      Danielle has been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years. She is a multifaceted professional with many skills specializing in Thai massage and focusing primarily on the importance of stretching. In addition, She enjoys educating her clients with tips and techniques to feel their very best wherever they are. Danielle is very excited to be a part of StretchLab to bring flexibility and mobility to our community.

      Our Flexologist PJ, is a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher and sports have always been an integral part of her life. She's been a gymnast, long distance runner, horseman, skier, rock climber, weight trainer, golfer and now enjoying the great outdoors of Central Oregon: SUP, hiking, biking and canoeing. All of these activities are possible through stretching and staying open in body and mind. When not working, PJ and her husband enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning, and recently being empty nesters, they enjoy seeing our 3 boys expand their wings.

      Becky is a 200 hour Ashtanga certified Yoga Instructor. While training in India, Becky focused on Iyengar alignment and adjustment techniques. She loves learning about the body and its ability to heal itself. Breathwork is in the core of her practice, and she enjoys coaching people through breathing, for deeper and more effective stretches. When she is not working as a flexologist, you can find her snowboarding, playing outside, or working with plants as an herbalist.

      Paige is our manager of the studio. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Montana State University. She has worked in various physical therapy clinics and non profits throughout the past eight years and values community, injury rehabilitation and preventative healthcare practices. She uses her knowledge of biomechanics, functional movement, and anatomy while working with clients one-on-one at StretchLab. In her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors, mountain biking, rock climbing, traveling, and painting!

      Matthew is a California native who decided to continue his way up north after recieving his undergrad. He received his bachelors in kinesiology at Humboldt State University with an emphasis in exercise science and health promotion. He is excited to continue his education as he applies for occupational therapy programs over the coming year. Matthew has experience in various physical therapy and chiropractic rehab clinics where he addressed a broad range of clients. He loves seeing progress that can be made over the course of months and seeing light bulbs turn on when clients finally understand something new about their body. Matthew is an avid climber, mountain biker, disc golfer, backpacker and drummer who’s always looking for that next challenge.

      Shantyel is a Oregon native and loves what Central Oregon has to offer recreationally. She holds a Masters degree in Athletic Training where the care, prevention and rehabilitation of the body and injuries is at the top of her skillset. Additionally, she is a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer, which keeps her active as well as opens up the opportunity to share her love of the body and medicine to her clients and the general community. She looks forward to using her skills at StretchLab to help you gain the flexibility and alignment to achieve your goals.

      Bethany has been guiding and coaching movement practitioners for 16 years as a Yin Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Thai Massage Practitioner. While living in New York, she studied energetic and somatic psychology at New York University which greatly influenced her passion in understanding the body-mind connection which she utilizes throughout her practices and trainings. As a lover of all things play, Be also competes in 70.3 Ironman and open water swimming competitions.She is looking forward to working one-on-one with humans at StretchLab to help offer a means of wellness that is lasting and enduring for individuals, and one that will allow them to thrive holistically in all arenas and play of life.

      Elise is a yoga teacher, functional fitness and corrective exercise personal trainer, as well as an avid dancer and outdoor sports lover. She has also enjoyed coaching runners and has run many marathons herself. After experiencing a rare type of disc hernia, she became more passionate than ever about teaching the importance of mobility balanced with strength. Her passion is helping people feel amazing in their bodies, and able to do all the activities that they love while feeling strong and confident. Her approach comes from an understanding of how our bodies are beautiful reflections of our strengths, weaknesses, deeply held emotions and our lifelong journey.

      Ben is a former musical theatre actor turned life coach. When he’s not rock climbing, Ben can be found swinging steel maces in parks around Bend, running around in the woods, or doing impromptu magic shows. Ben specializes in inner child healing and helping 9-5ers break free of the grind so they can lead more meaningful lives. Ben is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Onnit Academy Steel Mace Specialist and will be utilizing his knowledge on the bench at StretchLab!

      Meg is a licensed Massage Therapist since 2009 and a registered 500-Hour Yoga Teacher. When it comes to stretching, Meg helps individuals find their guidance to grow internally and to heal the body through deep inner breath work. She shows how functioning with the mind and body together can help educate, inspire, and develop discipline throughout one's life. Meg graduated from Oregon State with a Bachelor’s in English and a minor in Writing. When Meg is not at StretchLab, she is enjoying her time outdoors and traveling with her partner.

      Carly was born and raised in Bend and enjoys everything that our beautiful community has to offer. She is a CrossFit and USA Weightlifting coach. Her love for fitness and movement started when she was a young gymnast. After a brain surgery and medical discharge from the Navy, all she wanted to do was get back to the gym for her physical and mental health. She found the sport of Olympic weightlifting in Georgia and shortly after started competing nationally. Stretching had been very important for her because it allowed her to recover and live life in a body without restrictions. On the bench, she shares her passion and knowledge for mobility and functional movement with clients.

      Jenna is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach & Personal Trainer. Her focus is treating the whole person rather than just one aspect of an individual. That’s why working as a flexologist is important to her, adding in another component of health and wellness to her practice. In her free time, she likes to train in mixed martial arts, eat tacos, get outside with her kids and read.

      Karina was born and raised in central California, but has always dreamed of moving to Oregon. She obtained a bachelors in Kinesiology from California State University Bakersfield. After receiving her bachelor's degree, she attended Healing Hands in San Diego to receive her certificate in massage therapy. After working in a chiropractic office, she developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for the movement of the human anatomy and how to apply techniques in order to maximum movement throughout daily life. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, snowboarding, and participating in triathlons. She is excited to be continuing her passion for health and fitness at StretchLab!

      Orion Tupper is a compassionate healthcare professional who has spent many years helping others. After going through his own experience with physical therapy, he became passionate about working in the healthcare industry and helping people recover from injuries and illnesses. Over the course of his career, Orion has gained a wealth of experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers. He has worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing them with the care and support they need to achieve their goals and improve their health. Outside of work, Orion has a wide range of interests and hobbies. He is an avid photographer and enjoys capturing the beauty of nature through his camera lens. He also enjoys hiking, exploring the great outdoors, and taking long motorcycle rides on the open road. In addition, Orion has a passion for classic cars and enjoys restoring and collecting vintage automobiles. His attention to detail and dedication to his hobbies are a reflection of his overall approach to life, which is characterized by a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a deep sense of compassion for others.

      Kalista Wilson has a long background in various sports and weightlifting and is an NASM certified Personal Trainer. She is currently finishing up both a Nutrition and Strength Coaching Certification to gain more knowledge in the field. Flexibility has become an integral part of her training for both daily movement and living pain-free after an injury that stopped her from participating in sports. She has since gained her strength back, and also sports participation, thanks to her flexibility and strength training. Outside of work you can find her either swimming or flying through the air on aerial silks! She loves being outdoors in the summer, and moving her body whenever she can!
