      Zack studied kinesiology at WSU, worked as a trainer at Pullman CrossFit, and gained experience as a group fitness instructor at Orangetheory Fitness. Working to heal people 1-on-1 became his passion as it gave him the opportunity to personalize and build an individualized plan in order to maximize physical ability and athleticism for every client. He believes in having a holistic view of mind and body - one cannot be optimized without the other and his goal is for each person to reach their best self. He is a sports enthusiast and loves watching everything from football, soccer, and basketball to golf and MMA. Currently he plays in a co-ed soccer league and also enjoys playing golf every weekend. One of his anchors to stay physically active are jogs with his puppy each morning. Strength training is another core component for him as well as stretching to stay healthy in the long run. He chose StretchLab because he enjoys helping people find solutions for their body. Flexibility is the main component of chronic injury prevention when considering every single aspect of fitness. Struggles with his own body in the past have been fixed by improving his mobility. He hopes to enlighten more people on the importance of staying flexible.

      With over 5 years of customer service experience, Gabe creates a welcoming environment for his clients, building meaningful connections and ensuring their satisfaction. As a former snowboard instructor, Gabe excels in communication and adapting his teaching approach to meet individual needs, emphasizing proper technique, flexibility, and injury prevention. Having also worked as a physical therapist aide and personal trainer, Gabe's knowledge and skills are extensive. His experience with therapeutic exercises and stretching techniques, gained while assisting licensed physical therapists, further enhances his expertise. With a comprehensive understanding of the human body and movement mechanics, Gabe emphasizes the importance of flexibility in promoting overall well-being. Combining his customer service background, snowboarding instruction, physical therapy aide experience, and personal training tenure, Gabe provides exceptional care as a flexologist. With a commitment to client satisfaction and a deep understanding of movement and flexibility, he empowers individuals to improve their physical health and enhance their quality of life through transformative assisted stretching services.

      Mira is an international level Taekwondo player She started playing Taekwondo since she was 6 years old and then joined the Egyptian national team and received a lot international medals. In her free time, she likes to play tennis and also enjoys dancing. She chose to work at Stretchlab as she believes that stretching is very important for sports performance and injury prevention. As an athlete, she understands the importance of stretching and wants to help people maintain their physical and mental health!

      Jesse has recently made the move from California and enjoys the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Jesse's lifelong fitness journey has seen involvement in a range of sports, including Muay Thai, kickboxing, and track. Currently, Jesse is deeply committed to calisthenics training and holds certification as a personal trainer. Jesse's fascination with the mechanics of body movement traces back to his early years and served as the driving force behind earning a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, with a specialization in movement and exercise science, from San Francisco State University. In leisure hours, Jesse derives immense satisfaction from expressing creativity through various art forms, including painting, drawing, and sculpting. Additionally, a profound love for the outdoors leads him to engage in activities such as hiking and camping. Sporting pursuits also hold a special place in Jesse's heart, with a particular passion for football and basketball (Go Niners!). Thrilled to be a part of the StretchLab Mercer Island team, Jesse derives great joy from assisting individuals in their pursuit of achieving personal goals, particularly in the realms of enhancing flexibility, comprehending the intricacies of body movement, and preventing injuries. Jesse's overarching aim is to provide unwavering support to everyone, whether they be clients or colleagues, in their voyage towards realizing their aspirations and dreams.

      Anthony Wyse, a former Division 1 and professional hockey player, who also studied kinesiology at the University of New Hampshire. He dedicated three summers to collaborating with NHL athletic training staff, focusing on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques, which included assisted stretching and strengthening. His extensive experience and knowledge were acquired through working closely with elite training teams to optimize performance and facilitate recovery. Anthony firmly believes in the holistic approach of nurturing the mind, body, and spirit for a happy and fulfilling life. In his role as a flexologist, his goal is to assist individuals in achieving balance in their bodies, thereby enhancing their overall well-being and unlocking their full potential to improve the quality of life. Outside of StretchLab, Anthony enjoys spending his free time hiking and practicing yoga

      Elana - an athlete at heart and sports/conditioning coach in practice. Working with athletes has always been a priority for her and when the athletes would come to her for advice on recovery, injury prevention, and overall health and wellness, she wanted to be able to be demonstrate knowledge in that domain. Graduating with BS in Health Coaching and pairing it with her pathway to Physical Therapy school, and her other interests in health and wellness, she aspires to be an all-in-one specialist for long-term clients. In her free time, she likes to stay active and spend time with friends and family. Practicing her main sport - soccer, and finding new ways to strengthen her body, mind, and health, are all important activities that she likes to priortize in life. With StretchLab, she believes she can further her understanding of human body and provide access to assisted stretching to the large community and help them move better!

      With 11 years of experience in personal training, sports nutrition, Massage Therapy, and assisted stretching, Nathan is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of the human body. Holding certifications such as NASM CSNC, NASM Strength & Conditioning, and a Black Belt in Butokukan Karate, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Passionate about bodybuilding, powerlifting, and martial arts, he believes in offering every individual he works with an experience that enhances range of motion, performance, agility, and reduces the risk of injuries. His philosophy revolves around the idea that health and wellness are the greatest equalizers, ensuring a long, happy, and healthy life for everyone. His mission is to share a decade's worth of knowledge in biochemistry and biomechanics, helping others live life to the fullest. Fitness is not just a career but a passion, and he is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to optimal health. Beyond the realm of fitness, you'll find him either pushing his own limits in the gym or enjoying the scenic beauty of the Pacific Northwest on a rejuvenating hike. Tuba also has a soft spot for cats 🐈 and is an avid fan of Bollywood music. Excited to be part of StretchLab, Tuba looks forward to helping clients move better and achieve their wellness goals.
