      Elizabeth's passion for fitness started when she found wrestling in high school. Since high school she has assisted in coaching a women's high school wrestling team in California. Elizabeth has competed with three different collegiate wrestling teams, and then started pursuing more in fitness through her bachelors degree in Exercise Science at Life University in Marietta Georgia. She has hopes of going back to school to pursue another degree sometime in the future.

      Brandon Is a recent college graduate earning a bachelors in exercise science, he also is an Issa certified personal trainer. He has a passion for fitness, and health, and has been in the fitness industry for 6 years. His number one goal is to help people be the best for themselves. Brandon lives by a saying "fall in love with the journey and consistency, not the goal. Brandon heard about StretchLab and thought this would be the perfect way to expand his career in fitness due to the welcoming environment and friendly clients.

      Zack is a recent college graduate earning a Bachelor's in exercise science from the University of Iowa. Zack found his passion for health and fitness during High School athletics. During his collegiate days he competed for the University of Iowa Men's Track and Field team. In Zack's spare time he coaches High School Track and Field, and enjoys to get out fishing. He loves the inviting and friendly environment of the StretchLab studios.

      Dalton is a Exercise Science and Business major at Webster University, who is a former collegiate/semi-pro soccer player. In his free time, Dalton likes to go to the gym, watch movies, and spend time with family and friends. Dalton enjoys being a part of Stretch Lab because he can positively impact people's daily lives and make people feel more confident.

      Ashley was an athlete most of her life, with her favorite sport to play being soccer. She then transitioned from sports to strength training in her early 20's and has been a fitness enthusiast ever since. She enjoys working out, running, and getting outside any chance she can. Ashley believes in the growing popularity and awareness of assisted stretching, and wants to be apart of helping people feel more mobile and healthy through this fitness modality. Her favorite part about StretchLab is the stress-free, positive environment.

      Group Stretch

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
