      I have experience as a yoga teacher and massage therapist. I have studied Yoga and energy work for over 15 years and enjoy sharing different techniques with others. As a yoga teacher, I focus on making sure the students have a strong foundation in each posture. I believe that having a strong and stable foundation is the key to making any movement easeful. I bring this philosophy to each stretch session, so whether you are an athlete or are just looking for a little more mobility in life, I will make sure that your body is in the best position to make an easeful stretch. I love to spend my free time out in nature going hiking, kayaking and gardening. I also enjoy sitting back with a cup of homemade herbal tea from my garden and knitting or crocheting. I enjoy working at StretchLab because I get to see the members gain not only flexibility and mobility, but also increase their self-esteem and sense of inner strength. Working one on one with people allows us to create a family like setting and really connect with the members as they go on this journey of self-improvement.

      My favorite thing about working at StretchLab is being able to help people connect to and feel better in their bodies. I take genuine interest in learning about your needs and assisting your mobility journey by working to increase your range of motion. Moving the body in a variety of ways that support us in daily life helps us to feel energized and supple, making movement more fluid. I am a 500hr Yoga Instructor, and currently studying Yoga Therapy. I am a lifelong learner and enjoy doing puzzles, painting, hiking, dancing, attending live music and of course hanging with my family and friends!

      Tina is a AAAI Certified Personal Trainer and received her Health Coaching Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. She teaches Strength and HIIT classes and has been working in wellness since 2008. Tina’s passion for fitness began in her teens when she began strength training and has evolved over time into an overall health regime incorporating well balanced nutrition and strength and conditioning training. With experiencing multiple injuries she has realized mobility along with a positive mindset is key to injury prevention and is excited to be part of the team at StretchLab to help others in their wellness journey. Tina has three adult children and with her husband they are a very active family. They enjoy various outdoor activities such as hiking, paddleboarding, running, and rock climbing. Most weekends in the summer you can find them at the Jersey beach. Tina also enjoys cooking healthy meals for her family. She considers food as fuel and prepares a variety of gluten free and vegan recipes. Her health goal is to continue to physically perform at a consistent level and help as many people along the way.

      I have a BA in Dance and Psychology from Muhlenberg College and have worked as a professional dance artist in the greater Philadelphia area for the past twenty years. I’ve spent the early part of my performance career in Musical Theatre then expanded to Modern and Contemporary dance, performing with various companies and independent artists throughout the tri-state area and as far West as Las Vegas. I’ve staged thirty musicals for Central Bucks East High School, taught at two dance studios, adjudicated dance competitions up and down the East Coast and continue to teach master classes throughout Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley. My husband and I are parents to two karate-kicking and baseball-playing boys. I enjoy reading, weight lifting, going to concerts and traveling with my family, with a goal of visiting all fifty states. I’m excited to join the Stretch Lab team and to help people live a healthy lifestyle and to feel better and stronger both mentally and physically.

      Lysa is a special education teacher, personal trainer, mom and now our newest Flexologist in Collegeville! While training as a competitive bodybuilder she suffered a back injury that guided her fitness journey in a different direction with a focus on stretching. Fun Fact: Lysa is fluent in Spanish!

      Hi, my name is Jessica and I am 28 years old with background in teaching yoga. I was an art major in college before leaving to teach instead. I studied film and photography with a minor in studio arts. I enjoy spending time in nature with my rescue dog Palmer. My hobbies include playing music, cooking, gardening, and arts and writing a novel I’ve been working on.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
