      Cathryn graduated with a B.S in Exercise Science from Lindenwood University in 2020. She is currently getting a Masters in Sport Science and Rehab from Logan University. Cathryn is a dancer and dance teacher. In her spare time Cathryn likes to take her dog to the park and watch Netflix. Cathryn enjoys being part of StretchLab because of the great coworkers, clients, and all the opportunities there are.

      This is Taijhan Nelson. He attended Millikin University and got a bachelor's degree in Health, Fitness, and Recreation with a focus in exercise science. He is also certified in personal training as well. Things that Taijhan likes to do in his free time would be running and playing basketball whenever he can. The big thing that he enjoys about being apart of stretch lab is that he can impact people's lives in a positive way with in his words, "a preventative aspect", which is important to him.

      Tom is a certified personal trainer through NASM and currently pursuing a degree in exercise science from UMSL. In his free time, Tom likes to go to the gym, run, watch sports or spend time with friends and family. Tom enjoys being a part of Stretch Lab because he has the opportunity to impact peoples lives and the opportunity to educate.

      Makayla graduated with her B.S in Biology from Fontbonne University. She is currently working on her doctorate of chiropractic at Logan University. In her free time, Makayla likes to play sports, spend time with her dog, and read. As a retired college athlete, Makayla knows the troubles of sitting out of games because of injuries. She is passionate about injury prevention. The best part about working at StretchLab is the opportunity and ability to teach her clients all about injury prevention.

      I am a professional dancer for Resilience Dance Company as well as an instructor at Pure Barre. In my spare time I enjoy reading and to be outside. I enjoy being at Stretch lab to help people become more mobile and feel better in their bodies.

      Peyton enjoys leveraging her sprightly demeanor to collaborate with people to build satisfying lifestyles using principles of functional medicine, personality psychology and biology. She creates nutrient-dense meal plans and stress management practices specific to someone's neurotype and health coaches with them as they learn to embrace healthy habits, tackle goals, and learn to understand and love themselves along the way. In her spare time she enjoys writing and narrating audio dramas, free climbing, and hosting book clubs on personal development. Peyton loves the easy going environment that StretchLab cultivates in the connection between Flexologists and Clients alike.

      Colby is from Geismar, LA and has moved here from the Baton Rouge location. Back in Louisiana he was a personal trainer through ISSA, and was a fitness/boxing instructor for the past 2 1/2 years. Grew up playing sports but focused more in football and field events. He enjoys making people laugh and doing what he can to help people in the best way he can.

      Drake is a certified Physiologist graduating from Truman State University. Since graduating college, Drake has been working with people to get stronger and more flexible to help prevent and overcome injuries or chronic pains. After overcoming his own reconstructed ankle surgery from a college sports injury, Drake has dedicated himself to helping people with different issues like arthritis, sciatica, bulging discs, and many other types of injuries and chronic pains. In his free time, Drake likes to play sports, like volleyball; spend time with friends and family; and learn more about the human body. Drake says that the best thing about being a member of StretchLab is being able to help reach all different backgrounds of people and impact their lives in a positive way through health and education.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
