      Diana is our Lead Flexologist. She has worked in fitness and wellness for over 15 years. She has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University, a 200-hour yoga certification and certifications in Pilates mat and reformer. Diana is passionate about stretching and incorporates it into her daily routine. She is grateful to bring her knowledge to the Stretchlab community and help people move and feel their very best!

      Kim holds her Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Accounting, but in 2020, she changed her focus to the Health and Fitness industry. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been doing personal/group training for the past 2 years. Her passion as a fitness professional is to help people meet their goals and improve overall well being. In her free time she enjoys doing adventurous outdoor activities like skydiving and zip-lining as well as spending time with family and friends.

      Jill has a degree in Conservation Biology from Kent State. She is a RYT-500 Yoga Teacher, certified in Aerial Yoga and Lyra Hoop, and owns her own Aerial Yoga business Fly-n-Flow Yoga. She is also an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and enjoys helping clients feel and move better in their bodies! In her free time, she is an avid cold dipper, beekeeper and pet mom to the sweetest Great Dane and two cats!

      Issy recently graduated from Southeastern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Bowling Green State University. After going through several sports related injuries, she empathizes with those going through similar pains and is passionate for helping others heal while regaining strength and confidence. She is so grateful to work at StretchLab where she can help people move and feel their best!

      Hannah has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2019 and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach since 2023. Her passion for fitness & wellness has led her to StretchLab, where she strives to help people move and feel better in their bodies. Her free time is spent with her daughter, staying active, spending time with family, or doing something restorative. Hannah is very grateful to be at StretchLab and be able to assist you in your personal health journey.

      Michelle has worked in the field of personal growth for over 10 years. She is certified in Yoga, Qi gong, Reiki, Kundalini Dance, Sound Healing, Spiritual Coaching and Meditation. Michelle is excited to share her passion of being fully present with her clients while assisting them in bringing balance, flexibility and healing to their body. During her personal time, Michelle enjoys travel, time in nature and meditation. She’s excited to assist you on your stretching journey.

      Liz has her associate degree in criminal justice from the University of Akron and is a mom to a son and daughter. She enjoys crossfit and running. Her favorite place to run is any runDisney race! She has completed the Dopey Challenge 4 times so far! Her free time is spent traveling with her kids, to Disney, on Disney cruises and to the beach. She also loves concerts and hanging out with her dog Howie.

      Maggie is currently in her first year at Kent State University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She loves to go on walks outside, lift weights, and play volleyball! Her down time is spent hanging out with friends, coaching volleyball, and eating delicious food. She loves listening to country music, recorded and live as she enjoys attending many concerts!

      Right after high school Nikki attended Aveda to be an esthetician. She wanted to do makeup. However through out the program her focus in life transformed from making people look pretty, to making people FEEL amazing from the inside out. For the past decade, Nikki has used massage therapy, yoga, meditation, StretchLab and more to encourage people to live up to their fullest potential. Her deep understanding of the human anatomy and the body, mind, spirit connection, brings an effective experience on the bench, to make every lasting changes off the bench. When she’s not on the clock, she mostly enjoys spending time with God, her husband, family, friends and her pets! She also loves cooking homemade meals, hoola hooping/exercise and going on outdoor adventures!

      Ashlee is going into her last year at The University of Akron majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Sports Medicine, while also focusing on Health and Wellness coaching. She loves working out and going for walks when she is not studying for school! She is passionate about the human anatomy and loves being able to help her clients by educating them on how much stretching can impact their everyday life!

      David is a 2nd semester Junior at the University of Akron. He plans to get a Master's in Athletic Training after his undergrad. He has a hand in multiple organizations: including the Akron Cheer, Football Athletic Training, Powerlifting Teams/Staff, Sigma Nu Fraternity, and the US Army National Guard. He creates his own programs for competitive powerlifting and was an intern strength coach for Akron Football. While strength is a major part of his life, he believes it is important to be functional, mobile, aware of the body, and to have a balance to the lifestyle that suits people best! Outside of professional lift, David enjoys relaxing by hanging out with friends, watching movies/tv, writing, and eating.

      Denise has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Akron. She is also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and has been working with clients of all different ages and abilities for the past three years. Being a former collegiate swimmer has shown her that stretching plays a crucial role in injury prevention, performance and overall well-being. She meets people where they are at in their fitness journey because there is not a one size fits all approach to health and well-being. In her free time, Denise enjoys working out, being in nature, traveling, and hanging out with her two cats.

      Holly grew up staying active by playing many competitive sports. In 2020 she received her 200-hour yoga instructor certification and fell in love with movement & fitness as a self-care practice. She takes this passion into her work at StretchLab empowering people to learn about self-care, movement and helping them release tension & regain their youthful mobility. She truly believes if everyone is relaxed, fit and fulfilled, we can achieve world peace! Holly still teaches yoga in-studio and in her spare time she stays busy with many other activities in addition to sports, like walking her two beloved Italian greyhounds’ names Ferris & Newton, hiking, meditating, sharing plant-based recipes, creative writing, painting, playing & singing music. She dreams of building & enjoying a long athletic career as well as sharing her creative artwork with the world to inspire others to get out in nature, practice self-care, and practice self-expression every day!

      Erica earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education and school counseling from Kent State University. She’s been a long-time educator, athlete, lover of learning and all things movement. After Graduating in 2014, she began to explore slower, lower-impact exercise and deepened her personal yoga practice while living and working in El Salvador. Her journey with yoga over the last 10 years opened the flood gates to the vast world of well-being and energetics. Upon returning to the U.S. in 2020, she completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. After this initial training, she completed 85 hours in Prenatal Yoga and Doula work, 60 hours in Restorative Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, 300+ hours in Neurolinguistic Programming Coaching, and now mainly practices Reiki energy healing and bodywork. She loves supporting people in raising their energetic vibrations and experiencing optimal well-being on all possible levels: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. In her free time, you’ll probably find her creating something (digital content, books, journals etc.), rollerblading, doing anything outside, hanging with friends, family or her super cute orange kitty, Milo.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
