      Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and has an impressive background in collegiate football. He earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, with a focus on Sports Science. Early on in his athletic career, he recognized the value of stretching and how much it can improve performance. His work is informed with experience as an aide in a physical therapy clinic, as well as personal training for 4+ years. He has gained extensive practice and understands how the body moves, how to help people achieve their goals kinesthetically and best of all, improve the quality of your life!

      Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Athletic Training, from Cal State Hayward, now known as Cal State East Bay. Justin was a former Certified Massage Therapist specializing in athletic injuries and the prevention of those injuries utilizing many different modalities including Deep Tissue massage, electrical muscle stimulation, cryotherapies, as well as others. With a background in Strength and Conditioning and being an avid weightlifter, Justin understands the importance of being injury-free and healthy to pursue athletic interests. At StretchLab, he is excited to work in this field of bodywork and is eager to have a positive effect on clients.

      Molly is a Registered Yoga Teacher bringing Hatha and Yin yoga to her clients. Her teaching focuses on breathwork, alignment, and slowing down in order to find connection to Spirit. She is currently working towards her Master's and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine in Berkeley. Molly graduated from Cal State San Bernardino in Biochemistry and Nutrition. She is also a Tui Na massage practitioner. Her wide array of studies and work with different East Asian and Western modalities of healing infuse her passion to bring into the world an individualized approach to healing. Since she is a So Cal native you can find her at the beach swimming or roller skating. Recently she found her favorite hike to try out in Point Reyes called Alamere Falls and she'd love to hear about your favorite adventures and trails. Molly is excited to join our team and work with you to further your mind and body awareness.

      Flexologist
      Sarah is originally from London, but has lived in the Bay Area for many years. She is certified in multiple forms of yoga, including Hatha, Chair Yoga, Hot Yoga, and Yin. Yin is her favorite because it helps alleviate stress and quiet the mind and complements assisted stretching perfectly. Sarah has also studied Meditation and loves teaching a combination of the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice. She has taught in studios, on zoom, in private sessions, and in assisted living. Sarah believes in all forms of physical activity and breathwork. She is excited to be part of StretchLab and the opportunity to help people improve their flexibility and overall health through assisted stretching and breathing. Sarah loves swimming, live music, and travel and looks forward to working with the community around Mill Valley in achieving their fitness and health goals.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
