She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Mercer University and is continuing her education by pursuing a master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellness. Her curiosity and care-driven mindset shape every aspect of her work. With a strong focus on individualized care, Georgia is dedicated to helping clients build confidence, improve quality of life, and reach their wellness goals—no matter where they begin. Her approach emphasizes personalized programming, education in movement, and sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.

      Samuel’s passion for fitness and human movement began in high school through athletics and early coursework in anatomy and physiology. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Emmanuel University and is a certified personal trainer through NASM, building a strong academic and practical foundation for his work. As a former Division II collegiate basketball athlete with over 1,000 hours of experience as a physical therapy technician, Sam brings a unique blend of performance and rehabilitative understanding to his sessions. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered care focused on safety, progress, and long-term mobility.

She is both an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutritionist, allowing her to support clients from a truly whole-body perspective. With several years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, Malia brings a warm, supportive, and intentional approach to each session. She emphasizes purposeful movement, sustainable lifestyle habits, and overall well-being, helping clients improve their health, mobility, and quality of life in ways that last.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Greensboro College, where he also competed as a collegiate baseball pitcher—an experience that continues to shape his understanding of movement, resilience, and performance. Jacob brings his love for movement and an encouraging, steady presence to each session. His approach emphasizes staying active, improving mobility, and supporting overall performance, empowering his clients to move better and feel their best.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and brings hands-on experience from his work as a Soccer Strength and Conditioning Coach, where performance, precision, and adaptability are essential. With a strong background in athletic development, Lucas provides knowledgeable and well-rounded training experience. His sessions focus on improving mobility, enhancing performance, and helping clients move more efficiently and confidently—whether they are athletes or simply looking to move better in daily life.

      Myles’ passion for health, fitness, and performance began early through hands-on experience as a high school athletic trainer. That early exposure shaped the way he connects with clients today—grounded, attentive, and deeply invested in helping people move and perform better. He is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science and holds certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Bodybuilding. As a former competitive baseball and basketball athlete, Myles brings real-world athletic insight into every session. He combines science-based training methods with discipline and fully individualized programming, meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward stronger movement, increased confidence, and long-term physical potential.
