Jeska studied as a researcher, conducting studies on human performance and stress. She is passionate about human physiology and biomechanics, focusing on the mind-body connection and a holistic approach. She enjoys helping people reach peak performance and improve daily functional movements to create a better life. As an avid hiker, skier, climber, cyclist, and backpacker, she loves to share the value and importance of regular stretching for injury prevention, recovery, and improving sports performance.
