Mariah Knotts believes in the lived experience. She graduated with a B.A. in Communication which has influenced how she works with herself and others. A strong ability to set aside bias and personal life allows her to focus on her clients emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic goals. She started by practicing yoga. After a positive life experience and breakthrough via her practice she decided to share this modality with others. She became a certified 200hr registered yoga teacher for Hot yoga in January 2019. Her passion for helping people through wellness continued when she added prenatal and postnatal yoga certifications in the fall of 2019. After the birth of her second child Mariah sought additional healing and studied Kundalini yoga, the enneagram, and Ayurvedic wellness in 2021. She integrates her background into her role as a Flexologist to serve both the physical and subtle anatomy of her clients. Her goal is that clients feel held and supported while in her care. When not working you will find her with her 2 children and hobby farm, hiking, or practicing yoga.

      Flexologist
Hi I'm Jessica and I came to be a Flexologist following a 23 year search to heal my body from a devastating car accident that left me with chronic nerve pain in my back. I have practiced massage, midwifery & years in the corporate world before becoming a yoga instructor. I continue to teach Hatha yoga in the 5,000 year old Kashmiri Shiavism tradition; teaching proper alignment of the body, modifications for all abilities, how to breath and regulate the breath in postures and life, quieting the mind, coming into harmony with the body and one's inner self. Becoming a great teacher means becoming a great student; so when I came across StretchLab and experienced the profound benefits of assisted stretching and how it dovetails with athletics, yoga, body work, and its holistic approach to wellness and pain relief; I dove right in. It's my great honor to create a safe space for sinking into your body, exploring its capabilities, restrictions and potential. In a stretch session with me we will set goals and I will provide education on the body/mind connection and you will leave with a greater understanding of what your body is capable of and how to expand your flexibility, range of motion & strength. I look forward to partnering with you in your healing journey!

      Flexologist
I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), pursuing my 500 hour RYT certification through Naropa University. I am a certified breathwork healer through the Breatharian Institute, and a certified Holistic Nutrition Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I started studying yoga and holistic living when I found myself dealing with autoimmune complications. I see movement and the breath as gateways to navigating the complexities of our bodies. I am fascinated with the effects of stress, emotion, and trauma on the body. It is my passion and my purpose to help you explore the unique intricacies of your body through movement and to create an individualized plan designed to help you feel and move your best. In my spare time I enjoy staying active, I love to rock climb, lift weights, and practice yoga. I love to cook, practice photography, and play with my two cats. I look forward to joining you on your wellness journey!

I am a certified athletic trainer with a background working with a variety of people, including college and high school athletes, weekend warriors and people suffering from chronic pain. I grew up in Idaho and received my master's degree in athletic training from the University of Idaho. Before joining StretchLab, I worked with orthopedic and sports medicine doctors in Boise, ID helping heal members of the community. Before that, I was working with high school and college athletes and regularly utilized PNF stretching techniques as part of my injury prevention and rehabilitation process. I've learned a lot about the body and skeletal muscular system throughout my schooling and work experience. With StretchLab I am excited to be able to use my knowledge to help you reach your mobility goals. Outside of work I enjoy mountain biking, running, golfing and taking my dog on adventures.
