I graduated from National Personal training school with 600 hours of hands on and practical theory and I have been working as a personal trainer for 2 years in addition to nutrition guidance. I have worked with those who have hip replacement, scoliosis, shoulder issues, rotator cuff strengthening, pregnancy training, weight loss, strength training…etc. People who overall want to improve health and quality of life.
Activities: I love to be with my son and family. We do a lot of healthy cooking and baking together. I also like to run, learn, adventure/travel to new places and admire nature.
