      Ben joins us as a UW–Madison alumnus with a degree in Exercise and Movement Science. He has worked in various fitness roles, including as a CrossFit Instructor. Ben is excited to work in health and wellness because he enjoys helping people become the best versions of themselves! In his free time, Ben loves being active and spending time with his friends and family. He is also passionate about traveling; feel free to ask about his experiences working remotely in Hawaii or Iceland! Although he considers himself a relaxed person, he becomes highly competitive when it comes to ping pong, Pictionary, and handstand contests.

      Emily has her Bachelor's in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutritional Science. She has many certifications, including ACE Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Precision Nutrition Certifications. Emily has been in the personal training/group fitness world for 10 years. Her passion is working with clients at all levels of health and fitness to better their everyday lives. Emily loves working with her clients to meet their nutritional goals and is coming to StretchLab to help her community take care of their bodies inside and out. When Emily isn’t in the studio, she loves anything outdoors, traveling, and experiencing new things. Ask her about her favorite hiking spots!

      Amanda received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Athletic Training and is a board-certified Athletic Trainer. She has two years of experience in athletic training in collegiate athletics, focusing on injury prevention, acute and chronic care, and injury rehabilitation. Amanda is passionate about providing an empathetic and educational experience to members. In her free time, she loves outdoor activities and spending time with her friends, family, and dog.

      Nolan has his Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Sports Performance and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. After finishing his football career at a small college outside of Saint Louis, he has shifted his focus to his passion for helping people feel and move better, whether it be preventative or rehabilitative. He understands the importance of mobility on quality of life, which brings him to StretchLab, so he can help you reach your movement goals. In his free time, he enjoys exploring his new home in Middleton, whether it be hiking or trying out different restaurants. Nolan is personable and loves to learn about new things, so feel free to talk or ask about anything that interests you!

      Madee has her Bachelor's in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise & Fitness. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and has 3+ years of personal training experience in an occupational health setting with Harley-Davidson as well as various studio and recreational centers. Her main passion for the health and fitness industry is helping her clients become the best versions of themselves physically and mentally. Madee's biggest goal is to get everyone to be ergonomically sound and move freely in their bodies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching endless romantic comedies, and training for 5k’s!

      Brandi has her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Athletic Healthcare and is a current student in the Kinesiology Master’s Program at UW. Along with that, she was also a member of the Wisconsin Women’s Rowing Team for 5 years! She is currently a strength and conditioning coach in Monona, WI, and loves having the ability to help people reach their goals. Working as a strength coach has brought light to how often stretching/mobility is overlooked in the fitness industry, and working as a flexologist has allowed her to address this issue with a hands-on approach. She is looking to apply to Physical Therapy school and is excited to get experience in this domain. Outside of the studio, Brandi enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and many other outdoor activities!

      Jake graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from The University of Wisconsin-Madison this past May! Jake has been passionate about fitness and well-being for the entirety of his life. Starting out playing soccer, basketball, and disc golf, he became very involved in cross country and track and field in high school. He grew up in Eau Claire, WI, and moved to Madison in 2019. Jake has previously worked as a caregiver in a private care setting with clients from many different walks of life. This summer he worked in a UW lab focused on improving caregiving techniques for older individuals with dementia. In the future, Jake intends to further his education by pursuing his Ph.D. in Prosthetics and Orthotics. His free time is spent traveling, playing disc golf, and working on his guitar skills with his local band. Ask Jake about his time traveling to Portugal, Croatia, Albania, and Greece!

      Anna first embarked on her yoga journey, quickly discovering a passion for 1:1 assists after completing her 200 RYT and RMTi Level 1 certifications. She guides clients through stretch sessions, leveraging breath to foster a mind-body connection. This approach cultivates a present-moment experience, heightening awareness of every movement during a stretch. Recognizing the significance of human connection, Anna believes that even holding space can profoundly impact mental and physical well-being. Beyond the studio, Anna is a devoted yogi, meditator, and enthusiast of mindfulness. She also volunteers her time to teach yoga to children on the spectrum.

      Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with his bachelor’s in Kinesiology and an emphasis in Exercise and Movement Science. While at UW, Matt worked directly with various sports teams, allowing him to help athletes achieve their own personal and athletic goals. Matt is at Stretchlab bringing his passion for helping people. He wants to improve the quality of life for as many as possible. Matt is driven to help everyone accomplish their life goals by improving their movement one member at a time. At a young age Matt played ice hockey, and more recently took up ultra-marathon running, which has only furthered his passion for health and wellness. Matt is here to help everyone be pain-free! In his free time, Matt enjoys running, traveling, most outdoor activities, and taking his Australian Shepherd for walks. Make sure to ask him about his time traveling and the various causes he has raised money for through running!

      Lizzie joins StretchLab as a UW-Madison graduate with a degree in Genetics & Genomics. She also has a certificate in Global Health and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Lizzie joined StretchLab because she wants to create an environment for stress reduction while helping people move better, gain better posture, and reduce pain. She values sustainability and building a healthy lifestyle for herself. Lizzie is enthusiastic about powerlifting and likes to highlight how flexibility/mobility plays a vital role in the fitness industry. She is considering furthering her education to become a Physical Therapist, but her main focus is injury prevention for her clients. Her free time is spent watching TV, working out, or painting! Lizzie’s favorite TV show is The Rookie and her favorite movie is The Santa Clause.

      Connor graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from St. Ambrose University in 2023. While at St. Ambrose, Connor also played collegiate football and spent time working with the Athletic Training team. He has a passion for helping people become their best selves through preventing and rehabbing injuries. In the future, he is looking to pursue his doctorate in Physical Therapy and is eager to gain experience in the industry. In his free time, he likes to lift weights and spend time with friends and family.

      Zach has his Bachelor’s in Exercise and Movement Science with a certificate in Athletic Healthcare from UW Madison. He has worked in different fitness settings, as well as being a caregiver for several summers during school. His passion for caring and helping others, and improving people’s lives is why he decided to work at StretchLab. Soccer has been a huge part of Zach’s life, and he also played his Freshman year at UW Platteville! He enjoys his time by golfing, going on walks with his dog, boating, traveling, and watching TV. His favorite show is Breaking Bad. Zach will be furthering his education in the Fall at Carroll University for Physical Therapy. He is eager to get started!

      Manix graduated with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and a French minor from the University of Minnesota. He is excited to put his knowledge into practice back in his hometown and help community members live life to the fullest. Ultimately he intends to pursue a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and hiking, especially out west (where there aren't mosquitoes), as well as weightlifting, watching sports, and cooking.
