Hello, I am from Stone Mountain, Ga. I earned a degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Georgia State on track to become a Physical Therapist. I was an athlete in high school and played several sports, including team basketball. My passion for recovery grew from experiencing multiple injuries and going through my own rehabilitation. I had early exposure to observing and shadowing Occupational and Physical Therapists in my High School's sports medicine program. After college, I worked as a Physical Therapy Technician for 3 years, gaining clinical practice and hands-on experience. I understand how to keep my body in a healthy state and the rehabilitation process. I’m eager to share that knowledge with you! At StretchLab, I work with clients from every background and help them feel and perform their best and teach them how to care for their body. Whether you want to be able to continue to pick up basketball after being at a desk all day, are a retiree wanting to improve and keep your mobility, or a weekend warrior working on personal bests, I can help you improve how your body feels and performs.

I grew up in Decatur and Druid Hills and love the people within the community. I graduated from Clayton State University with a degree in Health Science and am pursuing a career in physical therapy. As a track and field athlete for 12 years, I learned first hand about the impact of recovery on performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. I have also been an Physical Therapy Aide and Wellness Coach. At StretchLab, I am excited to work hands-on with clients to teach them about their body and help them with preventative care. We often find ourselves in pain or injured because we aren’t stretching and doing the proper recovery for our active and static periods. We will create a clear plan on how to get your moving better and take care of yourself day to day.

Hello, I am originally from Kentucky. I spent most of my life in GA and graduated from Georgia Southern with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, focusing on Exercise Science, along with a minor in Anthropology. I moved to further my education at Life University, where I am currently pursuing a doctorate in chiropractic care. My goal is to become a chiropractor specializing in sports chiropractic and chronic conditions, helping athletes enhance their performance while supporting individuals in maintaining a good quality of life despite ongoing challenges. What led me to StretchLab was my desire to expand my skill set and explore new ways to help people find relief from pain and discomfort through hands-on techniques. My approach is rooted in building the body from the ground up—just like a house, a strong foundation is essential for long-term stability. I prioritize comfort, starting with lighter techniques to ensure I do not cause pain before gradually moving into deeper stretches that promote mobility and overall well-being.

Hi! I’m Karima. I was born and raised in Jonesboro, GA and earned my BS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from North Carolina A & T University with Magna Cum Laude distinction. I ran track in HS and at the collegiate level and learned a lot about how to care for my body and what happens when you don’t have recovery. I was also diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age and rehabilitation helped me live an active, normal life. My experience in rehabilitation is where my passion for exercise & helping people bloomed. I aspire to be a physical therapist and have completed over 300 intern hours in outpatient PT clinics, working with diverse populations, injuries & treatment modalities. It is simple to avoid injury and maintain your mobility. StretchLab is the perfect fit for me to keep learning and continue helping people move better and feel better every day. I can blend my love for movement with my purpose of helping people feel stronger and more in control of their bodies. I’m naturally patient, and I take pride in making sure my clients feel respected and comfortable every step of the way. I love sharing how the body works and seeing someone light up when they realize what their body can do. I want all my clients to leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Hi, I’m India! I am a native of ATL and proud grad of Grady HS. I earned my BS in Kinesiology from NC Central University. I have gained experience in Athletic Training, Chiropractic care, Physical Therapy Aide, and in Orthopedic clinics. As an Athletic Training Intern at the University where I traveled with sports teams to instruct on proper techniques for safe play and assisted with injuries. As a PT Aide at Duke Health Center and a Medical Asst at OrthoAtlanta, I assisted in injury treatment and PT exercises to help rehabilitate patients with disorders or injuries. This is where I developed my passion for patient advocacy, care and education. I saw a lot of patients receive treatments that masked symptoms versus address root cause and solve underlying problems. I began Life University’s Chiropractic program and am exploring my career path in preventive care. I am excited about our stretch sessions at StretchLab to help teach you about your body and how to care for it to feel your best every day! I have a deep appreciation for the fine arts and am a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha!
