      Vincent
      Vincent
      Lead Flexologist
Vincent's fitness journey began at Sac State, where he studied Kinesiology, fostering his understanding of the human body. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, hitting the gym, and listening to music. Stretching holds a special place for Vincent, who recognizes its importance in movement and sports like basketball. He loves the post-stretching feeling of rejuvenation. In gaming, Vincent's favorite character is Ezio Auditore from Assassin's Creed, admiring his badass persona.
      Joe
      Joe
      Flexologist
Joe has a background in fitness and health, holding a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and working as a physical therapy aide. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, playing video games, and engaging in soccer and basketball. He believes that stretching is crucial because it enables people to achieve things they couldn't before, and he's passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. Additionally, his favorite video game character is Donkey Kong, particularly from "Super Mario Strikers," his favorite game.
      Kris
      Kris
      Flexologist
Kris embarked on his journey to fitness after a cancer scare at 19, realizing the significance of taking control of his life and body. He embraced rigorous programs like P90X and Insanity, then diversified his physical activities, from mastering parkour to excelling as a competitive ballroom dancer and instructor. In his downtime, Kris is either engrossed in learning something new or delving deeper into existing knowledge, relishing the perpetual challenge of unraveling the complexities of the world. Yet, he also values the respite provided by video games, serving as a temporary escape from intellectual pursuits. For Kris, stretching holds equal importance alongside strength training. He views power not merely as lifting heavy weights but as the seamless transition between muscle contraction and elongation with control, emphasizing the holistic nature of physical fitness. When it comes to gaming, Kris finds it challenging to pick a favorite character but proudly declares Garchomp as their beloved Pokémon for its distinctive dragon-shark design.
