Marianne is currently a certified Exercise Physiologist and has been for the last 6 months. She has experience in developing/instructing exercise classes, helping clients correct form and motion during exercises, and taking pre/post vitals for clients. Some of her other responsibilities included measuring % body fat, heart rate, blood pressure, and reading the EKG for cardiovascular patients. She has also taught one on one personal training sessions, involving different types of stretching, resistance training, and cardiorespiratory endurance. In addition to being a certified exercise physiologist, she has experience in the wellness & nutrition field, as she interned for over three months at Bon Secours Hospital with the clinical dietitian, focusing on inpatient and outpatient care. Marianne is a very active person, who loves spending time outside! She enjoys going to the beach, pool, or hiking. She is always at the gym either lifting, running, or swimming. She also loves going to yoga or cycling classes! She loves that StretchLAB focuses on the importance and benefits of stretching, in order to positively impact their clients. She truly believes this type of approach using stretching techniques helps to improve the overall health & wellness of individuals.

Namgay is a 200HR Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Certified 75 HR Indoor Cycling Instructor. She has been a yoga practicioner for over 15 years, and Reiki Master practicioner for 3 years and has been teaching yoga for 3.5 years. She specializes with clients who have severe mobility and flexibility restrictions. With her background in Yoga and Reiki, Namgay can help any client align and heal.

Hello, my name is Dana Judge. I was born and raised right here in our beautiful city of Tampa. I'm a momma bear of one adult child who will be graduating from FAMU 2022. The beach is one of my favorite places to go, also I'm a total foodie, jewelry designer, thrifting /shopping are things enjoy. In my previous career I was an on air behind the scenes fashion stylist for HSN for 25+ years. Recently I was able to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a licensed massage therapist and opening SYImassage (Set Your Intention), a mobile massage practice. My passion for healing has always been a part of my spirit. Becoming a Flexologist with StretchLab is another huge accomplishment. At 50yrs old I an creating the life a want for myself. I'm happy I get to work for StretchLab, a growing company and have amazing opportunities.

I graduated from National Personal training school with 600 hours of hands on and practical theory and I have been working as a personal trainer for 2 years in addition to nutrition guidance. I have worked with those who have hip replacement, scoliosis, shoulder issues, rotator cuff strengthening, pregnancy training, weight loss, strength training…etc. People who overall want to improve health and quality of life. Activities: I love to be with my son and family. We do a lot of healthy cooking and baking together. I also like to run, learn, adventure/travel to new places and admire nature. I am a recently retired Air Force member, mom and personal trainer. I have always been into fitness since I was a kid. I attained my sports and health BA degree in 2015, completed a Personal training course in 2018 and obtained an accredited certification in 2021. I also health coach for online company and became an affiliate with an online holistic supplement company. Working in a Pharmacy in the Air Force, I hated seeing pharmaceuticals being thrown at people for issues that could be treated by changing habits and mindset. We have one body, and we must be careful what we put in it and how we treat it. When I discovered the Stretch Lab, I knew this was a perfect fit for me. It's been a great opportunity and I've learned so much and love the clients I meet and get to help. Everyone no matter what age group would benefit from assisted stretching!

My name is Scott. I have been in the Fitness & Wellness industry for over 12 years with a knack and love for mobility and flexibility. Having worked with all walks of life in the general and athletic populations when it comes to general fitness, physical therapy and the strength and conditioning space I understand the importance of incorporating mobility into your daily routine. I'm a certified Mobility Coach through renowned AcuMobility based out of Boston, MA. My passion all began with mobility when I first found my love for the fitness industry being sure to include at minimum 30-60 minutes of concentrated mobility and flexibility before every personal workout just because it helped my joints feel opened up and mobile and overall my body felt rejuvenated. I believe in the whole 'use it or lose it' mentality when it comes to mobility, especially as we age. Starting every day with 30-60 of mobility and light stretching, walking and hot tub yoga will go a long way for taking care of our postures certainly as we age. I am an outdoorsy, action sports type of guy loving sports from snowboarding, downhill ski-slope mountain biking at high velocities, skateboarding, surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, kitesurfing. I love adrenaline-led action sports because it makes me feel alive! To partake in these types of sports - you must maintain your mobility. StretchLab is a great establishment that allows anybody understand the true importance of moving better and overcoming boundaries and limiting factors when it comes to mobility-restrictions and injuries. Just understanding your body better and how it moves is the first factor that will help unlock overall body movement and symmetries.
