I'm originally from Laredo, but I moved to San Antonio 9 years ago. I'm a husband and father to a beautiful family. I graduated in 2014 from United High School before starting a career with HEB. Growing up I always knew I needed a career that enabled me to help others. In my management role with HEB I had the opportunity to help a great deal of people. During my retail career I was also very passionate about fitness and science behind it. I studied the subject on my own and applied it to my life through trial and error. In my ongoing fitness journey I found ways to be healthier through what I was learning. One of the byproducts of my journey was learning to love myself in the process. I realized quickly that leading an overall healthy lifestyle was more than just a physique. It's a connection of the mind body and spirit! That's when I knew that HEB was no longer where I belong. I love what I do and I'm excited to be part of your journey to better quality of life!

My name is Amanda Neill, and my journey is one of transformation, resilience, and holistic healing. With a background in addiction recovery and co-occurring disorders, I have spent years studying the deep connections between mental health, behavior, and overall well-being. This knowledge has shaped not only my professional work but also my approach to fitness and self-improvement. Through my experience, I discovered a passion for bodybuilding and mobility training, both of which became key aspects of my transformation. The discipline, structure, and strength-building elements of bodybuilding helped me cultivate confidence and mental resilience, while mobility training allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of functional movement, injury prevention, and overall body mechanics. I have had the privilege of working with others to improve their mobility, helping them regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their movement—whether recovering from injuries or simply striving for better physical function. Today, I combine my expertise in addiction recovery, mental health, trauma-informed fitness, and mobility training to empower others on their journeys. My passion lies in helping people build strength—physically and mentally—so they can move with confidence, reclaim their power, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I am a certified personal trainer who has made health and wellness a part of my life for the last 10 years. Through the years I was passionate about being an athlete and lifting in the gym, until I got injured. I ended up having surgery on my hip, which changed my perspective completely. It was the most challenging thing my body has had to gone through so far. It was then that I realized my passion for recovery and rehabilitation. I started transitioning from coaching clients for weight loss and muscle growth to mobility and functional training. I combined my passion with the outdoors, health, and training into a love for leading people on a journey of healing and growing. My goal is to help people take care of their bodies in a way that allows us to perform at an optimal level during the stressors and joys our bodies go through in everyday life.

It's been the pursuit of multiple tracks in life that have led me to the present: to work with others seeking to bring out the extraordinary in their lives. I began my professional career as a high school teacher and soccer coach. Over 20 years I've trained hundreds of people with wide-ranging goals: From the person with a back injury looking to reduce pain & build strength, to high school and college athletes looking to increase performance or win a scholarship. The common thread has been working together to make a path towards a better life. Along the way I've studied mindfulness meditation and yoga. I've intentionally engaged in a variety of opportunities to share and hone my coaching abilities. Through it all has been my love of learning, of knowing how things work, understanding and working with the intricacies of each individual’s needs and requirements towards improvement and, above all, connecting with and teaching others to empower themselves to reach their dreams and goals. Through the years I have done many certifications and clinics to improve my ability to serve people: NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Personal Trainer, Stick Mobility practitioner, FMS Functional Movement Screen specialist, as well Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. How can I help you live your best life?
