      I join the Edina StretchLab amidst an 11-year career as a personal trainer and Group-exercise instructor. With a passion for guiding others toward their fitness and strength goals, I look forward to helping folks achieve greater range of motion. Active year round, I enjoy cross-country skiing, hiking and biking with my wife and daughters. As a former high school athlete, I have a passion for all the local sports teams, and I'm ever hopeful of a Vikings Super Bowl win.

      I have my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Concordia University of Wisconsin. I love learning how to better the human body to function to its optimal potential and believe it’s important to look at the body holistically. Stretching is a great way to counter all the stressors our body endures daily. When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, creating music, crafting DIY projects, or whipping up a new dish in the kitchen. I am so excited to be working here at StretchLab, helping people reach their health and wellness goals!

      I find the human body amazing and have held this passion throughout my life and career. I am a former natural pro bodybuilder through NABF formerly NABA. Owner and personal trainer of BodyWisdom since 1991 through 2018 specializing in strength, nutrition, mixed martial arts, dance and yoga. Computer science degree w/business and former student of U of M with concentration in kinesiology/psychology with dance. ACE, Yoga Alliance and NETA certified. You can find me hiking in the woods with my dogs, biking, practicing/teaching yoga and my ultimate favorite, spending time with my family.

      I have a Master’s in Applied Kinesiology and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. I am a first responder and carry certifications in personal training, TRX and group exercise training. I have worked with youth, young and older adults, and professional athletes over the past 10 years. I currently lead a musculoskeletal injury prevention and pain management program for staff at the University of Minnesota.

      I’ve been in the health field for about 16 years. Starting with my B.S. degree in Public Health Education and Promotion; which later, grew into pursuing another degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Through my educational journey, I found that I really enjoy the one on one hands on approach to help people reach their health goals. When I’m not in my clinic as a doctor, I’m here at Stretchlab doing more of what I love; helping people get empowered about their health and assisting them through that journey. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds! When I’m not helping others you can find me hiking with my kids, cooking, or reading a book and daydreaming about my next travelling adventure!

      I have my Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology and a Minor in Psychology from Ohio University. I then spent the next couple years working with neurodivergent kids to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through exercise. I’ve always had a passion for helping people become the healthiest they can be, both physically and mentally, and it gives me so joy that I am able to make a career out of it! When I’m not in the studio, you can find me going for walks with my dogs, cooking new foods, playing board and card games, or planning my next adventure with my family!

      I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Psychology and yes, I love the human mind and its behavior, but I felt I was missing out on the other part…the body! Movement and sports have always been a passion of mine. I hadn't understood the importance of stretching and taking care of my body until I found yoga. I want to spread the word and experience on how stretching can greatly enhance all body movements and lifestyles. I've completed the Power Yoga 200 - Hour Teacher training and enjoy being outdoors in the sun; slacklining, skateboarding, playing volleyball and basketball. I look forward to seeing you on my bench on Monday & Thursday nights (2-7pm) or Tuesday, Friday or Saturday mornings (8-1pm)!

      I'm a graduate of UW - Eau Claire where I majored in biology and body mechanics. I'm thrilled to be working at Stretchlab and bring my nursing background and a personal trainer ACE Certification - specializing in senior fitness - to my stretch expertise. I have a passion for working out and understanding the injury recovery and prevention aspects that assisted stretch provides. I look forward to working with you Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 2:00-7:00pm.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
