui Na massage practitioner. Her wide array of studies and work with different East Asian and Western modalities of healing infuse her passion to bring into the world an individualized approach to healing. Since she is a So Cal native you can find her at the beach swimming or roller skating. Recently she found her favorite hike to try out in Point Reyes called Alamere Falls and she'd love to hear about your favorite adventures and trails. Molly is excited to join our team and work with you to further your mind and body awareness.

      Kimberly is passionate about health and wellness in multiple disciplines. She is creative and genuinely enjoys helping others. As a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and Reiki Energy Healer, she provides a safe space for students to heal mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Her focus is to heal at the root of any dis-ease, using guided meditation, breath-work, chanting, movement and yoga postures. She enjoys learning how the body works, heals and communicates. Working at StretchLab allows her to expand her understanding of the body while helping others improve their way of life.

      Sarah is originally from London, but has lived in the Bay Area for many years. She is certified in multiple forms of yoga, including Hatha, Chair Yoga, Hot Yoga, and Yin. Yin is her favorite because it helps alleviate stress and quiet the mind and complements assisted stretching perfectly. Sarah has also studied Meditation and loves teaching a combination of the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice. She has taught in studios, on zoom, in private sessions, and in assisted living. Sarah believes in all forms of physical activity and breathwork. She is excited to be part of StretchLab and the opportunity to help people improve their flexibility and overall health through assisted stretching and breathing. Sarah loves swimming, live music, and travel and looks forward to working with the community around Mill Valley in achieving their fitness and health goals.

      Cory Shank graduated with a BA in dance from Barat College of Depaul University. He has taught yoga since 2001, a certified massage therapist since 2009 and recently graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2022. Cory enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, line and country swing dancing.

      Lauren grew up in Massachusetts and attended Boston College, where she received an undergraduate degree in Communications. She later moved to San Diego and got her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University. Lauren has worked in the fitness field for many years as a personal trainer, and physical therapy aide and has performed fitness testing on elite athletes. She has worked with seniors, athletes, and those with disabilities. Lauren has always believed in the importance of stretching to keep the muscles flexible, prevent injury, and improve functional fitness. She has three adult children who are all active in sports and incorporate stretching into their fitness routine to enhance their athletic performance. Lauren has lived in Marin for over twenty years and enjoys running, golfing, and pickleball. She is excited to help her clients at StretchLab reach their health and wellness goals.

      Brandon Estrella graduated with a Kinesiology degree and has a Physical Therapy background. He is passionate about assisting people in their fitness goals. When Brandon is not at work, he enjoys snowboarding and playing basketball.

      Sabrina Reinhard-Hayes has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of San Francisco. Sabrina is a Mill Valley native and enjoys hiking Marin's trails or walking Stinson Beach with her dog. Fitness is one of her passions, and she can often be found lifting weights in the gym. Working at StretchLab, she is excited to help others in Mill Valley reach their goals and become more knowledgeable about the human body.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
