      My entry into the health and fitness industry wasn’t until after getting a BS in finance from the University of Minnesota and having no idea what I wanted in a career. Realizing that job fulfillment would come from doing something more personally meaningful, I later enrolled in a massage therapy program. Massage had helped tremendously in my personal journey of recovering from injury and returning to an active lifestyle, and it continues to play a big part in keeping me moving. I have an AAS in therapeutic massage, am certified in ART Spine Level 1, and am always keen on learning more biomechanical remedies for pain. If I’m not working, then I’m likely picking up heavy things and putting them back down; usually in the same spot. Stretching has become a huge part of my exercise routine; and I want to help others with their recovery and maintenance so that they can move more, move better, and with less pain.

      I join the Edina StretchLab amidst an 11-year career as a personal trainer and Group-exercise instructor. With a passion for guiding others toward their fitness and strength goals, I look forward to helping folks achieve greater range of motion. Active year round, I enjoy cross-country skiing, hiking and biking with my wife and daughters. As a former high school athlete, I have a passion for all the local sports teams, and I'm ever hopeful of a Vikings Super Bowl win.

      I have my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Concordia University of Wisconsin. I love learning how to better the human body to function to its optimal potential and believe it’s important to look at the body holistically. Stretching is a great way to counter all the stressors our body endures daily. When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, creating music, crafting DIY projects, or whipping up a new dish in the kitchen. I am so excited to be working here at StretchLab, helping people reach their health and wellness goals!

      I graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in the top of my class with a B.S. in Exercise Science. I have 5+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry. After spending most of my career in the gym, I realized just how much he enjoyed working with people hands on. I am also a strong advocate for mental health and recognize that mental wellbeing is just as important as physical wellbeing. My passion is helping others reach their goals by combining my knowledge and experience over many years. I am ready to help overcome any obstacles 1-on-1 as a team.

      I find the human body amazing and have held this passion throughout my life and career. I am a former natural pro bodybuilder through NABF formerly NABA. Owner and personal trainer of BodyWisdom since 1991 through 2018 specializing in strength, nutrition, mixed martial arts, dance and yoga. Computer science degree w/business and former student of U of M with concentration in kinesiology/psychology with dance. ACE, Yoga Alliance and NETA certified. You can find me hiking in the woods with my dogs, biking, practicing/teaching yoga and my ultimate favorite, spending time with my family.

      I have a Master’s in Applied Kinesiology and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. I am a first responder and carry certifications in personal training, TRX and group exercise training. I have worked with youth, young and older adults, and professional athletes over the past 10 years. I currently lead a musculoskeletal injury prevention and pain management program for staff at the University of Minnesota.

      I’ve been in the health field for about 16 years. Starting with my B.S. degree in Public Health Education and Promotion; which later, grew into pursuing another degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Through my educational journey, I found that I really enjoy the one on one hands on approach to help people reach their health goals. When I’m not in my clinic as a doctor, I’m here at Stretchlab doing more of what I love; helping people get empowered about their health and assisting them through that journey. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds! When I’m not helping others you can find me hiking with my kids, cooking, or reading a book and daydreaming about my next travelling adventure!

      I graduated from Iowa State University in 2019 with a degree in Kinesiology and Health. During my time in Ames I discovered a passion for health and fitness when I started lifting weights regularly and making proper dietary decisions. I learned that food is fuel and exercise is the key to living a long life. The body is a machine and it deserves to be treated properly! I have a background in chiropractic and orthopedic care, personal training, manual stretching, and I am currently working towards completing my Therapeutic Massage Certification at Northwestern Health Sciences University. I have a passion for assisting others become the best version of themselves. I strive to live a fulfilling lifestyle and I want to lead by example for my clients. In my free time I currently enjoy reading sci-fi novels, playing disc golf, rollerblading, longboarding, cooking delicious food, and taking my chocolate lab for walks.

      I graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Minor in Health Science. I am an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist. I have a background in personal training, group exercise, and sports performance. My love for health and fitness started when I was in middle school and has only grown since then. Along with position as a Flexologist at Stretchlab, I work in the Electrocardiology department at M Health Fairview Hospital on the University of Minnesota campus. When I’m not at work, I enjoy lifting weights and fixing cars.

      I have my AA degree and AAS PTA degree that I completed from Lake Superior College in Duluth, Minnesota. I am a licensed physical therapist assistant and also have previous experience as a rehabilitation therapist. My education and hands-on experience encompasses how beneficial movement and stretching is as well as the importance of overall mental and physical health. I am a mental health advocate with sucide prevention training, and I have volunteered for Special Olympics Minnesota for 5+ years. I have always enjoyed helping others and getting to meet new people! In my free time, I enjoy hiking, running, the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
