      DJ is proud to serve as the Lead Flexologist at StretchLab Renton, bringing over two years of hands-on experience from StretchLab Issaquah. With a degree in Kinesiology and a passion for movement, DJ is committed to helping people improve their mobility, reduce tension, and feel their best every day. He’s especially passionate about educating youth on the importance of fitness and lifelong movement. Outside the studio, DJ enjoys basketball, lifting, hiking, and staying active in every way. DJ brings a holistic, energized approach to assisted stretching and is excited to lead the Renton team in delivering exceptional care and results to the community.

      With over a year of experience at StretchLab Mercer Island, Jesse is now bringing his passion and expertise to the Renton studio. Originally from California, Jesse is enjoying everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer—from its natural beauty to its vibrant community. Jesse’s lifelong dedication to fitness includes training in Muay Thai, kickboxing, track, and now calisthenics. He is a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in movement and exercise science from San Francisco State University. His deep curiosity about how the body moves began at a young age and continues to drive his work today. Outside the studio, Jesse is a creative spirit who enjoys painting, drawing, and sculpting. He also loves exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping, and he's an avid fan of football and basketball—go Niners! Jesse is excited to help StretchLab Renton clients move better, feel better, and live better by enhancing flexibility, preventing injuries, and supporting each individual’s unique goals.

      Mira is an accomplished international-level Taekwondo athlete who began her martial arts journey at just six years old. Her dedication and talent led her to compete with the Egyptian National Team, earning numerous international medals along the way. Outside of Taekwondo, Mira enjoys playing tennis and dancing—activities that reflect her vibrant energy and love for movement. As a passionate athlete, Mira understands firsthand the critical role that stretching plays in enhancing performance, preventing injuries, and supporting overall well-being. She chose to join StretchLab to help others experience the same physical and mental benefits that stretching has brought to her athletic career.

      Sundeep earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Washington and will be starting Physical Therapy school this fall. With a deep passion for human movement and performance, he enjoys exploring anatomy and physiology from various professional perspectives. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, he is dedicated to helping clients enhance their mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Whether assisting with injury recovery, improving athletic performance, or promoting pain-free movement, Sundeep is committed to providing personalized care and support to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

      Javier is a dedicated martial artist, U.S. Army Veteran, and NASM-certified personal trainer with a lifelong passion for health and fitness. His journey began at a young age through martial arts, where he trained across multiple disciplines and became a conference wrestling champion. During his time in the Army, Javier expanded his fitness expertise, ultimately earning his NASM certification to help others achieve their goals. With a strong foundation in strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching, Javier thrives on empowering others to take charge of their well-being. His goal is to make a positive impact on every client’s journey—whether through improved mobility, better habits, or renewed confidence. When he’s not stretching or training, Javier enjoys attending live music festivals, continuing his martial arts practice, and spending quality time with his two children, Luna and Cloud.

      Valencia takes a holistic approach to movement, recognizing the deep connection between mind, body, and soul. As a former gymnast and cheerleader, she understands the art of fluidity, flexibility, and strength, guiding clients toward deeper body awareness and relaxation. At StretchLab, she creates an inviting and soothing space where clients can release tension, enhance mobility, and fully immerse themselves in the pleasure of movement. Outside of work, she enjoys grounding in nature through exploring, yoga, and water sports—finding joy in the rhythm of the waves, the warmth of the sun, and the freedom of movement in all its forms.

      Ricky
      Ricky is a Kung-Fu instructor with passion to learn about health and wellness for the mind, body, and soul with purpose of helping children and families. As a flexologist he is excited to provide assisted stretching for members that will help them feel better! In his spare time he enjoys dimsums and drinking tea with family and friends, learning and working on projects regarding health and wellness. Practicing Kung-fu is fun and meditative for him and he likes to travel to meet friends and families, and enjoy new experiences. He enjoys being a part of Stretchlab because it gives him an opportunity to work closely with the community and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

      With over a decade of experience in sports massage, Joseph brings a deep understanding of muscle anatomy, recovery techniques, and the vital role flexibility plays in overall physical health. His hands-on background allows him to tailor each session to support clients’ specific wellness and mobility goals. Outside of work, Joseph finds joy in spending time with his family—whether it’s outdoor adventures, playing sports, or simply enjoying quality time together. These moments help him recharge and maintain a strong sense of balance and well-being. Joseph is proud to be part of the StretchLab team, where he can apply his expertise in a collaborative environment focused on individualized stretching programs. He values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives, and is inspired by the team’s shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and holistic health.

      Belay is a Masters of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, education, and community-based rehabilitation. With a deep belief in the power of movement as medicine, Belay brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate approach to help individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Throughout his career, Belay has empowered countless individuals to take control of their physical health. He’s also a dedicated volunteer, an avid reader, and someone who values quality time with his family. As part of the StretchLab team, Belay is excited to blend his clinical knowledge with personalized care—helping members move better, feel stronger, and live more actively, one stretch at a time.

      With a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Matt brings a wealth of experience and empathy to every session. His journey fuels his passion for working with clients who have faced similar challenges, helping them move better and feel stronger. With a deep belief in the transformative power of stretching, Matt loves being part of StretchLab, where he can actively change lives through customized mobility routines. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring new cuisines—South Korea is a favorite destination he visits almost every year. Matt’s mission is simple: to help others discover the life-changing impact of proper stretching and lead healthier, more active lives.

      With over four years of experience in health and fitness, Kenzie Hennessey is a dedicated and licensed massage therapist specializing in deep tissue work and cupping therapy. Known for her intuitive approach and strong technical skills, Kenzie is passionate about helping clients feel their best—relieving pain, reducing stress, and promoting longer, healthier lives through the power of therapeutic touch. Kenzie believes that true wellness starts with self-care, and she brings both expertise and empathy to every session. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic tension, or simply looking to relax, her goal is to support your journey toward optimal well-being. Outside of work, Kenzie enjoys traveling, watching football, and spending time with dogs—always embracing balance in life and encouraging others to do the same.
