My fitness journey started as a dancer being formally trained in contemporary dance methods and classical ballet for 15+ years. I’ve been certified through NASM and personal training clients for the past 8 ½ years with a focus on functional movement. Throughout my career I have also taught group fitness classes ranging from Barre, Reformer Pilates, and circuit style training. I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. With my eclectic background in the health and wellness space I believe a holistic approach is what truly makes up
In my spare time I love hiking, biking, kayaking, SUP boarding, weight lifting, yoga, binging space documentaries, coffee shop surfing, and exploring the culinary tastes of Denver any chance I get!
I love working with clients at StretchLab LoHi because I get to build one on one relationships with people. I also love the science behind the stretch and helping
clients receive that basic necessity of human touch. Getting to see clients feel good again in their bodies is why I’m excited to do the work that I do.
