      Justin has been a personal trainer since 2014 and a Certified Health Coach since 2015 with experience working in a clinical environment with functional medicine and holistic nutrition. With his combined experience, he has worked with over 500 clients of all ages from 12 to 85 years old. In his spare time, Justin does a lot of cooking, He loves working outside around the house. He plays golf and grew up playing hockey and the drums. Family is #1 to him. Most of his free time is spent at the gym focusing on his own health and fitness goals. Justin LOVES helping people feel better, whether it be physically or emotionally. His passion is educating others in any aspect of self-development, health and/or fitness. He really appreciates how incredible our team is. "Everyone has such a similar mindset and we all want to accomplish the same thing at the end of the day.       Lu is a personal trainer with a degree in Exercise Science. He also has training in Electrical Muscle Stimulation and Pulmonary Rehab. Lu spends his free time making music, playing basketball, and enjoying time with his family. Being able to improve someone's quality of life is very rewarding to him and this is his favorite part about being a Flexologist at StretchLab.

      Chantel is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and a student studying kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-med. She has been teaching yoga for three years now. In her free time, she loves to play guitar, read, or go hiking. She also loves any opportunity to learn about the human body and how it works. Chantel loves being part of the StretchLab team because she gets to continue her knowledge of the body, and help people feel and move better. She loves being part of a team that shares a similar mindset, and care for people!

      Byron is an ACSM certified personal trainer with a focus on functional training and sports performance training. In his free time, he is still helping others train. He also loves working out, walking trails, and sleeping. His favorite thing about being a part of the StretchLab team is that everyone has the same mindset and wants to create a fun and entertaining environment. Human anatomy is a fascination of his and he is excited about the opportunities StretchLab has given him to explore and learn new things.

      Breyona brings her background in massage therapy to the StretchLab team. When she is not in the studio, Breyona enjoys watching sci-fi and kung-fu movies and going for bike rides. She loves the opportunity StretchLab gives her to assist in the healing of others.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
