      Jessica Goodchild
      Lead Flexologist
Hi I'm Jessica and I came to be a Flexologist following a 23 year search to heal my body from a devastating car accident that left me with chronic nerve pain in my back. I have practiced massage, midwifery & years in the corporate world before becoming a yoga instructor. I continue to teach Hatha yoga in the 5,000 year old Kashmiri Shiavism tradition; teaching proper alignment of the body, modifications for all abilities, how to breath and regulate the breath in postures and life, quieting the mind, coming into harmony with the body and one's inner self. Becoming a great teacher means becoming a great student; so when I came across StretchLab and experienced the profound benefits of assisted stretching and how it dovetails with athletics, yoga, body work, and its holistic approach to wellness and pain relief; I dove right in. It's my great honor to create a safe space for sinking into your body, exploring its capabilities, restrictions and potential. In a stretch session with me we will set goals and I will provide education on the body/mind connection and you will leave with a greater understanding of what your body is capable of and how to expand your flexibility, range of motion & strength. I look forward to partnering with you in your healing journey!

      Frank Mashaal
      Frank Mashaal
      Flexologist
I went to school for kinesiology and personal training after a severe car accident. The accident left me with a persistent, painful low back injury that changed my life. I looked for ways to fix my back but found few that seemed adequate. This insight inspired me to change my life and pursue a health, fitness, and wellness career. I searched for the best school in the United States and was admitted to Focus Personal Training Institute in New York City. I received a Master Personal Training License from their program and followed it up with a Certificate from the American College of Sports Medicine. Using the joint-by-joint therapy method. I am very familiar with how body mechanics work, the functions of corrective exercise, post-rehabilitation specific methods, advanced mobility techniques, flexibility stretches, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and the benefits of hypertrophy. I have also worked on understanding workout techniques and routines for bodybuilding, strength training, and more. I have put this diverse knowledge to work in Colorado over the past five years and have furthered my education to become a qualified stretching coach and Flexologist. I have helped hundreds of clients through manual therapy, including professional golfers, NFL players, powerlifters, runners, bikers, surgeons, doctors, and dentists. I have treated patients for back pain, shoulder pain, and hip replacement. The opportunity to help people regain and improve their flexibility, mobility, and strength over the past five years has been incredible and cemented health and wellness as my life’s calling. I am proud to have the opportunity to help people, and I look forward to treating you too.
