      Flexologist
      Cole joins our StretchLab Fishers team with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Purdue University with a concentration in clinical exercise physiology. Cole is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in Functional Training too! Outside of being a Flexologist, he also works at a physical therapy clinic where he assists the physical therapist to develop at-home exercise programs to progress clients. Cole's passion lies in fitness and rehabilitation! In his free time, Cole enjoys powerlifting and bodybuilding. He also enjoys expanding his knowledge in the wellness field by reading and through continuing education any chance he can.

      Levi is a passionate personal trainer/Flexologist dedicated to guiding individuals towards their fitness and flexibility aspirations. Levi's expertise and motivation shine at both the Carmel and Fishers locations, where he empowers clients to achieve their wellness objectives.

      Flexologist
      Sierra's passion for anatomy and movement led her to StretchLab, where she enjoys helping clients move more efficiently and become more in tune with their bodies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Marian University of Indianapolis. Sierra chose StretchLab for its alignment with her values, allowing her to provide personalized care for each client. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients, understanding their goals, and helping them achieve them. Outside of StretchLab, Sierra enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and cooking.

      Flexologist
      Jamitreus brings a strong background in athletics, coaching, and rehabilitation to his role as a Flexologist at StretchLab. A former high-level athlete, he has coached and trained high school sports and served as a Physical Therapy Tech at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI). He was drawn to StretchLab as a new adventure—an opportunity to support his community and help others feel like they’re truly progressing toward their goals, whether through improved mobility, reduced pain, or simply feeling better in their bodies. Jamitreus especially enjoys the one-on-one connection with clients and the conversations that happen during a session. Getting to know people, hearing their stories, and learning about their lives outside the studio is one of his favorite parts of the job. Outside of StretchLab, he enjoys spending time with family, leading cardio and agility workouts, coaching his kids’ sports teams, training athletes in football, and dancing whenever he gets the chance.

      Flexologist
      A former track and field athlete, Vincent’s passion for biomechanics and holistic health led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. He holds a bachelor’s in Human Life Science from IU East and is currently working toward his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at IU Indianapolis. Drawn to StretchLab’s personalized, one-on-one approach, Vincent loves making a real impact—whether it’s reducing chronic pain, empowering independence, or educating clients about their bodies. Outside the studio, he enjoys running, resistance training, hiking challenging trails, cooking, and watching scary movies with his cat.

      Flexologist
      Rodrigo is in his final year at IUI studying Exercise Science, with plans to pursue Physical Therapy. StretchLab gives him the opportunity to gain hands-on experience helping people improve recovery, mobility, and overall movement—skills that will carry over into his future career. With a passion for weightlifting, running, soccer, and exploring new workout styles, Rodrigo brings both knowledge and energy to every session. His favorite part of being a Flexologist is hearing clients share how much better they feel after a stretch. Outside the studio, Rodrigo enjoys playing soccer, thrifting, spending time with friends, and catching up on Netflix.

      Church is a certified personal trainer through ISSA and has spent the last two years coaching both recreational athletes and age-group triathletes. He grew up running and swimming, which sparked his passion for fitness, recovery, and helping others move better. As a flexologist at StretchLab Carmel (and now StretchLab Fishers on Thursdays!), Church loves working with clients of all ages and activity levels to improve mobility, reduce tightness, and support their performance goals. Whether you’re a triathlete, weekend warrior, or just want to feel better in your daily movement, Church brings expertise, patience, and a personalized approach to every session. Outside of the studio, you’ll find him training for triathlons, cheering on the Pacers, or enjoying live music around town.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
