  • Jesse

    Jesse

    Flexologist

Hi! I’m Jesse 😄 I have a master’s degree in Kinesiology and a strong background in dance, movement education, and assisted stretching. 💪 My experience as a dancer taught me early on the importance of proprioception—understanding where your body is in space—and I use that knowledge to help clients move more efficiently, relieve tension, and build healthier mobility patterns. 🧘‍♂️ Outside the studio, I stay active through volleyball, kickball, and dance, and I love spending time with my family. 🏐🕺🏽👨‍👩‍👦 All of these experiences shape the way I work: I value connection, patience, and meeting people where they are. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can feel better in your body and confident in your movement. ✨
