My favorite thing about working at StretchLab is being able to help people connect to and feel better in their bodies. I take genuine interest in learning about your needs and assisting your mobility journey by working to increase your range of motion. Moving the body in a variety of ways that support us in daily life helps us to feel energized and supple, making movement more fluid. I am a 500hr Yoga Instructor, and currently studying Yoga Therapy. I am a lifelong learner and enjoy doing puzzles, painting, hiking, dancing, attending live music and of course hanging with my family and friends!
