Soft-tissue work and stretching helped immensely in recovering from shoulder labral tears that he experienced in college; so he can speak personally to the benefit of both, and wouldn't practice any technique on anyone else that he hasn’t already done on himself. Jack also worked at a StretchLab franchise on the mainland. In his spare time, you can primarily find him picking up heavy things and putting them back down (weightlifting), rolling around on the floor (BJJ), and squeezing in quality time with family and friends.
