Chris
Flexologist
I studied and graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, with a focus on Strength and Conditioning and Human Performance. My experience(s) includes athletic development, personal training, group fitness training, movement therapy, orthotics, and nutrition. It’s fitting that my top pursuits of physical activities include exercise, recreational sports/activities, other outdoor activities, and really anything that involves bodily movement. I believe God made us highly unique and built a world even more unique; leaving us the opportunity to roam and use it so we can adapt to our highest capabilities. I joined StretchLab because I saw an opportunity to transition into movement therapy, independent from coaching human performance. I’ve always been passionate about secondary/accessory training in human performance and utilizing therapeutics to help people develop the slight edge in performance all around. The system(s) we utilize here at StretchLab allow us as coaches and leaders of the industry to help our clients streamline atomic habits in stretching, overall performance, and life. Our goal is to empower people to move forward (literally) without restriction and operate at a higher capacity in life.
