I have worked in the health, fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years. After my fourth child was born, I knew that I needed to take the time to work on my health so I could better serve those around me. Starting as a student in group fitness classes, then getting certified by AFAA as a group instructor, working as a certified NASM, NCSF and NESTA personal trainer, managing corporate wellness fitness centers and running my own health and wellness online business has given me the opportunity to help change lives. Once I started working with people, helping them attain their fitness goals, improving their health and enhancing mental wellness I was hooked. It's all about adding value to others! With StretchLab I can help enrich people’s lives by offering relief from stress, improving range of motion, increasing joint strength and stability, and even helping with posture. I am committed to helping you move through life better, meeting your needs and making sure every experience you have here is always positive and uplifting. In my spare time, you’ll find me teaching Spin and Pilates at the gym or being outdoors, traveling, reading and playing lots of pickleball

As a certified athletic trainer, I have worked in a multitude of amazing settings, such as the Colorado Avalanche, Glendale Raptors, and Metropolitan State University where I earned my bachelor’s degree. With having such a diverse background and being a full-time high school athletic trainer, I fully believe in the phenomenal benefits stretching has. I was a year-round athlete that raced motocross, wrestled, and played lacrosse so my body has been through the best and most certainly the worst. Sports medicine was my calling because I love giving back to the community and ultimately helping my people to be able to do what they love, but with a smile. I truly enjoy thinking outside the box and finding out what each individual person's goals are and how I can assist in achieving them, whether they’re an athlete, weekend warrior or someone who wants to better their overall health and lifestyle. StretchLab is a fun and amazing environment that will allow me to continue to educate my people, help them feel better and grow my personal skill sets. I’m a loud and proud Colorado native and during my free time I’m an avid fisherman and golfer, and I love traveling and spending time with my beautiful girlfriend. I am extremely grateful where my journey has brought me, and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and having a happier, healthier, improved life!

I am a Rhode Island native, and have moved to Colorado in 2021. I have a BS in Exercise Science from Endicott College where I played one year of football, but my athletic career was cut short from an ankle injury. After my ankle injury, I was able to really focus on strength and conditioning, working with a wide range of clients, from athletes of all varieties to the weekend warriors. I have had the pleasure to work at Harvard University working with their Strength and Conditioning department, as well as with Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning. In my free time I love to snowboard and go on hikes with my dog Oslo! I am eager to help you achieve your goals and help with any aches and pains you may have!

I'm a Texas native who grew up as a student athlete. I graduated from Western Oklahoma State College with my Associates in Health,Physical Education, and Recreation while playing softball for 2 years. After my two years, I continued my softball career at D2 Rogers State University, but ultimately ended up having a few shoulder injuries and hip injury along the way. Being an athlete for so long and having injuries led me to have a passion for rehabilitation and the importance of taking care of the body at all stages in life! After it was all said and done, I ended up hanging up my cleats and graduated from Tarleton State University with my Bachelors in Kinesiology. Since graduating, I have become certified in a variety of training techniques such as TRX and Water Safety Instructor. After marrying my husband in the Army and becoming a military spouse, I’ve been all over the spectrum when it comes to the Health and Fitness industry from working as the Fort Riley, KS Fitness Coordinator, Outdoor Recreation Specialist, and a physical therapy Wellness Center Aide. I tend to have to adapt as we get to new places, but have always continued to enjoy helping people with their wellness goals. Colorado is now our new home where I get to enjoy hiking and all things outdoors with my two dogs and husband! Coming to StretchLab has given me a place to expand my love for the Health and Fitness industry and continue to grow with experience! I look forward to helping others in their wellness journey!

Mark here! I am an avid outdoor dude. Running, climbing, 14ers (I have done them all!), waterskiing, and working in my garden are all normal parts of my life. I have walked the John Muir Trial, much of the Colorado Trail, TransCatalina Trail, and Inca Trail. Leading groups of novice backpackers on wilderness intensives in the Bob Marshall Wilderness is more fun than I can handle. If the sun is involved, I want to be a part of it. That is why StretchLab works for me! It is a very functional practice that helps to keep you flexible, mobile and ready to take on whatever ignites you and I love helping my clients along in their wellness journeys. Additionally, I am trained in Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) and occasionally employ those techniques during my sessions.

I am a native to Colorado and was raised the entirety of my life in Aurora. In July of 2022, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation & Movement. Some of the larger focuses in my degree included, kinesiology, biomechanics, strength & conditioning, anatomy, and physiology. While attending BYUI, I worked in a physical therapy outpatient clinic where I found my immense passion for helping others. On average, I worked with about 8-10 patients per day - helping them with various stretches, exercises, and other therapies. Working at the clinic provided me with opportunities to help others in their individual circumstances such as injury recovery, post-op rehabilitation, and/or injury prevention. The experiences and insights I gained while working with patients from the PT clinic have given me the knowledge and confidence that I need to help members here at StretchLab. I am so excited to work with you and help you become the best version of yourself! In my down time, you’ll find me going on walks in the park with my dog, driving the golf cart for my husband while he golfs, and trying new recipes for dinner!

I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado where I played Division 1 football while obtaining a degree in sports and exercise science. StretchLab has been a great opportunity for me to take what I have learned into the real world and use it to help people get rid of their pains and improve their quality of life. I especially enjoy getting to know my clients. I have met many amazing people so far and look forward to meeting many more. I love garlic since I was raised in Gilroy, California which is the garlic capital of the world. In my free time I enjoy spending my time outdoors with my two dogs, Dexter and Skooter. When I am not spoiling them I like to snowboard, wakeboard, and explore all of the cool places that Colorado has to offer. I can’t wait to help my clients feel better and enjoy their life to the fullest!

Hello! My name is Melissa and I am a Colorado native. I have lived in several different states over the last 10 years. However, I am overjoyed to be back in my home state! In June of 2017, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion-Pre Occupational Therapy at Walla Walla University in Washington. While attending Walla Walla, I played 4 years of volleyball on the University’s team. For my senior project I worked at the Walla Walla YMCA where I taught Diabetes Prevention classes to different companies around the area. Working at the YMCA and playing on the University team provided me with several opportunities and experiences that expanded my love for health and wellness. After graduating I became a personal trainer, and then continued on to become an Assistant athletic director and Collegiate volleyball coach at Union College in Lincoln Nebraska, and then again at Pacific Union College in Angwin, CA. The experiences and insights I gained while coaching and working with people from all different walks of life have given me the knowledge and confidence that I need to help members here at StretchLab. I can’t wait to work with you and help you in your wellness journey! When not at the studio you will find me listening to country music, hanging out with my family, and my 2 cats Bo & Banjo.

Hey there! My name is Hannah, and I am a Kansas City native! I moved to Colorado about 5 years ago now, and have loved being here ever since. I decided to go back to school Fall of 2020, and as we all know, that was quite a crazy year. After much hard work, I recently graduated with my Bachelors of Exercise Science from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and shortly after became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I always played sports throughout highschool but unfortunately had to quit due to multiple different injuries. As a result of these injuries, I’ve had many different experiences with physical therapy and mobility work. In my free time, I enjoy snuggling and playing with my 2 year old cat Stormy, or doing yoga to stay active. I’m excited to be part of the team and look forward to helping ease any aches and pains you may be experiencing!
