With a background in Athletic Training, I have had extensive experience working with athletes in the high school and collegiate level. This led to me being certified as a personal trainer with a focus in Corrective Exercises. My passion in my field is helping others live without restrictions in mobility! StretchLab is a perfect fit to help me achieve this. My other hobbies are fishing, hunting, video games and spending time with family.

I have been in the wellness industry for 10+ yrs. Currently hold a Bachelor's in Recreation and Fitness w/a minor in dance. In the past I have lead group fitness classes and have been a personal trainer as well as a dance instructor. My favorite area to work is low back and hamstrings as it filters into other areas. My favorite thing about StretchLab is our ability to improve overall body movement. It's important for everyone to move well even as they age. Outside of work I enjoy dancing and spending time with my Husband and dogs.

Holding a Bachelors in Health Science with a minor in Aging, Jenna is currently enrolled at UC for Occupational Therapy. She thrives to help people feel better and see those be able to successfully live there lives they want to. Fun fact : she a TWIN and has 3 more sets in her family.

As a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Canidate, I bring expertise in addressing mobility challenges stemming from athletic performance to ergonomic strain. My background in Hand Therapy, Rehabilitation and Health Services of all ages; allows me to offer expert advice tailored to your unique needs. I love Rock Climbing, Boxing, and volunteering with adaptive sports programs. My goal is to help you move beyond simply "fixing" pain toward achieving long-term wellness through improved flexibility and range of motion.

Stretchlab is perfect addition since it allows me to further provide services to others. Fun facts: I am from New England (Go Pats), I have a cat and a dog (they're my besties) and I love to hike and go camping!

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, he is eager to teach you more! Some fun facts: He was a camp counselor, enjoys WWE style wrestling and can be found with his nose in a book!

Recent graduate from Diamond oaks in Exercise Science and is NASM certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Kohen is looking to helping those feel better about themselves and improve their lifestyle. He loves soccer, lifting and anime. Fun fact is that he is a TWIN!

Currently attending UC for Exercise Science while being a peer facilitator to first year college students, teaching intermediate classes and holding the position of Director of fundraising for the UC Club Swim team. With experience as a competitive swimmer of 13+ years she looks to incorporate holistic pathways to help the body heal and move in the right direction.

Currently a Fourth-year student at University of Cincinnati on the Pre-chiropractic route. Is excited to get hands on experience with people with a wide variety of lifestyles and diversity. Looking to learn more about individuals and help them grow while further challenging herself. She was born in Detroit, Michigan and spent most of her childhood at her families Cabin reading and hanging out with her two doggies. You can often find her attending a group fitness or Spin Class!

Group Stretch
Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.
One on One
A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
