      Keysa is a YTT 200 Yoga Teacher, sound healer, and health coach. Her passion lies in addressing the root cause of health issues rather than just treating the symptoms, empowering you to achieve lasting wellness from within. With a grounded and practical approach to health and wellness, Keysa uses her expertise in Yoga and coaching to create a personalized approach that nurtures both the body and mind. Her goal is to guide you toward a balanced lifestyle that supports your overall well-being. Growing up on the Oregon coast, Keysa has called Kailua home for the past 20 years. When she’s not helping clients increase their mobility, stability, and strength, you can her embracing the outdoors–surfing, hiking, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee on her lanai.

      Emily was born and raised in Southern California where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Nutrition Science at Whittier College. She was the captain of her lacrosse team which helped her learn about the importance of body awareness and maintenance. During her time in California, Emily was a Physical Therapy aide for many years and decided she loved helping and connecting with people. In her free time, her and her husband explore Ohau by hiking, kayaking and enjoying the amazing food. She loves to make people laugh with her bubbly and positive personality. Her career goal is to assist people in living a pain free, energetic, and happy life.

      Rhi is a Kailua girl, raised in Kailua and graduated from Kailua High back in 2012. (Go Surfriders!) She grew up competing in soccer, track, and rodeo… having a passion for sports medicine. So, she attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Science, with a focus in Athletic Training, at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She worked with UH’s and Kailua High’s Athletic Trainers to provide injury rehabilitation help to the athletes of our community. She also provided rehab/prehab services for our windward side, at physical therapy clinics for several years. Rhiana has worked to helped a vast variety of people, through health and fitness, from keiki (as a soccer & gymnastics coach), elite football athletes, to kupuna through aquatic therapy. She is a Flexologist, Physical Therapy Aide, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and spends her free time playing for a women’s soccer league, surfing, hiking, and chasing after both of her kolohe keiki.

      Jaide is a personal trainer with a specialization in corrective exercise and a passion for healing through movement! She grew up in California and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach. While working at a community-based gym in Long Beach, she discovered her passion for physical therapy and hasn’t looked back since! She aspires to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy and one day, contribute new expertise to the medical field. Jaide is a free spirit with a kind heart and an appreciation for nature. Her favorite hobbies include snowboarding, yoga, hanging out in the mountains, and listening to the Huberman Lab podcast!

      Warm is orignally from Bangkok Thailand and has nearly a decade of experience as both a Yoga and Pilates Instructor. She is certified by All Yoga Thailand and STOTT Pilates. She earned a Masters Degree in Applied Communication from the National Institute of Development Administration. When she is not working, Warms hobbies include walking, hiking, pilates, yoga, cooking and exploring nature. As a Flexologist, her intention is to deliver full benefits of stretching to every clients. She is hopeful to help everyone achieve a healthy life.

      Geo, short for Giovanni, is a dedicated yoga instructor and Reiki master with a passion for healing and community. Having called Hawaii home for the past eight years, Geo is deeply connected to the island's spiritual essence and natural beauty. His ultimate aspiration is to establish a commune of healers in Hawaii, where individuals from diverse backgrounds can come together to cultivate wellness and harmony. Geo's love for travel and genuine desire to forge connections around the globe drive him to explore new cultures and build meaningful relationships wherever he goes. With a heart full of compassion and a spirit of adventure, Geo continues to inspire others on their journey towards holistic well-being.

      Lana was born and raised on O’ahu. She did dance and competitive gymnastics growing up which is what sparked her interest in body mechanics. She went on to get her bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. After graduation, she worked in a clinic as a registered Kinesiologist in Vancouver where she primarily treated patients with motor vehicle accident injuries. She is passionate about using corrective stretching and exercises to help you move better, prevent injuries and lead a more active and comfortable life. In her free time she likes going to the beach, hiking and taking dance classes.

      Jon was born and raised in the Bay Area, CA, and moved to Oahu in December of 2022. He graduated from Arizona State University with his degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with concentration areas in Business and Wellness Foundations. He grew up playing competitive sports, mainly baseball and football. While playing football at Foothill College in CA, he sustained back-to-back season ending injuries to each of his knees. However, this was a blessing in disguise as it lead him down the path of healing and helping others with injury recovery, and overall health and wellness. He holds various certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including his Certified Personal Trainer and specializations in Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercise, and Behavior Change. Jon enjoys sharing his personal story to help motivate others to fight through the hard times and never give up in order achieve the goals they set for themselves!

      With a heart for serving others, LeAnne is a fitness professional ready to help you enhance your quality of life through movement. Born and raised on O’ahu, LeAnne graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences: Fitness Wellness and a minor in Nutrition & Foods. Additionally, LeAnne is an ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist and operates a personal training business to serve the people of Hawai’i through fitness and healthy living. Beyond professional endeavors, LeAnne helps with caregiving for her dad and enjoys reading, running, lifting, and being outdoors in her free time.

      Originally from Severna Park, MD, Morgan moved to Oahu in 2018. She went to Clemson University and obtained her bachelors in communications. After working for a public relations firm in DC, Morgan realized she was not passionate about sitting behind a desk. Weightlifting had been something that completely shifted her confidence, so she got her personal trainers certification and after moving to Oahu became a full time personal trainer. Morgan has competed in two bikini bodybuilding shows, loves hiking, free diving, and taking her dog Mango for long beach walks.

      Sean's athletic coaching career included stops in Tennessee, South Dakota, Virginia, and Pennsylvania before permanently relocating to Oahu in 2024. His background is rooted in athletics and coaching despite spending the last few years working in tech. Over the past decade, Sean has guided divers to compete at the 2016 and 2021 US Olympic Trials and coached five NCAA Division I conference championship teams at the University of Richmond and Princeton University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and a Master of Science in Sports Leadership. As a youth diver, Sean competed for Team USA internationally before continuing his diving career at the University of Tennessee. Diagnosed with Wilson Disease in 2007, Sean's journey is marked by resilience. For fun, he enjoys spending time with his husband, Stefan, and their two dogs.

      Kiana was born and raised on the island of Oʻahu. She attended Saint Mary’s College of California and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science with a Minor in Kinesiology: Health Promotion. After discovering her passion for helping other’s after Student Athletic Training for SMC’s Division 1 Men Soccer team and working at a private clinic. She is excited to be helping others reach their health-related goals in life. On her free time, she enjoys free diving, surfing, and hiking. As a Flexologist, her goal is to help everyone with the full benefits of stretching. Take care of your body. It is the only place you have to live.
