Chelle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Kickboxing instructor. Her passion is to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether that be weight lifting, kickboxing, running, stretching or a healthy lifestyle in general. She believes that exercise and stretching are a very important part to better your over all healthy! Chelle has an all-natural approach to life! She uses essential oils and other homeopathic and herbal remedies to support healthy living! She has a love for baking. You can find her in the kitchen concocting new recipes that are gluten free, dairy free and egg free! In her free time she enjoys baking, organic gardening and outdoor adventuring with her husband, two boys and dog! Including but not limited to hiking, snowboarding, four wheeling, boating/kayaking/paddle boarding, fishing, biking and the beach! She loves Spartan racing and other OCR mud runs! She also loves to relax on her hammock swing and read a good book! StretchLab is a wonderful place for Chelle to follow her passion in helping others to reach their flexibility goals! She likes the relaxing atmosphere at StretchLab as it gives her the opportunity to connect with her clients as they experience the health benefits of one on one assisted stretching. Clients will improve posture, range of motion and over all flexibility plus stretching will help reduce stress and alleviate muscle pain and soreness with routine one on one stretching sessions.
