      Studio Lead & Flexologist
      Daniel holds a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has completed graduate coursework in Kinesiology at St. Mary’s College of California. He is certified as a Strength Coach and Low Back Specialist through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), a Certified Stretch Coach (YogaBody), and holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do from Superior Martial Arts. His training also includes the yogic practices of Shambhavi Mahamudra and Surya Kriya through the Isha Foundation. Beyond formal education, Daniel has immersed himself in traditional healing practices with Indigenous communities in the Amazon, Mexico, and Hawaii. His integrative approach and diverse background provide clients with a personalized, holistic experience that supports performance, recovery, and overall well-being.

      Stephanie is a native New Yorker who graduated from SUNY Albany with a BA in Psychology. She has experience counseling seniors with mental illness, leading gentle fit, movement groups to help with their mental and physical recovery. Stephanie is a ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness certification that specializes in core-focused modalities: Pilates, Barre, Strength and Gentle Stretch Yoga. Stephanie consistently promotes the importance of physical activity, sports, stretching and recovery work to maintain health and wellness, elevated moods and positive mindsets. Now in her 50s, she is discovering the different stages of Active Aging and is dedicated to supporting adults in embracing the life changes that occur. Stephanie is a mom, likes to read, dance, stretch, swim, cook, bike, hike, travel, and play board games with her family in her free time.

      Rebekah is a dedicated massage therapist focused on aiding healing and relaxation. With over 15 years of emergency medicine experience as a first responder, she brings a calm demeanor and compassionate care to her practice. Alongside her medical background, she's an advocate for trauma-informed care. Recognizing the mind-body connection and the impact of stored trauma, she prioritizes creating a safe, supportive space for clients to heal. Her extensive background in trauma treatment, complemented by studies in neurolinguistic programming, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricate ways stress manifests in the body. This awareness extends to the profound impact of institutionalized and systemic racism and generational trauma, a crucial consideration often overlooked in wellness practices. Come prepared to release all stress on the bench with Rebekah!

      Lan's interest in health and fitness comes from her cultural, educational, and social experiences. Moving to America from Burma at the age of 12 allowed her to learn about the effects of exercising on one’s mental, physical, and psychological well being. Lan's curiosity around human body and movement grew, and she now has a degree in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer. Lan loves helping people release tension and gain range of motion in their body, as it is important for injury prevention. She's excited to meet you on the bench!

      Angie has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in exercise prescription. She is passionate about guiding individuals towards living better lives while learning to love the process of doing so. Her background includes invaluable time spent as a caregiver for individuals with dementia and other disabilities, where she honed her dedication to providing compassionate care, ensuring dignity, and upholding respect for those she served. Angie's journey with StretchLab helped her discover her true calling: improving lives through the transformative power of muscle relief. This experience reinforced her belief that easing tension in both the mind and body is essential for holistic well-being. StretchLab continues to be the perfect platform for her to help others find that balance and comfort in their lives. Outside the studio, she enjoys focusing on functional movement and lifting at the gym, as well as spending quality time with her beloved pets.

      Xin comes to StretchLab with 19 years of experience as a fitness personal trainer. He is a NASM certified in CPT, MMA Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Nutrition Coach. In his off time he practices Tai Chi. He was introduced to StretchLab as a client, he was very satisfied with the results and decided to become a Flexologist. Working with Stretch Lab allows him to work with clients outside the gym facility. It's very rewarding for him to see Stretch Lab members giving wonderful feedback on how assisted stretching changes their lives.

      Gabriel is a graduate of Whittier College, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. He currently coaches football at Alameda High School and basketball and track and field at College Preparatory School in Oakland. A proud father of two, Gabriel has a 3-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter. In his free time, he enjoys watching anime, with his favorite being Solo Leveling. Above all, Gabriel is passionate about helping others understand how to move their bodies more effectively and take better care of themselves.

      Paula comes from a diverse background focused on movement, care, and connection. Before joining StretchLab, she worked as a PE teacher and behavior technician, building a strong foundation in body awareness, discipline, and meeting people exactly where they are. Outside of StretchLab, Paula is a licensed cosmetologist and runs a successful beauty business - taking care of others second nature to her. Her goal is to help others feel more mobile, relaxed, and confident in their bodies. Whether you are here to recover, stretch deeper, or simply take a moment for yourself, Paula meets you with energy, empathy, and expert support.

      Kaley is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University. She is passionate about boxing and kickboxing, and enjoys competing in fitness challenges like HYROX. As a lifelong athlete, Kaley understands the importance of stretching to prevent injuries and correct imbalances. With a holistic, science-backed approach to fitness, she specializes in training women navigating hormone-related challenges such as PCOS. Originally from Chicago, Kaley spends her free time creating music, hiking with her dog, and training for her next race.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
