      Lead Flexologist
Hey y'all! My name is Kianna, I’m a licensed Athletic Trainer with a M.S. in Health and Human Performance and am passionate about helping you feel good in your body. My experience working with collegiate, professional, and everyday athletes drives me to educate my clients about how improving their quality of movement can improve their quality of life. Through corrective exercises, mobility, and strength training, my goal is to help bridge the connection between your mind and body to improve your performance and protect your body from injury. I currently work with a wide array of clients that are seeking relief from chronic joint and muscle pain, training for upcoming fitness competitions, pregnant women, and those living with physical disabilities and autoimmune disorders. I currently hold certifications in personal training, health coaching, and medical cannabis therapeutics and am always seeking new methods and modalities to integrate into my bodywork practice. When I’m not stretching at the studio or training for an upcoming 10k or half marathon with my partner, I love traveling, fitness modeling, and trying new food spots around DFW. I can’t wait to see you in the studio and learn more about how I can help you on your journey to building healthy habits.

Hey! I graduated from New Mexico State University with a B.S in Kinesiology in 2020. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Chiropractic (D.C) as well as working on my Masters in Strength and Human Performance (M.S). I often work with clients who are working through previous injuries, back pain, or who have muscle or joint pain. I also enjoy working with moms who are working through pelvic tension. My educational background helps me with understanding physiology and mechanics of the body as well as how it applies to stretching and reducing pain. When I am not stretching clients in the studio, I am studying, walking my dog, or painting. I love weight lifting, and occasionally I practice yoga to stay active! (I also speak Spanish.)

      Flexologist
Peace and Love Beautiful People! My name is Tyshae. I have been in the health and wellness field for two decades and I fall more in love with it as each experience presents itself. I graduated from New Mexico State University on a full athletic basketball scholarship with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a minor in sports education. After much travel and time overseas professionally, I was blessed with many opportunities to explore the many facets that come with healing the body mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Within my travels I became a Licensed Bodywork Practitioner and Massage Therapist, a NASM certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, ThaiVedic Bodywork specialist & Applied Kinesiologist through the Kinesiology Institute. Applying those tools personally first while performing at a high level, the benefits and longevity that I experience present day is a testimony in itself. I knew the next step would be through education and service to others. Growing my network from the west coast to Dallas has provided me with more opportunities to work with both collegiate and professional athletes, corporate offices, senior citizen groups and the special needs community. When I'm not relaxing on the balcony of my 375 square foot tiny home on wheels with a good book or a continuing education course-I enjoy traveling, art galleries, museums, camping, hiking, trying new food, as well as a pick up basketball game to keep the skill set in check :) I look forward to serving you!
