Ashlyn Bartlebaugh is one of the very first Flexologists at StretchLab Collegeville! She has a background in massage therapy and physical therapy assisting, so she’s very familiar with muscles and how the human body works. Ashlyn specializes in athletic rehabilitation, and loves the concept of incorporating StretchLab into her fitness routine and career.
Jennifer
Jennifer
Flexologist
Jennifer Matkin has been training in classical Pilates for nearly three years, after an auto-immune disease caused her to lose the use of her right arm. Her doctors recommended Pilates for recovery and she fell in love with it and decided it was something she wanted to teach others. Jennifer enjoys doing anything outside and while she’s not a huge sports fan, she’ll play for fun and prefers being active to tv, movies or video games. She loves that StretchLab is a great avenue for people to start their journey of health and fitness and is a great and essential addition to any exercise regimen.
Scottie
Scottie
Scottie Stampone is a passionate movement artist with a background of classical and contemporary dance. He especially loves to choreograph, which for him is a cathartic and necessary creative hobby for survival, but also an opportunity to tell stories that challenge norms, evoke curiosity or raise consciousness by inspiring and encouraging free thought and self expression. After attending the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU from 2009-2013 and majoring in contemporary dance and choreography, Scott moved back to PA and began yoga teacher training while also giving his back time to heal from traumatic musculoskeletal injury. He is certified in Ashtanga-based Vinyasa Yoga and has been practicing and teaching for 6 years, incorporating music, dancing, and improvisation into his classes. It's Scottie's goal to empower the awesomely diverse and sincere members at StretchLab Collegeville, and he is excited to help bodies achieve more balance, ease, and vitality, and gain back the freedom to dance, move, experience and celebrate life to the fullest.
Ally

Flexologist
I have experience as a yoga teacher and massage therapist. I have studied Yoga and energy work for over 15 years and enjoy sharing different techniques with others. As a yoga teacher, I focus on making sure the students have a strong foundation in each posture. I believe that having a strong and stable foundation is the key to making any movement easeful. I bring this philosophy to each stretch session, so whether you are an athlete or are just looking for a little more mobility in life, I will make sure that your body is in the best position to make an easeful stretch. I love to spend my free time out in nature going hiking, kayaking and gardening. I also enjoy sitting back with a cup of homemade herbal tea from my garden and knitting or crocheting. I enjoy working at StretchLab because I get to see the members gain not only flexibility and mobility, but also increase their self-esteem and sense of inner strength. Working one on one with people allows us to create a family like setting and really connect with the members as they go on this journey of self-improvement.
Melissa
Melissa
Flexologist
Having committed to a consistent, holistic yoga practice for 5 years, Melissa became a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) in August 2020! Mirroring her own journey, Melissa is called to guide and empower others to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually through intentional, mindful and gentle stretch/movement; attending to the whole Self. Melissa loves being active and connecting with nature; camping (in a tent under the stars), yoga outdoors, sunrises/sunsets, moon gazing, being near/on the water (lake, bay, river, ocean), hiking, standup paddle boarding, fishing, beach, mountains, and adventuring! In the spirit of balance, Melissa can also be found snuggling up on the couch with a cozy blanket, thought-provoking book, and cup of warm tea or milk to soothe, relax, and restore. Stretch Lab offers the space to work with, connect, and support individuals on their journeys to movement, wellness, and healing, build relationships and partnerships with fellow staff and clients, and learn and grow from each other’s unique stories. The studio and its offering adds to the holistic vision of wellness, fitness, and quality of life.

Flexologist
I obtained my bachelors degree in Recreation Therapy from Florida State University and have worked part-time in the fitness industry ever since, as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, group exercise and cycling instructor. I have a specialty for working with older adults and individuals with chronic conditions. My full-time career has been in non-profit management and I'm passionate about working with people and helping them be the best they can be. I love anything active including running, hiking, yoga, and paddle boarding. Being outside is my “happy place”. Inside activities include weight lifting, yoga, meditation, and reading. I love assisted stretching and the ability to help people get deeper into stretches to correct muscle imbalances.
