I specialize in Asian Bodywork. In my spare time, I enjoy feeling the grass beneath my feet and the wind in my hair. Our bodies take us everywhere, and they hold everything that we are, so improving the mind, body, and soul can improve your overall life. With that, it is my mission to help you feel comfort in your original home, your body. My favorite part about working at StretchLab is seeing our members smiles, especially after we've helped then find relief and relaxation.

In my spare time, I am flying all over the world at my other job as a flight attendant. Spending time with my 4 kids and their various sports and activities, as well as my dog Opal. I love to coach young athletes and also am a vocalist that has traveled all over the country singing. What I enjoy most about StretchLab is being able to combine the knowledge about the body and its functions with the needs of our members, and give them a personalized program to achieve current and future goals. I currently attend Illinois State University studying within the field of Kinesiology and hold Certificate of Personal Training from the ASFA. Through my based experience I love to utilize multiple types of exercise to make sure my Health and Wellness journey never gets boring. My number 1 focus is to help others. Now I have the ability to take the background knowledge I have acquired and utilize it in the real world. In my free time, I also teach High school Drumline, practice within the realm of percussion, interact within University events, and I like to chill at home and catch up on my Netflix binge. At StretchLab, I am most fond of the common courtesy, respect, and environment I receive from working within the studio, working with colleagues, and clients.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a minor in Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness from Western Michigan University. My background includes teaching various dance styles and ages at local studios. Outside the studio, I enjoy taking cycling classes at CycleBar, reading, and spending quality time with loved ones. As a StretchLab flexologist, I'm thrilled to share my passion for movement and mindfulness. I worked in the fitness industry for the last 5 years with an extensive background in fitness and nutrition. Currently I have my Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Virtual Coaching certificates from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as my Functional Movement Screening Certificate. I also attended classes at the University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated with my B.S. Kinesiology in December 2023. Currently, I'm enrolled in the Teacher Licensure Program at NorthEastern Illinois University with the goal of becoming a Physical Education Teacher for high school students. In my spare time I like to workout and get my body right, go on walks or longboard on nature trails, be at home wrapped in a blanket with my two Shih Tzu Yorkies, and sweat it out in an intense game of Fortnite Zero Build. Eventually, I’d like to invest in a motorcycle and start riding. When it comes to working at StretchLab, I enjoy being able to have a positive impact on people's lives and wellbeing. Witnessing the physical changes in the people I work with brings me a sense of pride and gratitude and I can’t imagine a life without fitness.
