      Estelle especially enjoys working with weightlifters wanting to improve athletic performance as well as anyone looking to experience more ease within their body while remaining active. Her background is in weight training and corrective fitness as well as behavior change and fitness nutrition. She is a certified personal trainer under ACE, a Transformation life coach, and Oh Baby! Fitness instructor.

      Jeska studied as a researcher, conducting studies on human performance and stress. She is passionate about human physiology and biomechanics, focusing on the mind-body connection and a holistic approach. She enjoys helping people reach peak performance and improve daily functional movements to create a better life. As an avid hiker, skier, climber, cyclist, and backpacker, she loves to share the value and importance of regular stretching for injury prevention, recovery, and improving sports performance. Additionally, she enjoys training, volunteering for search and rescue, and reading science journals.

      Sam found a passion for fitness as a teenager when he first started martial arts which he continues to train and to teach to this day. After serving in the Marine Corps Sam moved to Bend where he received his Energy Systems Engineering degree. Sam likes people more than computers so continues to work in body work and fitness. He enjoys helping athletes improve performance and helping clients resolve chronic pain. When not at the StretchLab studio he is usually making art, music, or studying martial arts.

      Danielle has always had movement as a key part of her life, growing up as a gymnast and eventually exploring diving and dance. She has embraced all aspects of the outdoors including, climbing, hiking, backpacking, skiing, trail running and others. She also enjoys naturalist studies and primitive skills. Danielle enjoys working with people who are excited to learn, explore and expand what their body is capable of, at any age, activity level, and season of life; be it improving sports performance and recovery, or improving mobility to get back out there, she loves to help support people in their overall health, wellness and fitness journey, and do more of what they love. When she is not enjoying the outdoors she loves to read, craft, travel and give back to the community through trail work and housing construction projects.

      Jeremiah is a Marine corps veteran and personal trainer with a 200 hour yoga and CPR/first aid certifications. Jeremiah likes working with people seeking better athletic performance and those recovering from injuries. His favorite athletes to work with are lifters and fighters. He has been on a fitness journey with his clients for the last decade. Starting first with personal and strength training and most recently focusing on yoga.

      Noorejahan (Noor) likes working with people who have injuries and/or are recovering from an injury, discomfort or pain in the body as well as people who prefer a gentle yet deep and intuitive touch. Noor is a certified Mindfulness Teacher and Intuitive Energy Healer with 8 years of weight lifting experience. Passion for movement, breathwork, mindfulness and energy work helps clients be more present in their bodies and feel a deep sense of peace.

      Amber is a mother of two daughters and is a native to central Oregon. Amber first became interested in wellness as a teenager when she found yoga as a way to relax her mind and body. She became a massage therapist in 2011 and received her yoga teaching certification in 2019. Amber believes that by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit connection we can find the best path to healing. Amber enjoys working with people who struggle with chronic pain issues or are in recovery from injury. When Amber is not working you can find her with her family and friends enjoying all of the amazing and wonderful things Bend has to offer.

      Chloe fell in love with wellness in 2018 when she took her first hot yoga class. Since then she has gotten her 300 hr training in 26 & 2 and continues to try to learn and grow in her practice. She has a passion for sharing what she learns with others and loves seeing people get curious about their bodies.

      Group Stretch

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
