      My passion for fitness started at a young age playing soccer and running competitively. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton and plan to continue my studies with focuses in physical therapy. I have always been interested in the body and learning more about it. On my free time, I enjoy staying active by playing soccer and by resistance training. My goal is to help others become the best versions of themselves, physically and mentally.

      Qualification: Pre-Med in Kinesiology & Nutrition Science. Certified Flexologist by Stretchlab. My free time: includes staying active most of the time by going to the gym, walking, and hiking. Being a flexologist made me more aware of how stretches are important to the body which releases stress, tension from the muscles, and increases the range of motion.

Movement History: Karate, Volleyball, Swim Current Movement and why stretching is important to me: In my free time I enjoy hiking, camping, pilates, and yoga. Stretching is so important for improved body awareness as well as injury prevention for a long life of movement.

      Qualifications: certified personal trainer/certified yoga teacher. Movement history: competitive gymnast, professional dancer, Yoga practitioner. Current movement: yoga, hiking and functional training. Stretching is important because it creates the foundation for balanced living. I've been teaching yoga for 20 years, enjoy hiking and outdoor activities. The body has its own innate intelligence. By connecting with the breath during stretching we allow it to return to its natural state of equanimity.

      Qualifications: Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and 1.5 years of experience in deep soft tissue massage. In addition, to the 2 years of hands on experience in Physical Therapy. Currently in pursuit of obtaining my Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Movement History: Volleyball (9 years), Golf (4 years), and Basketball (7 years). By becoming a Flexologist, it gave me a better understanding of how the body works and how stretching can decrease loads of stress and tension throughout the body. My goal is to help others feeling much better about their own bodies and feeling more balanced.

With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal State Long Beach, I bring a solid understanding of the human body and a passion for fitness and sports. When I'm not assisting clients, you'll find me indulging in my favorite activities like volleyball, resistance training, and bowling. As a Flexologist, my aim is to empower individuals in achieving their flexibility and mobility goals.       Qualifications: I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal State LA, and I have accumulated 7 years of diverse experience in the fields of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. Throughout my life, I have actively participated in several sports such as indoor/beach volleyball, softball, track and field, and water polo. These experiences instilled in me a strong drive to delve deeper into understanding the human body and the importance of preserving it throughout one's life. Recognizing the crucial role of stretching in maintaining optimal physical condition, I discovered my passion for assisting individuals in safeguarding their bodies. Working at StretchLab has provided me with a platform to effectively contribute to people's well-being by helping them achieve their fitness and stretching goals.

      Qualifications: I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in understanding human movement and its implications. Movement History: Over the years, I have actively participated in various physical activities. I dedicated ten years to the practice of Aikido, honing my skills in martial arts. Basketball has been a passion of mine since middle school, and I have played in school teams, YMCA leagues, travel ball, and adult leagues. Additionally, I explored my endurance capabilities through Cross Country and Track and Field in high school, even completing the LA Marathon twice. To further challenge myself, I have also taken part in Spartan Races. Current Movement: Presently, I engage in basketball sessions 3-4 times a week, along with competing in an adult league once a week. I also maintain a consistent gym routine, going 3-4 times a week. Occasionally, I go for runs 1-2 times a week to keep up with my cardiovascular fitness. Importance of Stretching: Stretching holds a significant place in maintaining a healthy lifestyle as it offers numerous benefits. By regularly stretching, individuals can experience increased flexibility and reduced risk of injuries. Stretching is particularly valuable during cool-down periods, allowing people to connect with their bodies and identify any areas that might be affecting their performance. It promotes overall body awareness and supports optimal physical functioning.

      Qualifications: Bachelors and Science in Kinesiology, 5 years of physical therapy experience in pediatrics, sport performance and general populations. Movement history: 3 years of basketball and 2 years of volleyball during high school, 3 years of powerlifting, 3-4 weight training sessions a week. On my off days I’m in the gym lifting weights, growing in faith at church or hanging out with friends! I firmly believe that maintaining full body mobility, flexibility, and ability is crucial for a great quality of life. As a Flexologist my goal is to help people live pain-free and injury-free while reaching their body’s full potential.

      Hi, I’m Veronica and I earned my Bachelors of Science in General Biology from the University of California, San Diego. While living in San Diego I worked at two physical therapy clinics for about 2 years and learned skills which helped me assist patients in their recovery journey. This experience showed me how impactful stretching and increasing mobility can be to someone’s physical and mental health. This also inspired me to pursue physical therapy as my career so I can help others achieve their goals. In my free time I stay active by strength training 3-4 times a week and going to pilates and cycling classes. Stretching is crucial to maintain mobility and will assist you in becoming a stronger and better version of yourself.
