Flexologist
Allow me to introduce myself. I hold a Master's degree in Kinesiology, with a focus on Exercise Science. Currently, I am a dedicated student at the University of St. Augustine, pursuing a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, with an unyielding commitment to advancing healthcare. Professionally, I stand as a certified Personal Trainer under NASM and a Group Fitness Instructor accredited by AFAA. My journey is enriched by over 12 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Navy, where I assumed the role of a Command Fitness Leader, instilling health and fitness principles. My experience extends to both individual and group dynamics, fostering optimal health and fitness through strategic exercise and meal planning. My journey has also encompassed three years within a Cardiac Rehab facility and two Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy clinics, where I've adeptly guided individuals on the path of recovery and well-being. Beyond my professional pursuits, I treasure moments of hiking, yoga, prayer, and church attendance, cherishing quality time spent with my five incredible children. Joining the StretchLab team is a privilege I hold dear, as it enables me to employ a hands-on, healing approach to guide individuals on their health and wellness journey.
With respect,
Shannon Miranda
