      Flexologist
      Jimmy is a coach and facilitator for nervous system health, using movement, breathwork, and meditation practices. He holds certifications in breathwork, yoga nidra, meditation and yoga. In his free time, he is either using self care practices to look after his physical and mental health or spending time with his family (usually outdoors). His favorite thing about being a part of the StretchLab team is the diversity of his fellow Flexologists and the opportunity to learn from them.

      Jaelin graduated from IUPUI with a degree in kinesiology emphasizing personal training and fitness management, accompanied by a minor in health education and wellness coaching. In her spare time, she loves to coach and help people. She also loves caring for and training dogs. Jaelin loves to collaborate with different members of the StretchLab team as they each bring different perspectives. She enjoys being part of such a unique and forthcoming career field as well, as the opportunity to help the community get back to their needs.

      Cole joins our StretchLab Fishers team with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Purdue University with a concentration in clinical exercise physiology. Cole is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in Functional Training too! Outside of being a Flexologist, he also works at a physical therapy clinic where he assists the physical therapist to develop at-home exercise programs to progress clients. Cole's passion lies in fitness and rehabilitation! In his free time, Cole enjoys powerlifting and bodybuilding. He also enjoys expanding his knowledge in the wellness field by reading and through continuing education any chance he can.

      Kaitlyn received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training from Franklin College. She has extensive hands-on experience working with athletes and active individuals of all ages from her time as a kickbox fitness trainer and her over one thousand hours of clinical experience. She loves being able to pair her knowledge in rehab and prevention programming with her soft tissue training to help improve her clients’ lives as well as their overall physical and mental well-being. In her free time, Kaitlyn loves spending time with her three dogs and one cat, spending time with loved ones, and cheering on all hometown sports teams.

      Levi is a passionate personal trainer/Flexologist dedicated to guiding individuals towards their fitness and flexibility aspirations. Levi's expertise and motivation shine at both the Carmel and Fishers locations, where he empowers clients to achieve their wellness objectives.

      Josh is thrilled to join the StretchLab Fishers team! With a background primarily in personal training, he specializes in strength training and overall health and fitness. Having competed in almost every sport at some point, he now finds enjoyment in training parkour, freerunning, and bouldering with friends. Josh looks forward to working with you in the near future!

      Alasia has always been passionate about movement since childhood. She boasts an extensive background in dance, both as a student and instructor. Her love for dance led her to delve deeper into understanding the body, prompting her to pursue a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Shortly after graduation, she discovered the world of Pilates and pursued certifications in both mat and reformer instruction. Stretching has played a significant role in her personal fitness journey, and she is excited to join the StretchLab team! Alasia looks forward to making a positive impact on clients alongside her colleagues.

      Ashley is an ACE certified personal trainer and Revelation Fitness instructor. She advocates for teaching her clients that mental, spiritual, and physical health are interconnected and mutually influential. Ashley gently guides them to prioritize their health with grace and compassion. In her leisure time, she enjoys running with her husband, hiking with her family, and soaking up as much sunshine as possible. She appreciates the positive energy each Flexologist brings to the studio, contributing to enhancing clients' quality of life.

      Nate received his master's degree in exercise science and biomechanics from Indiana State University in 2007. He was a former college track coach and strength coach, and has been personal training since 2007. Additionally, he served as a college instructor at both Indiana State and Ball State University. Nate's one true passion is helping people achieve their goals by educating and assisting with fitness, nutrition, and proper stretching. He is excited to join the StretchLab Fishers team and contribute to helping our community feel and function better!

      Kamryn has been a dancer since childhood, which sparked her passion for fitness. Recently, she earned her Exercise Science degree from Ball State University and became an experienced personal trainer. Whether it's enhancing sports performance or everyday mobility, Kamryn guides clients through stretches to improve flexibility and overall well-being. She loves helping others reach their goals and is prepared to elevate how you move and feel!

      Bobby is an NSCA certified personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University. With a passion for fitness and sports, Bobby enjoys working out and watching football in his free time. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and takes great pride in witnessing their progress. Inspiring clients to reach their full potential, Bobby's expertise and enthusiasm make him a valuable asset to the StretchLab Fishers team.

      Chantel's interest in becoming a Flexologist was sparked by her love for helping people and her passion for learning about the body and how it moves. She has always been fascinated by anatomy and physiology. Chantel is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-500) and has been teaching for over 4 years. Additionally, she is a student in nursing. She chose StretchLab to help others and educate them about their own anatomy as they stretch. Her favorite part of being a Flexologist is helping people achieve their goals, as she is very goal-focused and loves seeing progress in her clients. Outside of StretchLab, Chantel enjoys pottery, yoga, and hiking.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
