Hi! I’m Sophia! I am a graduate from Midland University with a degree in Human Performance with a concentration in strength and conditioning. I am also a certified personal trainer through NASM. Health and wellness has been a part of my life since I was a little girl! I grew up playing soccer, and played throughout high school and college. I then found my passion for strength training and that is how I got in the field of personal training. With that being said, I’ve learned how important it is to include stretching in our lives! I love working at StretchLab because it allows me to help others feel and move better as well as connecting with clients on a personal level. Fun facts about me: I have 3 dogs and my favorite color is pink!

I studied and graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, with a focus on Strength and Conditioning and Human Performance. My experience(s) includes athletic development, personal training, group fitness training, movement therapy, orthotics, and nutrition. It’s fitting that my top pursuits of physical activities include exercise, recreational sports/activities, other outdoor activities, and really anything that involves bodily movement. I believe God made us highly unique and built a world even more unique; leaving us the opportunity to roam and use it so we can adapt to our highest capabilities. I joined StretchLab because I saw an opportunity to transition into movement therapy, independent from coaching human performance. I’ve always been passionate about secondary/accessory training in human performance and utilizing therapeutics to help people develop the slight edge in performance all around. The system(s) we utilize here at StretchLab allow us as coaches and leaders of the industry to help our clients streamline atomic habits in stretching, overall performance, and life. Our goal is to empower people to move forward (literally) without restriction and operate at a higher capacity in life.

Hi! I'm Kaylee. I'm certified in personal training and currently studying exercise science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I grew up being very involved in sports, softball being my main sport. Over the years, I have learned a lot about how important it is to keep a healthy body in order to maximize performance. Stretching has always been part of my recovery process. I'm excited to use and share my knowledge with others to help them achieve their goals. In my spate time, I enjoy lifting weights and taking my dog, Bodie, on walks around the lake.

I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. I believe that stretching is important for improving performance not only in sports, but also in your Activities of Daily Living. The assisted stretching that StretchLab Offers helps people get a higher quality stretch than doing it themselves. I have always been a huge fan of sports/fitness and helping people with their flexibility is a way for me to give back the knowledge I've learned.

My name is CJ and I'm a certified personal trainer and fitness coach. I find true fulfillment in helping others, especially through fitness and health! Working at StretchLab gives me an outlet to make connections, build relationships and meet new people. It also allows me to help improve the quality of people's lives. When I'm not at the studio I participate in Brazilian Jui-jitsu and usually hang out with my dogs and family! I believe being able to move better and have optimal mobility can create an amazing lifestyle that everyone should experience!

      Torrie
      Flexologist
Hi! I’m Torrie and I am a recent graduate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in kinesiology/exercise science. I was born and raised in Omaha with a very athletic childhood. I found a passion in ice hockey and played for 15 years. When I came to college, I continued my passion for the sport by coaching and providing training programs. My athletic background led to my interest in health and wellness. My goal is to become a physical therapist, however I am currently building my knowledge and experience by working here at StretchLab! I love working at StretchLab and applying my knowledge of the human body to promote healthy lifestyles, and help others reach their goals. I also love helping and meeting new people! When I am not working or coaching, I am either trying to go on adventures and traveling, or watching movies at home with my cat, Ernie! Fun fact about me: I played on the first female hockey team from Nebraska to ever go to a national championship!
