I have been practicing yoga for the past 13+ years and received my yoga certification while traveling in Costa Rica. I have a deep passion for holistic health; by eating clean, making my own herbal remedies and incorporating meditation & breath work daily. I am trained in guided meditations and pranayama breath work. Currently, I’m learning sound healing and will be bringing it to my yoga clients! I truly love seeing my clients start their healing and recovery journey. Observing them take their power and energy back through the freedom of movement, brings me so much joy.
I live for traveling and experiencing new cultures and ideas. In Denver, I am often hiking, backpacking, camping, enjoying water sports, arts at the park and listening to live music. I am a huge fan of the culinary scene in the city and especially love creating my own healthy gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and vegan recipes.
